Amiot 19mm I-Beam Track: Ami 1900-__ft.: Amiot 19mm Traveller Track is an anodized Aluminum I-Beam Track that measures 19mm (3/4") across the top and bottom, and is 25mm (1") high. Track is drilled for 5mm (#10 - 3/16") FH screws on 100mm (3 7/8") centers, and has 6mm (1/4") diameter stop holes on 100mm centers. Amiot 19mm I-Beam Track is available in a variety of lengths up to 2 meters (6' 6").

Amiot 19mm Basic 4-wheel Traveller Car: Ami 1901: Basic 4-Wheel Traveller Car for Amiot 19mm I-Beam Track is anodized cast aluminum with (4) stepped delrin wheels on SS axles, and removable eyestrap for attachment to mainsheet block. Car is 2 1/4" long with a maximum width of 1 9/16". Generally used on boats 23' (7M) and smaller.

4-Wheel Traveller Car for Amiot 19mm I-Beam Track is anodized cast aluminum with (4) stepped delrin wheels on SS axles, and fixed transverse bail for attachment to mainsheet block. Car has beckets and 2 control sheaves for up to 1/4" line, providing up to a 3-1-control purchase. Car is 3 3/4" long with a maximum width of 1 5/8". Generally used on boats 26' (8M) and smaller.

Hard molded plastic Track End for Amiot 19mm I-Beam Track covers track end and attaches to Track with (1) 5mm (#10 - 3/16") FH screw. Extends 1" beyond Track.

Adjustable Track Stop: Ami 1916:
Adjustable Track Stop for Amiot 19mm I-Beam Track features SS Spring Pin and rubber bumpers to cushion car impact. Used on free-floating car systems without end controls, especially for jib and staysail boom travellers, and as a cushion and for extra adjustment on systems with control lines. Anodized aluminum Track Stop is 1 1/4" long x 1 1/8" wide, and has a 6mm (1/4") plunger Pin.

Amiot 19mm Traveller Control Ends Control Ends for Amiot 19mm Travellers come in 2 configurations, for Control Lines being pulled horizontally and for those being pulled vertically. In cockpits, it is also common to use standard blocks mounted on the cockpit sides for controls. In addition, Rig-Rite manufactures a variety of SS Track-mounted Control Ends to fit Amiot 19mm Traveller Track. |

Single Sheave Control End: Ami 1918:
Anodized cast aluminum Control End for Amiot 19mm Traveller Track has a single sheave for Control Line up to 3/8" diameter. Control End locks into end of Track and fastens to Track with 5mm machine screw (included). Control End is 20mm wide, x 1 3/4" long, and extends 3/16" beyond the end of the Track. Unit completely covers Track end.

Vertical Pull Control End: Ami 1917:
Anodized cast aluminum Control End for Amiot 19mm Traveller Track has 2 Vertically mounted sheaves and an integral clam Cleat for Control Line up to 5/16" diameter. For use in cockpit mounted Traveller applications where the Vertical pull arrangement is more accessible to crew sitting outboard. Control End locks under lip at end of Track and fastens to Track with 6mm (1/4") FH screw. Control End is 1 3/4" (45mm) wide, projects 2 7/8" onto Track, and extends 1/4" beyond the end of the Track. Features rubber bumper to cushion Car impact.

Stainless Steel Control Ends to fit Amiot 19mm Traveller Track are available
with or without Cam Cleats and Beckets for 2-1 or 3-1 purchase systems, using up to 3/8" line. Formed SS
Track-mounted Control Ends slide onto Track and are held in place with a 1/4" SS screw in threaded boss
that fits into any existing stop hole, or a new one can be drilled, if necessary, for maximum outboard
placement. SS Control Ends do not cover the end of the track.
