| Z-Spar uses a variety of cast aluminum Gooseneck Brackets, and on smaller sections,
Stainless Steel ones. Most of these Gooseneck Brackets are also used as Vang Brackets.

Gooseneck Bracket Ass'y for Z105 & Z125: Z-1150XAC:
Gooseneck Bracket Assembly is used on Z105 and Z125 Mast Sections with Z120 Boom. Assembly includes cast Bracket, Z-1121X Gooseneck Toggle Shaft, and Z-1495AX Gooseneck Hook Pin with nut. Bracket fastens to mast with (4) 3/16" (5mm) rivets.

Gooseneck Bracket for Z105 & Z125 Masts: Z-1150X:
Cast aluminum Gooseneck Bracket is used on Z105 and Z125 Mast Sections with Z-1121X Gooseneck Toggle Shaft, and Z-1495AX Gooseneck Hook Pin with nut. Bracket is 1 3/4" (46mm) high x 1 3/4" (46mm) wide, and fastens to mast with (4) 3/16" (5mm) rivets.

Bronze Toggle Shaft with 5/8" Ball end and 10mm (3/8") shaft is used on Z-120 Boom with

Vertical Gooseneck Hook Pin w/ Locknut: Z-1495AX:
Vertical Gooseneck Pin / Tack Hook is used with Z-1150X Gooseneck Bracket and Z-1121X Gooseneck Toggle Shaft. Stainless Steel Pin is 5mm (3/16") diameter x (maximum) 70mm (2 3/4") long, with a SS locknut.

Gooseneck Bracket Half, Small: Z-1061X:
Unique cast aluminum Gooseneck Bracket is used in pairs with Z-1188X Gooseneck Toggle. Used on Z170, Z190, Z230, Z265, Z301, Z320 and other mast sections, Bracket Half measures 2 5/8" (67mm) high x 1 5/8" (42mm) wide, with 15mm recess for pin (lug). Fastens to mast with (4) 1/4" (6mm) rivets on 45mm (1 3/4") vertical centers. As used on Beneteau First 235, (some) First 285, O'Day 272, and others. CK**

A larger version of Z-1061X (above), this cast aluminum Gooseneck Bracket is used in pairs with Z-1189X Gooseneck Toggle. Used on Z401, Z501 and other mast sections, Bracket Half measures 3" (77mm) high x 2 1/4" (56mm) wide, with 18mm recess for pin (lug). Fastens to mast with (4) 1/4" (6mm) rivets. Formed SS Gooseneck Bracket is used on Z145 and larger mast sections with Z-1034 Gooseneck Toggle, and Z-560 or Z-4066 Vang Toggles. Bracket takes 8mm vertical pin and has clearance for 2 1/8" (55mm) Toggle. Used on Z145, Z170, Z190, Z230, Z265, Z290, Z301 and other mast sections, Bracket measures 2 7/16" (61mm) high x 2" (50mm) wide. Fastens to mast with (8) 3/16" (5mm) rivets.

Formed SS Gooseneck/ Vang Bracket is identical to Z-1478 (above), but measures 3" (72mm) high with clearance for 2 3/4" (70mm) toggle. Bracket takes 8mm vertical bolt and fastens to mast with (8) 3/16" (5mm) rivets.

Old-style version fastens to mast with (10) 1/4" (6mm) rivets and (2) 5/16" (8mm) RH screws,
as well as (2) integral Lugs that fit in 14mm holes in the Mast track.

Fastens to mast with (8) 1/4" (6mm) rivets and (2) 5/16" (8mm) RH screws. On Z901 Mast Section, use with SS Reinforcing Plate, Z-1461K (below), for additional strength.

Bracket takes a 14mm vertical pin and has clearance for 3" (76mm) toggle, and is 4 5/8"
(118mm) high x 3 1/8" (80mm) wide. Fastens to mast with
(8) 1/4" (6mm) rivets and (2) 5/16" (8mm) RH screws. On Z901 Mast Section, use with SS
Reinforcing Plate, Z-1461K (below), for additional strength.

Bracket takes 14mm vertical bolt and has clearance for 3 1/8" (80mm) Toggle.
Unit measures 5 5/16" (135mm) high x 3 1/2" (89mm) wide. Fastens to mast with (8) 1/4" (6mm) rivets
and (2) 8mm (5/16") RH screws or use with SS Reinforcing Plate, Z-1461K (below),
