Goiot Hatches
Goiot Hatches and Ports, made in France, are found on a variety of Yachts built around the world. Their original Cast Aluminum, now "Tradition" series, are among the most respected anywhere.
Goiot now manufactures a wider selection of Aluminum Hatches in a variety of configurations to suit any application. Current production includes Tradition, Cristal, Opal, and Integration series, as well as Escape Hatches and Flush-mount configurations.

Goiot Tradition Hatches
Goiot Tradition Hatches feature a Traditional High-profile Cast Aluminum Lid and a Hinge with an integral spring to support the lid. Besides models 34.20 and 80.80, the Tradition range includes a compensating spring which allows the lid to be held open in any position up to 90°. Note the locking hole in the Lid for use with Outside Handle and a Padlock.

Tradition Hatches
Goiot Tradition Hatches are stocked as Standard with a Grey Acrylic Lens and Black plastic Handles. Corners have a 41mm radius (80.80 has a 25mm radius). Other sizes have been produced, and may be available on special order.

- Options: Blue Acrylic Lens, Outside Handles or Aluminum Handles (except for 34.20).

Goiot Original Hatches
Original Goiot Hatches preceded the Tradition Hatch and were produced until 1982.
Original Hatches use Stay Arms to support the lid, the Hatch is secured using female Knobs, Goi PT-KF8, see Tradition Hatch Parts.

Goiot Cristal Hatches Goiot Cristal Hatches feature a Low-profile Cast Aluminum Lid with an adjustable Friction Hinge. T60, T70 & T80 models feature an integral Spring allowing the Lid to be held open in any position up to 90° (maximum opening 180°).

Goiot Cristal Hatches are stocked as Standard with a Grey Acrylic Lens, a 12mm Spigot depth, and Grey plastic Handles. Corners have a 53mm radius. Other sizes have been produced, and may be available on special order.

Goiot Evolution Hatches
Goiot Evolution Hatches preceded the Cristal Hatch and were produced from 1993 to 2001.
Grey plastic Handles were standard, Outside Handles were available as options on larger models. Corners had a 52mm radius.

Goiot Opal Hatches
Goiot Opal Hatches are made from extruded Aluminum for a minimum-profile height. Opal Hatches feature an invisible Hinge and use Stay Arm(s) to support the Lid. Two-stage Locking Handles allow the Hatch to be locked in ventilation mode. All models are equipped with adjustable stay up to 160°. Opening to 180° is as simple as releasing the stay to obtain the right position.
Opal Round Hatches feature an external Friction-adjustable Hinge and do not use Stay Arms.

Goiot Opal Hatches are stocked as Standard with a Grey Acrylic Lens. Spigot depth is 15mm. Corners have a 42.5mm radius.

Goiot Opal Flush Hatches
Goiot Opal Flush Hatches are designed to fit flush with the Deck and feature special Stainless Steel Hinges. All models are equipped with adjustable stay up to 130°.
Premium Flush (/P) Hatches are completely flush with recessed Hinges and SS Winch Handle Caps that are flush with the Lens. Stay Arms and other components are as standard Opal Hatches.

Opal Flush Hatches
Opal Flush Hatches are shipped as Standard with a Grey Acrylic Lens and a glossy White lower frame. Spigot depth is 15mm. Corners have a 42.5mm radius.
Premium Flush (/P) Hatches are completely flush with recessed Hinges and SS Winch Handle Caps that are flush with the Lens.

Goiot Integration Hatches
Goiot Integration Hatches are unique in that they are designed to be glued (integrated) into the hull - no fasteners are used. Hatches feature a solid Cast Aluminum Base with an Acrylic Lid and an external Friction-adjustable Hinge. The Friction-adjustable Hinge allows the hatch to be held open in any position, up to 180°. They are easily identified by the Acrylic Lens which has no separate frame.

Integration Hatches
Goiot Integration Hatches are stocked as Standard with a Grey Acrylic Lens. Spigot depth is 15mm. Corners have a 52mm radius.
To Order specify Grey (Standard), or Blue Acrylic Lens.

Goiot Escape Hatches Goiot Escape Hatches are designed for mounting on the sides of Multihulls, and can be opened from outside as well as from inside in the event of a capsizing. A lockable security bar is included which must be removed when sailing. Hatches feature a solid Cast Aluminum Base and Lid.

Tradition Escape Hatches Goiot Tradition Escape Hatches feature a solid Cast Aluminum Lid and a Hinge with an integral spring to support the lid. All Handles are Aluminum, locking Bar (for use in port) is included.
