Z-Spar Main Page

Z-Spar (Z-Diffusion) is one of the largest Spar Builders in the world and operates a large facility in France. Over the past 20 years they have supplied spars to several US Boatbuilders, notably Hunter, Beneteau, and O'Day, as well as many major European builders. Rig-Rite is able to offer a large variety of original Z-Spar Spars and Parts, from stock, for delivery anywhere in the world.
Please Note: For a short time Z-Spar owned the Isomat facility in the US. Spars produced in the US from 1996 to March 1998 were labeled Z-Spars, though they were actually produced with a mixture of Sections and Parts from Isomat, Sparcraft and Z-Spar.

Most common Boom and Spreader Parts are listed underneath the Boom, or Spreader Section that they attach to. To find the part you need, first, determine which Boom or Spreader Section the part attaches to by measuring the Boom or Spreader Section. Then, click on that Section. Descriptions, specifications, and, in many cases photos are displayed there. Frequent changes in boat models and specifications, constant design improvements, and numerous other variations, make it impossible for us to know exactly which Spar Sections you have on your boat, and what parts you need. If a part you require is not listed, please contact us with full details including which Mast, Boom, or Spreader Section the part attaches to. Please remember that Spar Parts are not specific to a particular Boat, but to the Spar Section to which they attach. For all parts not listed it will be necessary for you to identify, or provide measurements of, the Mast, Boom, or Spreader Section that the part fits (see Z-Spar Mast Sections, Z-Spar Boom Sections, or Z-Spar Spreader Sections), as well as a complete description of the part.

In addition, Please note the following:
1. Z-Spar parts are designed & manufactured in France, to Metric Dimensions. Therefore Imperial Dimensions given are nominal & provided for your measuring convenience only.

2. There are many parts that are not listed here. If your part is not, it will be necessary for you to provide measurements of the Mast, Boom, or Spreader Section that the part fits, as well as a complete description of the part with measurements, or its nearest equivalent on the website.

3. You cannot order a replacement part by a number on the part only. Many of the cast aluminum Z-Spar parts have numbers cast into them, however these are often not the part numbers! We've found numerous cases of the same part number cast into completely different and unrelated parts, as well as the same part number in 5 different boom ends. If there is a part number on a Z-Spar component you are trying to replace, it will often help, but we will require a complete description of the part and additional measurements or a sketch, if the part is not detailed on-site.

If you are unable to determine your Spar Section from the data on-site, we can do so if you forward a tracing of the Section and its Maximum Outside Dimensions.
