The Z180 Spreader Section has interior dimensions that are very similar to the Z240 Spreader. Additional fittings used with this Spreader Section are listed under the Z240 Spreader Section. Please note that Z180 Spreaders can not be tapered. Z180 Spreader Assemblies are available with a variety of inboard and outboard end fittings, listed below.

Z180 Standard Spreader Assembly: Z-180AS-____: Standard Z180 Spreader Assembly is clear anodized and includes Z-3115C Spreader Tip. To order specify maximum tube length, and sweepback angle (if any). If other Tip or any inboard end is required, specify Part Number(s).

Z180 Tapered Spreader - Tube only, Tapered & Drilled: Z-180TT-____: For replacement purposes when using original end fittings, Z180 Spreader Tubes are available drilled for Z-3115C Spreader Tip, and with inboard angles cut. To order specify maximum tube length, and sweepback angle (if any). Clear anodized finish is standard. Painted finishes are available on special order, specify color.

Spreader Tip Ass'y for Z180 Spreader: Z-3115C:
Gray plastic Spreader Tip for use with Z180 Spreader. Includes C-Clamp with screw, Z-1479CA, to clamp shroud to the spreader tip. When installed, clamp must be tight and positioned carefully on the shroud. Tip is (maximum) 4" x 1 13/16" wide (112mm x 46mm).

SS C-Clamp with 6mm socket head screw is used to clamp shroud to the spreader tip. For use with Z-3115C and Z-3115LC Spreader Tips.

Spreader Tip Ass'y for Z180 Spreader - Triple Shroud: Z-3109:
Cast aluminum Spreader Tip for use with Z180 Spreader incorporates provisions for up to 3 shrouds (the largest up to 12mm (7/16")). Shrouds are captured by smooth outer casting that is attached to the base casting with one screw. Recessed Allen head cap screw (6mm) threads into captive locknut in base casting.

Special cast aluminum Spreader Tip for use with Z180 Spreader incorporates a wide slot for a 12mm Pin
used with Dermac Hinged Tip Cup Assembly. Unit projects (maximum) 1 5/8" (42mm) from end of spreader
tube and is (maximum) 3 3/4" (95mm) wide. Slot width is 1 3/4" (44mm), pin center is 1" (25mm) from tube end.
A single 12mm pin, Z-1155P-12, is included.

Heavy duty cast aluminum Spreader Tip for use with Z180 Spreader is threaded to accept a 14mm bolt
for the main shrouds and incorporates a 10mm inboard pin for intermediate shrouds. Compact
design requires spreader tube to be notched to accommodate intermediate shrouds. Design
allows for Discontinuous or Continuous Diagonal shrouds. Bolt and pin are included.

Spreader Tip for Z180 – 16mm/12mm: Z-1155-1612: Cast aluminum Spreader Tip for use with Z180 Spreader incorporates a 12, 14, or 16mm Pin outboard for the main shrouds, and a 10 or 12mm inboard Pin for intermediate shrouds. Design allows for Discontinuous or Continuous Diagonal shrouds. Unit projects (maximum) 3 15/16" (100mm) from end of spreader tube. Slot width (at outboard pin) is 1 5/8" (40mm), pin center is 2 1/2" (62mm) from tube end. Inboard Pin has slot width of 1/2" (12mm), small pin center is 1" (25mm) from tube end. Pins are included.
