Spreader Tip Ass'y for Z60 Tapered Spreader: Z-3113:
Gray plastic Spreader Tip for use with Tapered Z60 Spreader. Includes 5mm J-bolt with locknut, Z-1480A, to clamp shroud to the spreader tip prior to installation in the spreader tube. When used with hinged spreader bases, clamp must be tight and positioned carefully on the shroud. Tip is (maximum) 1 3/4" long x 15/16" wide (45mm x 24mm).

SS J-bolt is 1 7/8" (47mm) long with a 5mm thread and includes SS locknut. For use with Z-3113 Spreader Tip.

Spreader Tip Casting only for Z60 - 8mm/6mm: Z-1042C: Cast aluminum Spreader Tip incorporates an 8mm Pin outboard for the main shrouds, and a 6mm inboard Pin for intermediate shrouds. Unit projects (maximum) 1 7/8" (47mm) from end of spreader tube. Slot width (at outboard pin) is 3/4" (20mm), pin center is 1 1/8" (28mm) from tube end. Inboard Pin (6mm) has slot width of 5/16" (8mm), pin center is 5/16" (8mm) from tube end. Assembly includes Pins.

| Spreader Bases for Z60 Spreaders | ||
|
Old-style Spreader Base for Z60 Spreaders: Z-1024X: Old-style Spreader Base for Z60 Spreaders accommodates a variety of spreader angles. The same base is used on both sides of the mast, but spreaders must be drilled differently port and starboard to achieve a vertical angle. Spreader is attached with (2) 8mm clevis pins. Cast aluminum Spreader Base is (maximum) 120mm (4 3/4") long x 47mm (1 7/8") high, and attaches to Mast with (5) 5mm (3/16") rivets. Used on the discontinued Z260 Mast Section. Unit is marked Marked 1024. Note: This is one of a variety of units that look the same, differing only in length and contour.

Old-style Spreader Base for Z60 Spreaders: Z-1030X: Old-style Spreader Base for Z60 Spreaders accommodates a variety of spreader angles. Unit looks like Z-1024X above, but is shorter. Cast aluminum Spreader Base is (maximum) 100mm (4") long x 47mm (1 7/8") high, and attaches to Mast with (5) 5mm (3/16") rivets. Used on Z190 and other Mast Sections. This item is no longer available and is shown here for reference only. Newer wrap-around Spreader Bases, below, are available for the Z190 Mast Section.

Old-style Spreader Base for Z60 Spreaders: Z-1021-60X:
Old-style Spreader Base for Z60 Spreaders accommodates a variety of spreader angles, depending on mounting. The same base is used on both sides of the mast, but spreaders must be drilled differently port and starboard to achieve a vertical angle. Spreader is attached with (1) 6mm screw. Cast aluminum Spreader Base is (maximum) 70mm (2 3/4") long, projects 60mm (2 3/8") from Mast, and attaches to Mast with (4) 6mm (1/4") rivets. Used on Z260 and other obsolete Mast Sections. Note: This is one of several different units that may be labeled 1021.

SS Reinforcing Plate for Z60 Spreader Bar: Z-1675:
SS Plate is formed to fit the mast section and features boss to allow a straight cut on the spreader end. Slot in plate is 1/2" x 3/4" long (12.5mm x 21mm). Plates (2 required) are attached to the mast with (4) 3/16" rivets. For use with Z-170, 190, & 230 Mast sections.
