Rig-Rite #4 Boom Section

RR #4 Roller-Reefing Gooseneck Ass'y w/ 1/2" Slide: RR 4B-1ARS: Spring-loaded roller-reefing mechanism works by pulling aft on the boom and turning it in 1/2 turn increments. SS yoke assembly is fixed in a rectangular recess until boom is pulled aft. SS Spring locks yoke into recess when boom is released. Works only with end-boom sheeting systems with swiveling mainsheet and topping lift attachments. Cast aluminum boom end fitting includes captive SS tack pin and SS roller-reefing yoke assembly, *K-8700A, with 3/4" SS Toggle, K-9267, and SS gooseneck Slide, K-9138.* Fits all mast sections using 1/2" or larger round slugs or boltrope.
RR #4 Roller-Reefing Gooseneck Ass'y w/ 3/4" Toggle: RR 4B-1ART: As *RR 4B-1ARS* (above), but without SS Gooseneck slide. Toggle attaches directly to gooseneck brackets or slides designed for a 3/4" toggle.
	RR #4 Gooseneck Casting w/ Tack pin: RR 4B-1A: Cast aluminum boom end fitting as used in RR #4 Gooseneck Assemblies (above), includes captive SS tack pin. Casting has 3/8" hole centered in 1" x 7/8" recess for attachment of various SS yoke assemblies for 3/4" toggle.
	SS Roller-Reefing Yoke Ass'y for 3/4" Toggle: K-8700A: SS spring-loaded roller-reefing yoke assembly for use with boom end castings that have a 3/8" hole centered in a 1" x 3/4" rectangular recess. Attaches to 3/4" SS Toggle with a 1/4" SS bolt and locknut (included). Post is 3/8" diameter x 3 1/2" long. Includes SS Spring, SS washers, and cotter pin.
	SS Gooseneck Toggle - 3/4": K-9267: SS Gooseneck Toggle connects yoke on boom to gooseneck brackets or gooseneck slides designed for a 3/4" toggle. Toggle is 3/4" square x 7/8" long with 1/4" holes at 90 degrees to each other on 3/8" centers.
	SS Gooseneck Slide - 3/4" for Boltrope: K-9138A: SS Gooseneck slide fits any gooseneck assembly using standard 3/4" toggle, using a 1/4" bolt and locknut (included). Slide has heavy welded SS ring for downhaul attachment. Fits all mast sections using 1/2" or larger round slugs or boltrope.

RR #4 Outhaul Casting: RR 4B-2C: Cast aluminum boom end fitting has tab with 2 holes for outhaul, and/or topping lift attachment.
RR #4 Outhaul Ass'y w/ Tang: RR 4B-2A1: Cast aluminum boom end fitting has tab with 2 holes for outhaul, and/or topping lift attachment. Includes swiveling tang for mainsheet or topping lift attachment. Swiveling attachments for mainsheet and topping lift are required for use with roller-reefing goosenecks.

Includes 2 swiveling tangs for mainsheet and/or topping lift attachment. Swiveling attachments for mainsheet and topping lift are required for use with roller-reefing goosenecks.

Outhaul Slides A variety of Outhaul Slides are available to fit the 1/2" Boltrope groove in the RR #4 Boom Section. See Outhaul Slides for 1/2" Boltrope Groove.
*Boom Bail - 1/2" Strap x 2 1/2" long: K-291A:* SS Boom Bail is a lightweight formed-strap design, which can be easily contoured to fit a variety of smaller sections. Bail is 1/2" wide x 1/16" thick, and 2 1/2" long. Fastens with (4) 3/16" (#10) fasteners.
*Boom Bail - 1/2" Strap x 3 1/2" long: K-291B:* SS Boom Bail is a lightweight formed-strap design, which can be easily contoured to fit a variety of smaller sections. Bail is 1/2" wide x 1/16" thick, and 3 1/2" long. Fastens with (4) 3/16" (#10) fasteners.
*Boom Bail - 1/4" x 1 3/4" wide: K-S9001:* SS Boom Bail made from 1/2" x 1/16" strap is designed to be attached with (1) 1/4" SS bolt and nut. Formed at 1 3/4" wide, width can be varied to fit larger or smaller sections. Bail length, from bolt center, is 2 1/2".
	*Boom Bail Bolt Ass'y - 1/4": K-S9001BA:* Boom Bail bolt assembly includes 1/4" SS bolt x 2 1/4", with locknut, and nylon washers to prevent bail from damaging boom surface as it pivots. Used with K-S9001 Boom Bail.
Boom Vang Ball Attachment Plate for Flush Mounting: K-2182F: Formed SS plate for attachment of Boom Vang with 1/8" wire swage ball. Allows for quick attachment and removal of Boom Vang, flush mounting design allows use with Roller-Reefing booms. Base is curved to fit a variety of Boom Sections, narrow profile allows it to be bent to fit others. Formed Stainless Steel plate is 3" long x 1 1/2" wide. Mounting requires 3/8" wide x 1 1/4" long slot in Boom. Fastens with (6) 3/16" (#10) screws or rivets.
	Boom Vang Wire Pennant w/ Swage Ball: K-2182WP: Wire Pennant for attachment of Boom Vang to Boom Vang Ball Attachment Plate. Pennant is 1/8" wire with swage ball and shank (MS20664-4) on one end and a nicopress and thimble on the other. Thimble allows attachment of any upper Vang block. Assembly is 6" long. Ball is suitable for all Ball Attachment Plates with a slot that is 1/4" wide or less.
*Cheek Block w/ Curved Base: K-140X:* Cheek Block with curved base is used on smaller Booms for Outhaul and Reef lines. SS Cheek Block has 1 1/16" OD Delrin Sheave suitable for use with line up to 3/8" diameter. Base is 3 3/16" long x 7/8" wide, and fastens to spar with (4) 3/16" (#10) RH screws on 2 11/16" (horizontal) and 1/2" (vertical) centers.
