NF 599/600 Traveller Track
Nicro-Fico 7/8" X-Track x 3': NF 599-3: Nicro-Fico 7/8" X-Track x 4': NF 599-4: Nicro-Fico 7/8" X-Track x 5': NF 599-5: Nicro-Fico 7/8" X-Track x 6': NF 599-6: Nicro-Fico 7/8" X-Track - Custom Length: NF 599-__: NF 599 Traveller Track is a Black hardcote anodized Aluminum X-Track that measures 7/8" (22mm) across the top, 1 1/8" (29mm) across the base and is 7/8" high. Track is drilled for #10 (3/16") FH screws on 4" (102mm) centers, and has 5/16" diameter stop holes on 1" centers. NF 599 X-Track is available in several standard lengths, and custom lengths up to 20 feet.
Nicro-Fico 7/8" X-Track x 3': NF 600-3: Nicro-Fico 7/8" X-Track x 4': NF 600-4: Nicro-Fico 7/8" X-Track x 4' 5": NF 600-4.4: Nicro-Fico 7/8" X-Track x 5': NF 600-5: Identical to NF 599 (above) but without stop holes, NF 600 Track is designed only for use with line control systems. NF 600 X-Track is available in several standard lengths.

NF 599 Traveller Cars & Car Parts
Standard 4-wheel Traveller Car: NF 583: Standard Traveller Car for NF 599/600 X-Track is constructed of high-tensile, anodized aluminum alloy forgings, with a SS center shaft. Car rides on black Delrin wheels and features a pivoting shackle attachment with a 3/16" Clevis Pin. Screws included for use with NF 659 Control blocks. Car is 2 5/8" long with a maximum width of 2 1/8", and has an ultimate tensile strength of 2500 lbs..
4-wheel Traveller Car w/ Control Blocks: NF 584: Identical to NF 583 (above), but with the addition of (2) NF 659 Control blocks for 1/4" line. Provides a 2-1 control purchase, or a 3-1 purchase with the addition of (2) NF 644 Beckets.
Standard 6-wheel Traveller Car: NF 788: Six-wheel Standard Traveller Car for NF 599/600 X-Track is constructed of high-tensile, anodized aluminum alloy forgings, with a SS center shaft. Car rides on black Delrin wheels and features pivoting shackle attachments with triangular bridging plates. Screws included for use with NF 659 Control blocks. Car is 4 1/2" long with a maximum width of 2 1/8", and has an ultimate tensile strength of 3000 lbs..
6-wheel Traveller Car w/ Control Blocks: NF 789: Identical to NF 788 (above), but with the addition of (2) *NF 659* Control blocks for 1/4" line. Provides a 2-1 control purchase, or a 3-1 purchase with the addition of (2) NF 644 Beckets.
Single Control Block for NF 599/600 Traveller Cars: NF 659:
SS control block has 1" Delrin sheave and takes 1/4" line. Block has special ferrule with 3/16" hole for attachment to NF 583 & NF 788 Traveller Cars.
Becket for NF 659 Control Block: NF 644: SS Becket shackle fits *NF 659* Control block.
Replacement Wheel for NF 599/600 Traveller Cars: NF 583W:
Special replacement wheel for NF 599/600 Traveller Cars. Black Delrin wheel is <11/16" diameter x <3/8" wide x 1/4" ID. As used on NF 583, 584, 788, and 789 Cars, above.

NF 599 Traveller Ends & Stops
Rubber Track End Stop: NF 601: Molded neoprene Track End for NF 599 Track covers sharp edges of track and provides a cushion for Traveller Car. Stop extends 3/4" beyond track, and is installed with 1/4" pin, *NF 601P* (order separately), through press-fit hole drilled in track, 1/2" from end.
Pin for Rubber Track End: NF 601P: SS pin is used to attach NF 601 Rubber Track End. Pin is 1/4" diameter x 1 1/2" long.
Adjustable Track Stop: NF 586: New-style Adjustable Track Stop for NF 599 Track. Thirty-five years of experience has shown that the primary cause of failure of the old-style NF-586X Adjustable Track Stop was long term corrosion of the spring pin mechanism, which was not accessible. New-style Stop features easily serviceable and removable SS Spring Pin assembly and rubber bumper to cushion car impact. Used on free-floating car systems without end controls, especially for jib and staysail boom travellers.
*Adjustable Track Stop: NF 586X:* Old-style Adjustable Track Stop for NF 599 Track features SS Spring Pin with large knob, and rubber bumper to cushion car impact. Used on free-floating car systems without end controls, especially for jib and staysail boom travellers. This part is no longer available, having been replaced by the NF-586 (above), and is shown for identification only.

