Goiot 164 Traveller Systems
Goiot's 164 series Travellers are designed around a clear anodized Y-Track that measures 1 9/16" across the top. Y-Track systems (variations of X-Track) are designed to handle off-center loads, and will function well (but not with full strength) with loads up to 20 degrees off vertical. Track is drilled for 5/16" (8mm) FH screws on 100mm (3 7/8") centers.

Goiot 165 Traveller Bridge Track is dimensionally identical to Goiot 164 Traveller Track except that it is 3 3/8" (60mm) high. All Goiot 164 Traveller Components (except Track Ends) are compatible with Goiot 165 Track.

Track is drilled for 5/16" (8mm) FH screws on 100mm centers, mounting holes are deeply countersunk for use with adjustable Pin Stops. Goiot Traveller Track is available in a variety of lengths, please specify.
Goiot 165 (1 9/16") Traveller Bridge Track: Goi 165: NA Goiot 165 Traveller Bridge Track is a clear anodized Aluminum Y-Track that measures 1 9/16" (40mm) across the top, 1 5/32" (30mm) across the base and is 3 3/8" (60mm) high. Track is drilled for 5/16" (8mm) FH screws on 100mm centers, mounting holes are deeply countersunk for use with adjustable Pin Stops. This item is no longer available and is shown here for identification only. All Goiot 164 Traveller Components (except Track Ends) are compatible with Goiot 165 Track.

*Standard 4-wheel Traveller Car: Goi 164-31:* Standard Traveller Car for Goiot 164 Traveller Track is Cast aluminum with (4) 24mm (15/16") black delrin wheels and pivoting shackle attachment. T-shaped pivoting shackle attachment has a 10mm (3/8") hole for mainsheet block pin, and 6mm (1/4") holes for control blocks on each side. Car is 4 1/2" (115mm) long with a maximum width of 3 5/8" (94mm). 164.1

*Standard 8-wheel Traveller Car: Goi 164-32:* Heavy-duty 8-Wheel Traveller Car for Goiot 164 Traveller Track consists of (2) Car bodies (as Goiot 164-31, above) joined together with special pivoting shackle attachment. Large T-shaped pivoting shackle attachment has a 12mm (1/2") hole for mainsheet block pin, and 6mm (1/4") holes for control blocks on each side. Car is 9 1/4" (235mm) long with a maximum width of 3 5/8" (94mm). 164.2
*Aluminum Track End: Goi 164-35:* Cast aluminum Track End for Goiot 164 Traveller Track covers track end and attaches to Track with (1) 5/16" (8mm) FH screw. Clear anodized Track End is 2" (50mm) wide x 2 5/16" (58mm) long, and extends 1 1/8" (28mm) beyond track. 164.5
*Aluminum Track End for Bridge Track: Goi 165-35:* Cast aluminum Track End for Goiot 165 Bridge Track covers track end and attaches to Bridge Track with (1) 5/16" (8mm) FH screw. Black anodized Track End is 2" (50mm) wide x (maximum) 2 7/8" (75mm) high x 1 5/8 (66mm) long, and extends 1 7/16" (37mm) beyond track.
*Adjustable Track Stop: Goi 164-33:* Heavy-duty Adjustable Track Stop for Goiot 164 Traveller Track features large 15mm (9/16") SS Spring Pin and rubber bumpers to cushion car impact. Cast aluminum Adjustable Stop is 2 3/4" (70mm) long (excluding Bumpers) x 2 5/8" (65mm) (maximum) wide. Used on free-floating car systems without end controls, especially for jib and staysail boom travellers. 164.3
Traveller Control Ends For retrofit applications Goiot 164/165 Traveller Track can be modified to fit NF 6613, and NF 6612L&R Control Ends for NF 610 X-Track. Track modification necessary requires filing less than 1/16" from each side of Track for the length of the Control Ends.
