100mm OD Spinnaker Pole End Fittings Pole End Fittings are divided into several categories, listed below. Standard End Fittings are suitable for use on the Outboard end of the Pole, and on the Inboard end when a Ring Car (or a fixed Mast Ring) is used on the Mast. Their use on both ends is required when using an End for End jibing procedure. -- See also: Spinnaker Cars. Special Inboard Ends require the use of a Dip Pole jibing method and more specific Mast attachments, these categories include more specialized fittings such as Reaching Strut Ends. -- See also: Spinnaker Cars. End Fitting Adapters, or Collars, allow the use of a larger diameter tube with end fittings designed for a smaller one.

Standard Pole Ends for 100mm OD Tube Listed below are Standard End Fittings - suitable for use on the Outboard end of the Pole, and on the Inboard end when a Ring Car (or a fixed Mast Ring) is used on the Mast. Their use on both ends is required when using an End for End jibing procedure.

Aluminum Piston End for 100mm OD Tube: EFM-100XPZ:
Cast aluminum Z-Spar Piston End incorporates bails for attachment of pole lift and foreguy bridles, Piston has shackle for attachment of a Trip wire. Piston End has a stainless steel spring-loaded plunger pin that must be manually retracted by pulling on a lanyard, to attach the fitting to a ring or guy. Black anodized fitting projects 160mm (6 1/4"), maximum, from tube end. Special Narrow Pole End is the only one that will fit standard Z-Spar Toggle Z-73-ZNT.
Aluminum Internal Trigger End for 100mm OD Tube: Har B147-100:
Heavy-duty Cast aluminum Trigger End incorporates eyes for attachment of pole lift bridle and foreguy (or bridles), Piston has internal attachment for remote Trip wire. Harken/Barbarossa Trigger End is like a piston end, except that when the plunger is manually retracted it locks in the open position, waiting for pressure on the Trigger (from a ring, car or guy) to cause it to snap shut. Black anodized fitting projects 134mm (5 1/4"), maximum, from tube end. This item is no longer available and is shown here for identification only.

Special Inboard Pole Ends for 100mm OD Tube Listed below are Special Inboard Pole Ends. They require specific Mast attachments, See Spinnaker Cars, and the use of a Dip Pole jibing method.

Metric Large Bell End for 100mm Tube: EFM-100-BL: Inboard Pole End for 100mm OD tube fits Metric Large Bell Fitting, below. Inboard End OD is approximately 52mm (2 1/16"). Black anodized fitting projects 110mm (4 3/8") maximum, from tube end.
	Metric Large Bell & Toggle only: Har B-120: Metric Large Bell and Toggle Assembly for use with spinnaker poles using Francespar or Harken/Barbarossa inboard Large Bell Pole Ends. Large Bell fitting is 66mm (2 9/16") ID, and approximately 82mm (3 1/4") OD, Toggle has hole for 12mm Pin and is 1 3/8" (34mm) high. Metric Large Bell Pole Ends, that the Bell works with, extend approximately 4 3/8" (110mm) beyond the tube end, and are commonly used on Poles 70mm OD or larger. Suitable for use with a variety of Spinnaker Cars having a 12mm vertical Pin, See Spinnaker Cars, and Metric Bell Fittings.
Z-Spar Pin End for 100mm Tube: EFM-100-ZP: Inboard Pole End for 100mm OD tube has SS Spring Pin to fit Z-Spar Pin, Z-73-ZPT. Inboard End OD is approximately 32mm (1 1/4"). Black anodized fitting projects 83mm (3 1/4") maximum, from tube end.
	Z-Spar Spinnaker Pin & Toggle Ass'y: Z-73-ZPT: Replacement Z-Spar Bayonet Pin & Toggle Assembly fits all Z-Spar Pin type Spinnaker Pole ends, and Spinnaker Cars with a 12mm vertical Pin and clearance for a 1 5/16" (34mm) Toggle. Z-Spar Pin is (maximum) 25mm OD x 100mm (4") long (tip to Pin center), working section is 16mm OD, with a minimum 10mm OD. Aluminum Toggle is 1 5/16" (34mm) high with hole for a 12mm Pin.

End Fitting Adapters Adapting Collars allow End Fittings to be used with larger diameter tube. This sometimes results in a net weight savings, and often allows for configurations otherwise unavailable. Please Note that adapting collars can be used together, but have ID's designed for End Fittings and can not be used for sleeving two sizes of tubing together. As always, special sizes are available on a Custom basis.

60mm End Fitting Adapter for 100mm OD Tube: EFM-AC60-100A:
Cast Aluminum Tube Adapting Collar allows use of any End Fitting for 60mm OD Standard Spinnaker Pole Tube with 100mm OD Standard Spinnaker Pole Tube. Black Anodized Collar is 85mm (3 3/8") long and projects 40mm (1 9/16") from tube end.
80mm End Fitting Adapter for 100mm OD Tube: EFM-AC80-100:
Composite Plastic Tube Adapting Collar allows use of any End Fitting for 80mm OD Standard Spinnaker Pole Tube with 100mm OD Standard Spinnaker Pole Tube. Black Composite Collar is 70mm (2 3/4") long and projects 29mm (1 1/8") from tube end.
