Spar Cleat – Aluminum - 120mm: Z-1145:
Aluminum Spar Cleat is 120mm (4 5/8") long x 20mm (3/4") wide, and fastens with (2) 5mm (3/16") fasteners on 30mm (1 3/16") hole centers. Installed in the factory with a special deep-nosed rivet tool, can also be installed with machine screws.

Spar Cleat – Plastic - 120mm: Z-1145P:
Gray Plastic Spar Cleat is 120mm (4 5/8") long, and fastens with (2) 5mm (3/16") fasteners on 30mm (1 3/16") hole centers. Installed in the factory with a special deep-nosed rivet tool, can also be installed with machine screws. Not recommended for any but the lightest of applications.

Aluminum Spar Cleat is 170mm (6 3/4") long x 30mm (1 3/16") wide, and fastens with (2) 6mm (1/4") fasteners on 45mm (1 3/4") hole centers. Installed in the factory with a special deep-nosed rivet tool, can also be installed with machine screws.

Aluminum Spar Cleat is 170mm (6 3/4") long x 30mm (1 3/16") wide, and fastens with (2) 6mm (1/4") fasteners on 45mm (1 3/4") hole centers. Installed in the factory with a special deep-nosed rivet tool, can also be installed with machine screws. Special Highly polished version is identical to Z-1081, above, but with Highly polished Clear anodized finish. As used on Deck on a variety of Beneteau's.

Four Hole Spar Cleat – Aluminum - 205mm: Z-1192:
Four Hole Aluminum Spar Cleat is 205mm (8 1/8") long, and fastens with (4) 6mm (1/4") fasteners on 60mm (2 3/8") x 42mm (1 5/8") hole centers. Rectangular base is 80mm x 56mm (3 1/8" x 2 1/4"). Installed in the factory with rivets, can also be installed with machine screws.

Clam Cleat w/ Fairlead, Aluminum - Small: Z-1126:
Cast Aluminum Clam Cleat with Fairlead is suitable for line from 5mm to 8mm. Unit is 55mm long x 17mm wide (2 3/16" x 5/8"), and fastens with (2) 5mm (3/16") fasteners on 27mm (1 1/16") hole centers. Installed in the factory with rivets, can also be installed with machine screws.

Clam Cleat, Aluminum - Medium: Z-1662:
Cast Aluminum Clam Cleat is suitable for line from 6mm to 10mm. Unit is 77mm long x 20mm wide (3" x 13/16"), and fastens with (2) 5mm (3/16") fasteners on 58mm (2 1/4") hole centers. Installed in the factory with rivets, can also be installed with machine screws. |
