Amiot 32mm Traveller Track
Amiot 32mm I-Beam Track: Ami 3200-__ft.: Amiot 32mm Traveller Track is an anodized Aluminum I-Beam Track that measures 32mm (1 1/4") across the top and bottom, and is 34mm (1 5/16") high. Track is drilled for 6mm (1/4") FH screws on 100mm (3 7/8") centers. Amiot 32mm I-Beam Track is available in a variety of lengths up to 2 meters (6' 6" feet).
Amiot 32mm I-Beam Bridge Track: Ami 3200H-__ft.: Amiot 32mm Traveller Bridge Track is a high profile anodized Aluminum I-Beam Track that measures 32mm (1 1/4") across the top, 40mm across the bottom, and is 64mm (2 1/2") high. As this Bridge Track is designed primarily to span an unsupported area, no fastener holes are predrilled. Amiot 32mm I-Beam Bridge Track is available in a variety of lengths up to 2 meters (6' 6" feet), and can be curved and drilled to customer’s specifications on special order.

Bridge Track End Support Pod: Ami 3200HP: Track End Support Pod (riser) for Amiot 32mm Traveller Bridge Track. End Pod features channel for Track bottom and stop for Track end. End of Track is fastened to threaded holes in Pod with (2) 8mm FH machine screws; Pod fastens to cabin top with (4) 8mm (5/16") RH screws. Cast anodized aluminum Pod raises Track bottom 3 1/4" (82mm) above cabin top and has ‘pass-through’ design to minimize interference with halyards and other lines led aft. Pod base measures 5 1/2" (140mm) long x 3 5/8" (92mm) wide, and is 4 7/16" (113mm) high. MMM

4-wheel Traveller Car w/ Control Sheaves & Beckets: Ami 3205: Four-Wheel Traveller Car for Amiot 32mm I-Beam Track is anodized cast aluminum with (4) stepped delrin wheels on SS axles, and fixed transverse bail for attachment to mainsheet block. Car has beckets and 2 control sheaves for up to 3/8" line, providing up to a 3-1-control purchase. Car is 5" long with a maximum width of 2 1/4" (56mm). Generally used on boats 36' (11M) and smaller.

	Replacement Mainsheet Shackle for Ami 3205 Traveller Car. In Ami 3205 Car, Forged SS Shackle is held in place with easily removable knurled Pin, Ami 3205KP.

6-wheel Traveller Car w/ Control Sheaves & Beckets: Ami 3209: Six-Wheel Traveller Car for Amiot 32mm I-Beam Track is anodized cast aluminum with (6) stepped delrin wheels on SS axles, and fixed bail for attachment to mainsheet block. Car has beckets and 2 control sheaves for up to 3/8" line, providing up to a 3-1-control purchase. Car is 5 3/4" long with a maximum width of 2 1/4" (56mm). Generally used on boats 43' (13M) and smaller.
	Shackle for Amiot 3209 Traveller Car: Ami 3209SS:
	Replacement Mainsheet Shackle for Ami 3209 Traveller Cars. In Ami 3209 Car, Forged SS Shackle is pressed in place from the underside of the Car.
*8-wheel Traveller Car w/ 4 Control Sheaves & Beckets: Ami 3210:* Eight-Wheel Traveller Car for Amiot 32mm I-Beam Track is made from (2) anodized cast aluminum bodies with (4) delrin wheels each, and fixed bail for attachment to mainsheet block. Car has beckets and 4 control sheaves for up to 3/8" line, providing up to a 5-1-control purchase. Unit is 10 1/2" long with a maximum width of 2 1/4" (56mm). This item is no longer available. The only suitable replacement is the stronger NF 1249, See NF 1169 Traveller Systems.

Amiot 32mm Traveller Control Ends Control Ends for Amiot 32mm Travellers come in 2 configurations, for Control Lines being pulled horizontally and for those being pulled vertically. In cockpits, it is also common to use standard blocks mounted on the cockpit sides for controls. In addition Rig-Rite manufactures a variety of SS Track-mounted Control Ends to fit Amiot 32mm Traveller Track. Old-style Control Ends had 2 sheaves mounted horizontally (on the same plane), they are no longer available, but Parts are listed below.

Vertical Pull, Control End w/ Cam Cleat: Ami 3217: Anodized cast aluminum Control End for Amiot 32mm Traveller Track has 2 Vertically mounted sheaves and an integral half Cam Cleat for Control Line up to 3/8" diameter. For use in cockpit mounted Traveller applications where the Vertical Pull arrangement is more accessible to crew sitting outboard. Control End locks under lip at end of Track and fastens to Track with 8mm (5/16") FH screw. Control End is 2 1/8" (54mm) wide (maximum), x 4" long, and extends 1/4" beyond the end of the Track. Stainless Steel Control Ends to fit Amiot 32mm Traveller Track are available with or without Cam Cleats and Beckets for 2-1 or 3-1 purchase systems, using up to 3/8" line. Formed SS Track-mounted Control Ends have 1 3/4" diameter Sheaves and feature Ronstan Carbon Fibre C-Cleats with Fast Track fairleads. Units slide onto track and are held in place with a 3/8" SS screw in threaded boss that fits into any existing stop hole, or a new one can be drilled, if necessary, for maximum outboard placement. SS Control Ends do not cover the end of the track.
