Kenyon 1 1/4" Traveller Track
Kenyon 1 1/4" I-Beam Track: KT-4548-__ft.: Kenyon 1 1/4" Traveller Track is a hardcote anodized Aluminum I-Beam Track that measures 1 1/4" (32mm) across the top and bottom, and is 1 1/4" (32mm) high, with an upper lip that is .162" thick. Track is drilled for 1/4" (6mm) FH screws on 4" centers, and has 5/16" diameter stop holes on 2" centers. KT-4548 Track weighs .67 lbs./ft. and is available in lengths up to 20 feet.

Kenyon 1 1/4" Traveller Cars
Kenyon Traveller Cars feature SS wheels with SS Ball Bearings in free-floating races for minimum friction. Race design allows easy maintenance with only fresh water rinse. Free-floating races, while affording a minimum of friction and ease of maintenance, mean that Wheels and Ball bearings are held captive by the Track itself. All Cars are shipped on Car Loaders. Cars should be moved back onto a Car Loader when removing the Car from the Track (as with Ball-bearing Tracks), otherwise Wheels and balls will go amiss. See: Car Loaders. 4-Wheel cars are suitable for mainsails up to 400-sq. ft. with end boom sheeting. 8-Wheel cars are suitable for mainsails up to 800-sq. ft. with end boom sheeting. 4-wheel Traveller Car: KT-4520: Traveller Car for Kenyon 1 1/4" I-Beam Track is constructed of aluminum alloy and features SS wheels with SS Ball Bearings in free-floating races for minimum friction. Car has removable eyestrap for attachment to mainsheet block. Car is 3" long with a maximum width of 2 3/8". Eyestrap attachment holes are tapped (5/16"-18) on 1 5/8" centers.
4-wheel Traveller Car w/ 2 Control Sheaves: KT-4520-1: Traveller Car for Kenyon 1 1/4" I-Beam Track is constructed of aluminum alloy and features SS wheels with SS Ball Bearings in free-floating races for minimum friction. 8-wheel Traveller Car: KT-4525: Eight-wheel Traveller Car for Kenyon 1 1/4" I-Beam Track is made from (2) KT-4520, 4-wheel car bodies, joined by a SS Plate with a welded eye on top. This arrangement allows both car halves to articulate separately and avoids uneven loading when used on curved tracks. Car is 6 1/4" long with a maximum width of 2 3/8".
8-wheel Traveller Car w/ Control Sheaves: KT-4525-1: Eight-wheel Traveller Car for Kenyon 1 1/4" I-Beam Track is made from (2) KT-4520, 4-wheel car bodies, joined by a SS Plate with a welded eye on top of 2 Control sheaves for 3/8" line. Traveller Car Parts
A variety of Traveller Car Parts for current and older Kenyon Traveller Cars are available separately. Control Sheaves for Kenyon 1 1/4" Traveller Cars have been produced in several sizes, the most common ones are listed below. At a minimum, it is necessary to determine the ID (Inside Diameter) of existing sheaves to determine which replacement sheaves are required. Traveller Car Wheel Replacement Kits are listed below, if you do not have your original Car Loader it is recommended that you obtain one to simplify installation. All Traveller Cars are shipped on Car Loaders, above.
*Wheel Replacement Kit for Kenyon 1 1/4" Traveller Cars: KT-4520-2:*
Wheel Replacement Kit for Kenyon 1 1/4" 4-Wheel Traveller Cars includes 4 SS Wheels, and all the SS ball bearings, SS and Micarta (phenolic) washers to mount them. 8-Wheel Cars require 2 kits. When installing, Micarta washers go on first, then SS washers, then the wheels and balls.

