Rig-Rite Inc. Return Policy

We have gone to great lengths to provide complete descriptions, specifications, and dimensions of the items that we supply on-site, so that any individual with the ability (and time) to take some basic measurements should be able to tell whether a given part will fit in their particular application. Should you be unable to provide the measurements and data required to identify the parts you need, you will have to hire someone to do so. If requested, Rig-Rite Inc. will provide the name of an insured Rigger, Boatyard, or other Marine Professional in your area.

Any Claims or discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of package delivery by invoiced Carrier.

Absent any mistakes in measurements, descriptions or photographs provided on-site, there will be a 25% restocking charge and no refund on shipping, handling or packing charges.

Any items returned without a copy of the Original Invoice, or without an RMA, or used, damaged, or otherwise unsaleable as new will be assessed a greater restocking charge, up to 100% of value.

Custom, and Special Order items are not returnable.

Cut lengths of any item (tube, rope, wire, track, gasket material, etc.) are not returnable.

Bearings, Bearing Kits, and Electrical items are not returnable.

All returns must be received within 30 days of original shipment.

Returns should be packed carefully, and insured for your protection.

Items for return will require shipping to different addresses depending on the item(s).

Call for a Shipping Address, and RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number) before returning any items. Your RMA# must be written on the outside of your package, and on a copy of your invoice inside the package.