NF 599 Traveller Control Ends come in 2 configurations, those that mount on the Track itself, and those that mount on the deck adjacent to the end of the track. In cockpits, it is also common to use standard blocks mounted on the cockpit sides for controls. Control Ends are available in a variety of configurations for different purchases with or without cam cleats.
Track-mount Control Ends are SS and are available with or without cam cleats and beckets for 2-1 or 3-1 purchase systems. Formed ends slide onto track and are held in place with a SS screw that fits into any existing stop hole, or a new one can be drilled, if necessary, for maximum outboard placement.

For 2-1 purchase systems. Formed SS ends (3 1/2" long) slide onto track and are held in place with a SS screw that fits into any existing stop hole, or a new one can be drilled, if necessary, for maximum outboard placement. Control line dead-ends on becket/eye strap, goes through a sheave mounted on the car, and comes back around Control End sheave and through cam cleat.

For 3-1 purchase systems. Formed SS ends (3 1/2" long) slide onto track and are held in place with a SS screw that fits into any existing stop hole, or a new one can be drilled, if necessary, for maximum outboard placement. Control line dead-ends on becket on car, goes around upper Control End sheave, back through the sheave mounted on the car, then around lower Control End sheave and through cam cleat.
Double Sheave, Track-mount Control End: NF 6513: For 3-1 purchase systems with cleats mounted separately. Formed SS ends (3 1/2" long) slide onto track and are held in place with a SS screw that fits into any existing stop hole, or a new one can be drilled, if necessary, for maximum outboard placement. Control line dead-ends on becket on car, goes around upper Control End sheave, back through the sheave mounted on the car, then around lower Control End sheave to separate cleat.
Deck-mount Control Ends are cast aluminum with beckets for 2-1, 3-1 or 4-1 purchase, and extend 5" beyond track end. Units use 1 1/2" diameter sheaves (NF 16159S), and have recess for NF 16459 cam plates, or cam can be mounted separately on deck. Mounting screws with nuts and washers are included.

Used interchangeably on left and right sides for 2-1 purchase systems. Control line dead-ends on becket, goes through a block mounted on the car, and comes back around Control End sheave to separate cleat. Unit is (maximum) 1 13/16" wide and extends 4" beyond Track end. Includes 1 1/2" Delrin Sheave, NF 16159S, below.
Double Sheave, Deck-mount Control End w/ Becket: NF 16259:
Used interchangeably on left and right sides for 3-1 or 4-1 purchase systems. For 3-1 purchase systems control line dead-ends on becket block on car, for custom 4-1 purchase systems control line dead-ends on Control End becket. Unit is (maximum) 1 13/16" wide and extends 4" beyond Track end. Includes 1 1/2" Delrin Sheaves, NF 16159S, below.
	Replacement Sheave for Deck-mount Control Ends: NF 16159S:
	Delrin sheave is 1 1/2" diameter x 9/16" wide x 5/16" ID. Used in NF 16159 and NF 16259 Control Ends, above.
Cam Plate for Deck-mount Control End: NF 16459: SS Cam Cleat mounting plate fastens in recess under Deck-mount Control Ends, NF 16159 & *NF 16259.* Provides mount for cam cleat without drilling additional holes in the deck.
Cam Plate Assembly w/ Cam Cleat: NF 16459A: SS Cam Cleat with eyestrap attached to NF 16459 Cam Plate.

Standard Kit is easily installed in minutes without drilling. All NF 599 Line Control Conversion Kits provide for a 3-1 purchase and include 2 Control Ends, 2 Cam Cleats, 2 NF 659 car-mount Control Blocks with NF 644 Beckets and 1/4" spliced control lines, and all fasteners (longer screws might be necessary for some deck-mounted installations).
