Amiot 24mm RCB Traveller Track
Amiot 24mm Standard RCB Track: Ami 24BT-__ft.: Amiot 24mm RCB Traveller Track is an anodized Aluminum Track that measures 24.6mm (<1") across the top and 26mm (>1") across the bottom, and is 17.5mm (11/16") high. Track is drilled for 6mm (1/4") FH screws on 100mm (3 7/8") centers. Amiot 24mm RCB Track is available in a variety of lengths up to 3 meters (9' 10" feet).
Amiot 24mm High-Profile RCB Bridge Track: Ami 24BTH-__ft.: Amiot 24mm High-Profile RCB Traveller Bridge Track is a high profile anodized Aluminum Track that measures 24.6mm (<1") across the top, 40mm (1 9/16") across the bottom, and is 45mm (1 3/4") high. This Bridge Track fastens with standard 8mm Hex head bolts that slide in a slot in the bottom of the track, so there are no fastener holes. Amiot 24mm RCB Bridge Track is available in a variety of lengths up to 3 meters (9' 10" feet), and can be curved to customer's specifications on special order.

Amiot 24mm RCB Traveller Cars & Parts
Amiot 24mm RCB Traveller Cars utilize 8mm Delrin or heavy-duty Torlon balls in dual recirculating races, and come in 2 lengths with safe working loads of up to 2866 lbs. (1300kg). All Cars are shipped on Car Loaders. Cars should be moved back onto a Car Loader when removing the Car from the Track. Please Note: These Cars have been marketed by Goiot, and sometimes feature the Goiot imprint.
Traveller Car w/ Axle: Ami 24B-10D: Traveller Car for Amiot 24mm RCB Track has Delrin Ball Bearings and an 8mm Axle for use with webbing, shackle, or Toggle. Car has 2 control sheaves for up to 3/8" (10mm) line, providing up to a 2-1 control purchase. Car is 5 3/4" (146mm) long with a maximum width of 2 15/16" (75mm).
Traveller Car w/ Single Toggle: Ami 24B-11D: Traveller Car for Amiot 24mm RCB Track has Delrin Ball Bearings and a single pivoting Toggle with a 6mm screw Pin for attachment to mainsheet block. Car has 4 control sheaves for up to 3/8" (10mm) line, providing up to a 4-1 control purchase. Car is 5 3/4" (146mm) long with a maximum width of 2 15/16" (75mm).
Traveller Car w/ 2 Toggles: Ami 24B-12D: Traveller Car for Amiot 24mm RCB Track has Delrin Ball Bearings and two (2) pivoting Toggles for attachment to mainsheet blocks. Car has 4 control sheaves for up to 5/16" (8mm) line, providing up to a 4-1 control purchase. Long Car is 7 7/8" (198mm) long with a maximum width of 2 15/16" (75mm).
	Replacement Sheave for Amiot 24mm Cars: Ami 24B-10S:
	Replacement Sheave only, as used on Amiot 24mm RCB Cars. Delrin Sheave is 30mm OD (1 3/16") x 11.5mm (7/16") wide x 6mm ID.
	Replacement Sheave Bushing for Amiot 24mm Cars: Ami 24B-10SB:
	Replacement Sheave Bushing only, as used on Amiot 24mm RCB Cars. SS Bushing is 6mm OD x 5mm ID x 11mm long.

Amiot 24mm RCB Traveller End Stops
Plastic Track End Stop: Ami 24B-20L: Hard molded Black plastic Track End for Amiot 24mm RCB Standard Low-Profile Traveller Track covers track end and attaches to Deck with (1) 5mm (#10 - 3/16") FH screw. Unit is maximum 1 15/16" (50mm) long and extends 1 11/16" (43mm) beyond Track.

Amiot 24mm RCB Traveller Control Ends Control Ends for Amiot 24mm RCB Traveller Track are anodized Cast Aluminum and are available with or without Cam Cleats, and with a vertical sheave configuration to lead control lines to the deck, for use with dodgers and spray hoods.

Control End for Amiot 24mm RCB High-Profile Bridge Track has 2 stacked sheaves for Control Lines up to 1/4" (6mm) and includes a Becket and Cam Cleats. Control End completely covers Track end and features rubber bumper to cushion Car impact. Assembly locks into end of Track and fastens to Track with 8mm RH machine screw. Anodized aluminum Control End is (maximum) 3 1/4" (83mm) high x 2 3/8" (60mm) wide x 4 7/8" (124mm) long without rubber stop, projects 4 1/4" onto Track, and extends 1/2" beyond the end of the Track. 102859/102860
