2222 Boom Section - Clear Anodized: K-2222CA-___:
Kenyon 2222 Section Boom Tube is stocked in a variety of lengths (listed above) fully anodized, it can also be cut to shorter lengths. To order, specify length.
Sections can also be milled for the sail entrance or other components if necessary, painted finishes and other lengths are available on special order, Please specify. If you require a complete Boom Assembly, you can select from components below and contact us with specifications.

2222 Gooseneck Assembly w/ Tack & Yoke: K-11046:
Cast aluminum boom end fitting includes captive SS tack pin and 1" SS yoke, K-80. Yoke attaches directly to 1" SS Toggle, K-1993, with 1/4" bolt and locknut (included). For use with any of the Kenyon gooseneck brackets designed for a 1" toggle (see individual mast sections), and Kenyon gooseneck slides designed for a 1" toggle. Design allows boom unrestricted ability to swivel on horizontal axis.

Cast aluminum boom end fitting includes captive SS tack pin and has 3/8" hole for yoke attachment.

 
SS Yoke Assembly for 1" Toggle: K-80A:

SS yoke attaches to various boom end castings with a 3/8" bolt, and to the 1" SS Toggle, K-1993, with a 1/4" SS bolt and locknut (included). Yoke is formed from 1" wide stock and is 1 3/16" wide (outside), and 1 1/32" wide (inside), 1/4" hole centers are 13/16" from bottom inside.

SS Gooseneck Toggle - 1": K-1993:

SS Gooseneck Toggle attaches directly to any of the Kenyon gooseneck brackets or gooseneck slides designed for a 1" toggle, and to any boom end casting using the K-80 SS yoke assembly. Toggle is 1" square x 1 1/8" long with 1/4" holes at 90 degrees to each other on 1/2" centers.

SS Gooseneck Slide - 1" for Large Boltrope: K-1685A:

SS Gooseneck slide fits any gooseneck assembly using the standard 1" toggle, K-1993, with a 1/4" bolt and locknut (included). Slide has heavy welded SS ring for downhaul attachment. Slide is 3" long x 1" wide (maximum). Fits B, D, E, 3049, 3650 and all mast sections using 1/2" round slugs or boltrope.

SS Gooseneck Slide - 1" for Small Boltrope: K-10331A:

SS Gooseneck slide fits any gooseneck assembly using the standard 1" toggle, K-1993, with a 1/4" bolt and locknut (included). Slide has heavy welded SS ring for downhaul attachment. Slide is 2 1/2" long x 1" wide (maximum). Fits A, C-1, C-6, 2331, MORC and other mast sections that can accommodate only 3/8" round slugs or boltrope.

SS Gooseneck Slide - 1" for 7/8" Flat Track: K-1686A:

SS Gooseneck slide fits any gooseneck assembly using the standard 1" toggle, K-1993, with a 1/4" bolt and locknut (included). Slide has heavy welded SS ring for downhaul attachment. Slide is 3" long x 1 1/16" wide (maximum). Fits on a SS 7/8" x 1/8" Flat External Track.

Cast aluminum boom end fitting includes aluminum sheave for internal outhaul, K-198-3.5A, and 1/4" Clevis pin, CP4-32, for topping lift or other attachment.

Aluminum sheave – 7/8" OD: K-198-3.5A:

Anodized aluminum sheave has combination V-groove, suitable for wire or rope. Sheave measures 7/8" OD x 31/64" wide x 1/4" ID.

 
Clevis Pin – 1/4" x 1": CP4-32:

SS Clevis Pin is 1/4" diameter with 1" grip length.

 
2222 Boom Accessories
Adjustable Boom Bail: K-1265:

SS Sliding Boom Bail for the Kenyon 2222 boom and other sections with a 5/8" x 1/8" internal track. Boom bail positions are easily adjusted for differing conditions by use of SS thumbscrew, K-45, (included). Sliding is prevented by drilling a 1/4" hole beneath thumbscrew in desired position.

SS Thumbscrew: K-45:

SS Thumbscrew is 1/2" long with a 10-32 thread. Head diameter is 1/2". As used in K-1265 Adjustable Boom Bail, and in other applications.

 
Boom Bail - 1/2" Strap x 2 1/2" long: K-291A:

SS Boom Bail is a lightweight formed-strap design, which can be easily contoured to fit a variety of smaller sections. Bail is 1/2" wide x 1/16" thick, and 2 1/2" long. Boom bail fastens with (4) 3/16" (#10) fasteners.

Spar Cleat - 3 1/4" long: K-1617:

Cast Aluminum Spar Cleat is a low-profile design with a narrow base suitable for use with line up to 1/4" diameter. Black Epoxy Cleat is 3 1/4" long, and fastens to spar with (2) 5/32" (#8) FH screws.
