NF 1100 Traveller Track
*Nicro-Fico 1100 Recirculating Ball Traveller Track: NF 1100-__ft.:*
NF 1100 Recirculating Ball Bearing Traveller Track is a hardcote anodized Aluminum Track that measures 15/16" (26mm) across the top, 1" (25mm) across the base and is 1/2" (13mm) high. Track is drilled for #10 FH Screws on 4" (102mm) centers and has 1/4" stop holes on 2" (51mm) centers. NF 1100 Traveller Track is available in 3 ft., 4 ft., 5 ft., 8 ft., and 10 ft. lengths.

This item is shipped with all NF 1100 Short Cars, used to transfer the Traveller Car to the Traveller Track, and to load the Ball Bearings. NF 1100 Recirculating Ball Track is 5" long.

	Short piece of NF 1100 Recirculating Ball Bearing Traveller Track used for Traveller Car transport. This item is shipped with all NF 1100 Medium length Cars, used to transfer the Traveller Car to the Traveller Track, and to load the Ball Bearings. NF 1100 Recirculating Ball Track is 6" long.
	*Nicro-Fico 1100 - Car Loader for Long Car: NF 1100-CLL:* Short piece of NF 1100 Recirculating Ball Bearing Traveller Track used for Traveller Car transport. This item is shipped with all NF 1100 Long Cars, used to transfer the Traveller Car to the Traveller Track, and to load the Ball Bearings. NF 1100 Recirculating Ball Track is 8" long.

NF 1100 Traveller Cars NF 1100 Traveller Cars utilize 6.4 mm Torlon balls in dual recirculating races (on each side of the Car), and come in 3 lengths. Short (3 1/2"), Medium-length (4 9/16"), and Long (6 1/8") cars are available in a variety of configurations for ultimate strengths of 2800 lbs., 3500 lbs. & 4800 lbs. respectively. NF 1100 Traveller Cars are constructed of extruded aluminum alloy with removable plastic end caps for access to the Ball Bearings. As with all Recirculating Ball Traveller Cars, special precautions must be taken when removing them from the track. All Traveller Cars are shipped on Car Loaders, see above.

Short Car is 3 1/2" (89mm) long with a maximum width of 2 3/8" (60mm), and has a safe working load of 1600 lbs. As NF 1102, above, but with 2 Control Sheaves, this Car provides a 2-1 control purchase.

NF 1100 Traveller Ends & Stops
*Plastic Track End: NF 1119:* Molded plastic Track End covers track end and attaches to deck with (2) #10 (3/16") RH screws. Extends 1 1/4" beyond track end.
*Adjustable Track Stop: NF 1118:* Adjustable Track Stop for NF 1100 Track features SS Spring Pin and plastic bumpers to cushion car impact. Used on free-floating car systems without end controls, especially for jib and staysail boom Travellers. Adjustable Track Stop is 2 1/8" (54mm) long with a maximum width of 2 3/8" (60mm).

NF 1100 Traveller Control Ends Control Ends for NF 1100 Travellers are designed to mount on the Track itself. In cockpits, it is also common to use blocks mounted on the cockpit sides for controls. Track-mount Control Ends are available in a variety of configurations with or without cam cleats for 2-1, 3-1, and 4-1 purchase systems. As the Track-mount Control Ends do not cover the end of the track, they are normally used with NF 1119 Track Ends (above), which do.

For 2-1 purchase systems. Extruded Aluminum Ends with plastic bumpers slide onto track and are held in place by the long center screw which is bolted through the deck. For maximum adjustment control ends should be mounted as far apart as possible. Control line dead-ends on Becket, goes around sheave on Car, then around Control End Sheave and through cam cleat. Unit is 3" long x 2 5/16" wide.
*Single Sheave, Track-mount Control End w/ Becket: NF 1113:* For 2-1 purchase systems with cleats mounted separately. Extruded Aluminum Ends with plastic bumpers slide onto track and are held in place by the long center screw which is bolted through the deck. For maximum adjustment control ends should be mounted as far apart as possible. Control line dead-ends on Becket, goes around sheave on Car, then comes back around Control End Sheave to separate cleat. Unit is 3" long x 2 5/16" wide.

*Twin-Sheet Genoa Lead Car: NF 1122:* Long Recirculating Ball Twin-Sheet Genoa Car for NF 1100 Track features wide 2 1/4" OD Delrin Sheave for use with 2 sheets up to 1/2" diameter. Spring loaded SS Sheave housing pivots sideways and fore and aft. Wide Delrin Sheave accepts passage of J-Lock snap shackle. Car has 2 Towing Bails for positioning with control lines, or can be positioned with NF 1118 Adjustable Stops. Long Car is 6 1/8" (155mm) long with a maximum width of 2 3/8" (60mm), and has a safe working load of 1500 lbs..
Genoa Lead Car: NF 1123: Long Recirculating Ball Genoa Car for NF 1100 Track features large 3" OD Aluminum Sheave for use with sheets up to 1/2" diameter. Spring loaded Sheave housing pivots sideways and fore and aft. Aluminum Sheave has ball bearings to reduce side loads and a special flat groove for use with all modern line types. Car has 2 Towing Bails for positioning with control lines, or can be positioned with NF 1118 Adjustable Stops. Long Car is 6 1/8" (155mm) long with a maximum width of 2 3/8" (60mm), and has a safe working load of 2000 lbs..
*Outhaul Car: NF 1184:* Special length Recirculating Ball Outhaul Car for NF 1100 Track provides high strength and low friction at a minimum weight. SS channel allows for 3 Clew positions and 2 Outhaul Pennant positions with 1/4" pins and has 5/8" inside clearance for clew rings. Car is (maximum) 2 3/4" (70mm) long x 2 3/8" (60mm) wide x 2 3/8" (60mm) high (from track surface), and has a safe working load of 1200 lbs.. Outhaul Car uses thirty-six (36) 6.4mm Torlon ball bearings. Suitable for use on most boats up to 30'.
