Spartan SP-091 Round Spreader with Twist-lock Tip, SP-091TL, is 1 5/16" OD x
1 1/16" ID and has special Aluminum Tip which secures Shroud without the use of seizing wire.

1 5/16" OD Round Spreader Tip: SP-091T: Cast aluminum Spreader Tip for 1 5/16" OD x 1 1/16" ID Spreader features slot for up to 1/4" diameter shroud. Shroud is secured to Tip with seizing wire. Tip extends shroud seat 1 1/8" beyond spreader tube, unit projects 1 7/16" (maximum) beyond spreader tube.

1 5/16" OD Round Twist-lock Spreader Tip: SP-091TL:
Improved Spreader Tip for 1 5/16" OD x 1 1/16" ID Spreader features a special 'twist-lock' design, and a smooth, broad end to minimize sail chafe. Shroud is secured without seizing wire, by inserting it horizontally into Spreader Tip and then 'twisting' it to lie in line with the mast. Tip accommodates shrouds up to 9/32" diameter and extends shroud seat 1/2" beyond spreader tube. Clear anodized aluminum Spreader Tip projects 1 1/16" (maximum) beyond spreader tube and is carefully rounded to reduce sail chafe.

Spreader Boot Pair for 1 5/16" OD Spreader: SP-057B:
Spreader Boot for 1 5/16" OD Spreader is designed to reduce sail chafe. White Rubber Boot is attached to Spreader and Shroud using wire ties or Rigging Tape. Sold in Pairs only, they are (maximum) 5 3/4" long.

Spartan 1 5/16" Round Spreaders are normally used with Spreader Bases which are formed to fit
specific Mast Sections. Most Spreader Bases used with these Spreaders are specific to
individual Mast Sections and are listed under the Mast Sections that they attach to,

Others are listed below. Some Spreader Bases are commonly used with Compression Tubes fitting over one or more mounting bolts, See Compression Tubes. |

Cast Spreader Base - Rectangular, Small: PP SBR-2027S:
Rectangular Spreader Base for 1 5/16" OD Spreader. Anodized Cast Aluminum Spreader Base attaches to Mast with (2) 1/2" bolts on 3 11/16" (or 3 3/4") centers, lower bolt is also used to attach lower shroud Tang(s). Spreader is held in socket by 1/8" cotter Pin (included). Unit is 5 1/2" long x 2" wide, base is slightly contoured for use with a variety of Mast Sections. As used on Pearson 22, Ensign, Electra; Bristol 22, 24 and others. Unit also replaces old-style Male Spreader Base which was 5 1/4" x 2" with 1/2" holes on 3 3/8" centers.
