FranceSpar Foot Block / Turning Blocks w/ Jammer FranceSpar Foot Block / Turning Blocks w/ Jammer are common on a variety of production boats from the 1980's and beyond. Plastic Foot Block w/ 60mm Sheave & Jammer: FSP 48-601J:
Black Plastic FranceSpar Foot Block with 60mm Sheave and Jammer. Unique reversible design allows unit to be mounted on port or starboard deck. Jammer is not spring-actuated and must be engaged manually. Unit is 110mm (4 5/16") long x (maximum) 62mm (2 7/16") wide (not including Jammer), and attaches to deck with (3) 1/4" (6mm) RH screws on 28mm x 58mm hole centers. Cast Aluminum FranceSpar Foot Block with 60mm Sheave and spring-actuated Jammer. Unique reversible design allows unit to be mounted on port or starboard deck. Heavy-duty unit is 147mm (5 3/4") long x (maximum) 76mm (3") wide (not including Jammer), and attaches to deck with (2) 6mm, (1) 8mm, and (1) 10mm special screws on 28mm x 58mm hole centers. 	Replacement Sheave as used in FranceSpar Jammer Foot Blocks (and others) is 60mm (2 5/16") OD x 19mm (3/4") wide x 12mm (<1/2") ID.