Delrin sheave is 1 1/16" diameter x 17/32" wide x 9/16" ID. As used on most 4-wheel cars.
	Sheave Bushing for K-10266 Sheave: K-10320: SS Sheave Bushing is used with the K-10266 sheave on some 1 1/4" Traveller Car assemblies. Bushing measures 9/16" OD x 5/16" ID x 9/16" (.565") long. BS95-36 KT
*1 1/2" Sheave w/ 5/8" ID for Kenyon 1 1/4" Traveller Car: K-199-4C:*
Molded Nylon sheave is 1 1/2" diameter x 7/16" wide x 5/8" ID. As used on most 8-wheel cars.
	*Step Bushing for K-199-4C Sheave: KT-199-4SB:* SS Step Bushing is used with the *K-199-4C* sheave on some 1 1/4" 8-wheel Traveller Car assemblies. Bushing measures 5/8" OD x 3/8" ID x 3/4" (.776") long with the top 1/4" (.245") reduced to 1/2" (.492") to accommodate the *KT-2247* Pad Eye.
*Eyestrap for Kenyon 1 1/4" 4-wheel Traveller Cars: KT-3116ES:*
SS Eyestrap is used on all standard Kenyon 1 1/4" 4-wheel Cars. SS Eyestrap is (maximum) 3/4" wide x 1/4" thick with (2) 5/16" holes on 1 5/8" centers.
*Pad Eye for Kenyon 1 1/4" 8-wheel Traveller Cars: KT-2247:* SS Pad Eye is used on all standard Kenyon 1 1/4" 8-wheel Cars. SS Pad Eye is 1 1/2" wide x 4 9/16" long x 1/4" thick with (2) 1/2" holes on 3 3/32" (3.092") centers.

Kenyon 1 1/4" Traveller Ends & Stops
Plastic Track End Stop: KT-NF1176: Plastic Track End Stop for Kenyon 1 1/4" I-Beam Track covers track end and attaches to deck with (1) #10 (3/16") FH screw.
Adjustable Track Stop: KT-30330R: New-style Adjustable Track Stop for Kenyon 1 1/4" I-Beam Track features SS Spring Pin and rubber bumper to cushion car impact. Used on free-floating car systems without end controls, especially for jib and staysail boom travellers. SS Track Stop with plastic track liners is 2 1/2" long x 1 5/8" wide. RM PL2

Kenyon 1 1/4" Traveller Control Ends Control Ends for Travellers come in 2 configurations, those that mount on the Track itself, and those that mount on the deck adjacent to the end of the track. In cockpits, it is also common to use standard blocks mounted on the cockpit sides for controls. Kenyon produces a variety of Track-mount Control Ends, shown below. Nicro-Fico NF-1169 Deck-Mount Control Ends are also suitable in some applications. Old-style Kenyon Control End Blocks bolted through the Track, and are listed below. Many other Custom configurations are available including systems to lead control lines underneath the dodger and systems that lead both control lines to the same side. Please inquire.

Old-style Kenyon Control Ends bolted through the Track, frequently from the underside, making replacement with conventional ends difficult. Commonly used on a variety of C&C, and Freedom Yachts, Old-style Kenyon Control End Blocks are available again, now with SS Cheek plates.
*Single Sheave, Track-mount Control End Block: K-2030:* SS Single Block with 1 7/8" OD Sheave mounts to track with (2) 1/4" screws on 1 9/16" centers. Block is (maximum) 2 13/16" long x 2" wide x 3/4" high, and is suitable for line up to 7/16" diameter.
	*Becket for K-2030 Block: K-2030B:* Optional SS Becket for use with the *K-2030* block. Becket is 5/8" wide with 1/4" holes and attaches to block using the central mounting bolt.
*Double Sheave, Track-mount Control End Block: K-2030-2:* SS Double Block with 1 7/8" OD Sheave mounts to track with (2) 1/4" screws on 1 9/16" centers. Block is (maximum) 2 13/16" long x 2" wide x 1 3/8" high, and is suitable for line up to 7/16" diameter.

Track-mount Control Ends are Stainless Steel and are available with or without Cam Cleats and Beckets for 2-1 or 3-1 purchase systems. Formed ends slide onto track and are held in place with a SS screw that fits into any existing stop hole, or a new one can be drilled, if necessary, for maximum outboard placement. SS Control Ends are 4" long and use 1 3/4" sheaves for 3/8" line.

Formed SS ends (4" long) slide onto track and are held in place with a 3/8" SS screw that fits into any existing stop hole, or a new one can be drilled and tapped (3/8"-16), if necessary, for maximum outboard placement and optimum fit. Kenyon 1 1/4" Mainsheet Block Assemblies While most Kenyon 1 1/4" Main Sheet Systems used a Main Sheet Block that was shackled to the Traveller Car Eyestrap, a variety of specialized Mainsheet Block Assemblies were developed for specific OEM applications, all of which featured an integral Spring to keep the Mainsheet Block upright at all times. Mainsheet Block Assemblies listed here are specifically designed for use on Kenyon Traveller Cars that fit Kenyon 1 1/4" Traveller Track.
