SS Reef Hook/Tack Ass'y w/ 1/2" Vertical Bolt: RR 54-B8-4A: Heavy-duty Stainless Steel Reef Hook/Tack Assembly incorporates 1/2" Vertical Gooseneck Bolt. Dual Reef Hooks are formed from 5/16" rod, Assembly is (maximum) 4 5/8" wide x 7" high, and includes 5/16" SS Tack Shackle. Bolt is 4 1/4" long for use with Gooseneck Brackets and slides with a 1/2" Vertical Pin hole and a maximum 3 1/2" bracket height. This item was commonly used to attach the RR #6 Boom (using the RR 45-67C Toggle) to a variety of different Mast Brackets and is therefore also available on a semi-custom basis with other bolt lengths, please specify. As used on a variety of Bristol's, Pearson's, and Sabre's.
RR #6 Gooseneck Ass'y w/ Toggle: RR 6B-1ATB: Heavy-duty cast aluminum Gooseneck Assembly for RR #6 Boom includes Gooseneck Toggle (RR 45-67C) and 1/2" Horizontal Pin. Black epoxy coated end fitting projects 1 1/2" into RR #6 Boom Section, Vertical Pin (in Toggle) is 2 1/2" forward of Boom end. Toggle fits a variety of Mast Brackets and Gooseneck Slides designed for a 2 5/16" Toggle with a 1/2" vertical pin. As used on Pearson, Bristol, Sabre and others.
	RR #6 Gooseneck Ass'y w/ Horizontal Pin: RR 6B-1AB: Heavy-duty cast aluminum Gooseneck End for RR #6 Boom Section has a 1/2" Horizontal Pin and will accept a 1 1/2" (maximum) wide Toggle. Black epoxy coated end fitting will fit a variety of Toggles, but is commonly used with the RR 45-67C cast Gooseneck Toggle, below. Horizontal Pin is 1 1/4" forward of Boom end; Pin, *RR RP8-68*, and nylon bearing washers are included.
	RR #6 Gooseneck Casting Only: RR 6B-1B: Heavy-duty cast aluminum Gooseneck End Only, for RR #6 Boom Section as used in assemblies above. Black epoxy coated end fitting will fit a variety of Toggles, but is commonly used with the RR 45-67C cast Gooseneck Toggle, below. Horizontal Pin is 1 1/4" forward of Boom end.
	RR #6/7 Gooseneck Toggle: RR 45-67C: Cast Aluminum Gooseneck Toggle is 2 5/16" high and accommodates *1/2" vertical and* horizontal pins.** Black epoxy coated Toggle is 2 5/16" high x 1 3/8" wide x 2 1/2" (maximum) long, pin holes are on 1 1/4" centers. Toggle fits a variety of Mast Brackets and Gooseneck Slides designed for a 2 5/16" Toggle with a 1/2" vertical pin. As used on Pearson, Bristol, Sabre and others.

Exit Block w/ 1" x 1/2" Sheave: RF 462XM: Exit Block for internal outhaul line is specially modified to fit underside of RR #6 Boom. SS Exit Block with 1" OD x 1/2" wide Delrin sheave fits in 1 3/4" x 11/16" slot, and attaches to Boom with (6) 3/16" (#10) screws or rivets. As used in RR #6 Boom w/ internal outhaul tackle.
Exit Block w/ 1 1/8" x 3/8" Sheave: RF 458XM: Exit Block for internal outhaul line is specially modified to fit underside of RR #6 Boom. SS Exit Block with 1 1/8" OD x 3/8" wide Delrin sheave fits in 1 3/4" x 9/16" slot, and attaches to Boom with (6) 3/16" (#10) screws or rivets. As used in RR #6 Boom w/ internal outhaul tackle.
RR #6 Cast Winch Pad: SP-064: Cast Aluminum Winch Pad is 4" diameter, and contoured to fit on centerline of RR #6 Boom Section. Pad insulates winch from spar wall and properly seats it for mounting. Pad is attached to boom with (1) 1/4" FH machine screw, clearance holes for screws to mount winch are then drilled through pad, winch mounting holes are drilled and tapped in spar wall. Frequently used for a Reefing Winch.
Boom Bail - 3/8" x 2 3/4" wide: K-2223: Heavy SS Boom Bail made from 3/8" rod is designed to be attached with (1) 3/8" SS bolt and nut. Formed at 2 3/4" wide, width can be varied to fit larger or smaller sections. Bail length, from bolt center, is 3 1/2". For use with RR #6 boom.
Boom Bail, Long - 3/8" x 2 3/4" wide: K-2223L: Long Heavy SS Boom Bail made from 3/8" rod is designed to be attached with (1) 3/8" SS bolt and nut. Formed at 2 3/4" wide, width can be varied to fit larger or smaller sections. Bail length, from bolt center, is 5 3/4". Especially suitable for use with Boom Vang on RR #6 boom.
*Boom Bail Bearing Plate for 3/8" Bolt: K-2172RP:* SS Reinforcing Plate is used to add Bearing Surface to highly loaded bolts for Standard Boom Bails. Rectangular SS Reinforcing Plate is 3" long x 2" high and attaches to Boom with (4) 3/16" (5mm) screws or rivets (on 2 5/16" x 1 5/16" centers) as well as the 3/8" Boom Bail Bolt. Slightly curved Plate is suitable for most Boom Sections, and can be easily contoured to fit others. Two (2) Plates (1 on each side) are required for normal applications.
	*Boom Bail Bolt Ass'y - 3/8" for RR #6 Boom: K-2223BA:* Boom Bail bolt assembly includes 3/8" SS bolt x 3 1/2", with locknut and nylon washers to prevent bail from damaging boom surface as it pivots. For use with K-2223 Boom Bails on RR #6 boom.

RR #6 Outhaul Casting: RR 6B-2B: Cast aluminum outboard boom end fitting has heavy-duty tab with 2 holes for outhaul, and/or topping lift attachment. Tab projects 1 3/4" into sail groove. Smoothly radiused, black epoxy coated Boom end attaches to boom tube with (4) 1/4" screws.
RR #6 Outhaul Casting w/ 1 Tang: RR 6B-2B-1: RR #6 Outhaul Casting w/ 2 Tangs: RR 6B-2B-2: Cast aluminum outboard boom end fitting has heavy-duty tab with 2 holes for outhaul, and/or topping lift attachment. As RR 6B-2B, above, but includes (1 or 2) swiveling tang(s) for mainsheet and topping lift attachment.
RR #6 Outhaul Casting w/ Long Tang: RR 6B-2B-LT: Cast aluminum outboard boom end fitting has heavy-duty tab with 2 holes for outhaul, and/or topping lift attachment. As RR 6B-2B, above, but includes long swiveling tang for simultaneous mainsheet and topping lift attachment.
RR #6 Internal Outhaul Ass'y: RR 6B-23ACB: Cast aluminum outboard boom end fitting has SS Triple sheave block for up to 3 internal lines, and shackle for topping lift attachment. SS Triple sheave block has (3) 1 1/2" OD Aluminum sheaves for up to 3/8" line, and welded eye for attachment of line to externally double outhaul purchase. Includes spliced pennant (1/4" Samson braid x 5') as supplied in original configuration. Black epoxy coated casting Boom end attaches to boom tube with (3) 1/4" screws.
	RR #6 Internal Outhaul Casting: RR 6B-23C: Aluminum outboard boom end casting only. Machined for attachment of topping lift shackle and Triple sheave block. Black epoxy coated casting only, as used in RR 6B-23ACB, above.
