In addition to a wide variety of Stanchions and
Stanchion Bases, Rig-Rite stocks Rail Bases, used
on Bow and Stern Rails, and related Hardware and Stainless Steel Tube. In addition to those Rail Fittings listed here, Rig-Rite also has the ability to manufacture
other Rail Fittings on a Custom basis. If a Rail Fitting you require is not listed here, please
contact us with a sketch and complete dimensions, including base footprint, hole spacing, and
angles.

Round SS Rail Bases These Round Rail Bases are Cast in 316 SS for maximum corrosion resistance. |

Round Rail Base for 1" OD Tube - 90°: SB RBR1-90:
Round Rail Base for 1" OD Tube - 60°: SB RBR1-60: Round Rail Base for 1" OD Tube - 45°: SB RBR1-45: Round Rail Base for 1" OD Tube - 30°: SB RBR1-30: Round Cast SS Rail Base for 1" OD Tube is available in a variety of angles. Cast 316 SS Base is 2 13/16" diameter and attaches to Deck with (3) 1/4" FH screws. Unit includes (2) 1/4"-28 set screws to clamp Rail Tube. Note: As a truly secure installation requires positive engagement of the Rail Tube, we recommend that you drill a clearance hole in the Rail, and substitute a RH screw (included) for one of the set screws. |

Rectangular Rail Base for 1" OD Tube - 60°: SB RBS1-60: Rectangular Rail Base for 1" OD Tube - 45°: SB RBS1-45: Rectangular Rail Base for 1" OD Tube - 30°: SB RBS1-30: Rectangular Cast 316 SS Rail Base for 1" OD Tube is available in a variety of angles. Base is 3 1/4" long x 1 7/8" wide and attaches to Deck with (4) 1/4" FH screws on 2 5/8" x 1 1/8" centers (30° unit attaches w/ 3 screws). Unit includes (2) 1/4"-28 set screws to clamp Rail Tube. Cast 316 SS Rail Elbow for 1" OD Tube is 2" long x 2" high. Unit includes (2) 1/4"-28 set screws to secure Rails.

Bow Rail Elbow for 1" OD Tube - 110°: SB RBE1-110:
Bow Rail Elbow for 1" OD Tube - 125°: SB RBE1-125: Commonly used as the center piece of an assembled Bow Rail, these cast 316 SS Rail Elbows for 1" OD Tube are 4" long. Units include (4) 1/4"-28 set screws to secure Rails and feature a 1/2" hole in top for optional flagstaff.
