Gibb 42mm (1 11/16") Traveller Track
*Gibb 42mm (1 11/16") Traveller Track: Gibb TL1000-__ft.:* Gibb 42mm (1 11/16") Traveller Track is an anodized Aluminum X-shaped Track that measures 1 11/16" (42mm) across the top and bottom, and is 1 3/4" (45mm) high. Track is drilled for 5/16" (8mm) FH screws on 6" (152mm) centers. Track weighs 1.37 lbs./ft. and is available in various lengths.

Car has permanent pivoting shackle for attachment to mainsheet block, and tapped holes to allow for attachment of various Control Sheave and Cam Cleat Assemblies. Car is 5 5/8" (143mm) long x 4" (102mm) wide.
4-wheel Traveller Car w/ 2 Control Sheaves: Gibb TL-3031-4: 4-Wheel Traveller Car for Gibb 42mm (1 11/16") Traveller Track is constructed of aluminum alloy and features Delrin Ball-Bearing wheels for minimum friction. Car has permanent pivoting shackle for attachment to mainsheet block and 2 Ball-Bearing Sheaves for Control Lines with SS Cover Plate on one side. Car is 5 5/8" (143mm) long x 4" (102mm) wide. Control Sheave Assembly for 4-wheel Traveller Car: Gibb TL-3001A-4:
Control Sheave Assembly for 4-wheel Traveller Car for Gibb 42mm (1 11/16") Traveller Track. Assembly consists of (2) 1 1/2"OD Delrin Ball-Bearing Sheave Assemblies and a SS Cover Plate with (2) mounting screws. Fasteners are on 3 3/8" Centers. Cover Plate is 4 7/8" long x 1 7/16" wide.
Cam Cleat Assembly Set for Traveller Car Mount: Gibb TL-3086CAK:
Cam Cleat for Control Line is mounted on SS Plate to fit Gibb 42mm Traveller Cars. Each Cam Cleat Assembly mounts beneath Control Sheave Assembly and mounts on Car with two additional screws (included). Set includes 2 Cam Cleat & SS Plate Assemblies (Right and Left) with Servo #33 Cam Cleats.

Gibb 42mm (1 11/16") Traveller End Stops
*Aluminum Track End ‘Crash Stop’: Gibb TC-3080S:* Heavy-duty Aluminum Track End Stop slides on and attaches directly to Track with (1) 5/16" (8mm) and (1) 1/4" (6mm) screws (included), on 1 3/4" hole centers. Anodized, extruded Aluminum Track End features rubber bumpers to cushion car impact. Aluminum End Stop is 3 1/8" long x 4" wide.

Gibb 42mm (1 11/16") Traveller Control Ends
Track-mount Control Ends are available with or without cam cleats and beckets for 2-1, 3-1, or 4-1 purchase systems. Anodized, extruded aluminum ends (4" long) slide onto track and are held in place with a SS screw that fits into any existing stop hole, or a new one can be drilled, if necessary, for maximum outboard placement.

Gibb 42mm (1 11/16") Traveller System

The Gibb 42mm (1 11/16") series Traveller is designed around a heavy anodized X-shaped Track that measures 1 11/16" (42mm) across the top. Cars run on machined dual-race Delrin Ball-Bearing wheel assemblies that have a 1 3/4" (38mm) Outside Diameter. Cars are available in 4-wheel and 6-wheel versions with a variety of Control Sheave and Cam Cleat configurations. Note: Wheels and axles on these Cars are permanently affixed and are not replaceable. Track-mounted Control Ends are available with or without Cam Cleats for purchases of up to 4-1.
