Spartan Bronze Ports

Spartan Ports
Spartan Cast Bronze Ports, made in the US, are found on a variety of Traditional and Classic Yachts including Cape Dory and others. Their Traditional Solid Cast Bronze designs feature Fixed and Opening versions with Bronze Dog Screws and Knobs, as well as clear Tempered Glass (not acrylic, not Safety Glass).

Spartan Traditional Ports 
Spartan Traditional Ports are made from Cast Bronze with 1/4" thick Tempered Glass and solid 1/2" neoprene Gasket. Burnished Bronze Ports are designed for drainage at up to 14 degrees, and are fastened with 3/16" (#10) FH Screws.

 

  

Traditional Ports
Cast Bronze Traditional Ports are secured with 3/8" Bronze Dog Knobs, SP K474. Optional Bronze-colored plastic Screens snap into place, optional Jack Chain, SP C231, is available to hold Port open. Replacment Gaskets come in one piece, order one per Port.

Spartan 'Blue Water' Ports
Spartan 'Blue Water' Ports are designed for the most rigorous of Offshore conditions. Made from Cast Bronze with extra thick 5/16" Tempered Glass (P585R is 3/8" thick), screws in Hinge boss allow for lid tension adjustment. Burnished Bronze Ports are designed for drainage at up to 30 degrees, Spigot depth is 1 3/4".
 		  

'Blue Water' Ports
Cast Bronze 'Blue Water' Ports are secured with SP K474 3/8" Bronze Dog Knobs, P585R uses 7/16" Bronze Dog Knobs, SP K475. Bronze-colored plastic Screens are included, optional Jack Chain with Base, SP C230, is available to hold Port open. Replacment Gaskets come in one piece, order one per Port.

Spartan Round Fixed Ports  
Spartan Round Fixed Ports have a Cast Bronze Frame, Tempered Glass is sealed in place with Silicone. Round Burnished Bronze Ports have a 5/8" Spigot depth and are fastened with (5) 3/16" (#10) FH Screws.
