Standard Chainplates |

|
Standard Chainplates (Flat & Angled) | ||
Standard Chainplates are made from strap or plate stock. Flat (un-bent) Chainplates are most
commonly used for shrouds but are sometimes used in Forestay and Backstay applications.
Angled Chainplates are similar, but with 1 or 2 bends, and are most commonly used in Headstay and
Backstay applications but are sometimes used for shrouds. Please note that if an Angled Chainplate
is otherwise suitable for your application, the angle can frequently be modified to suit. Standard Flat Chainplates and Angled Chainplates are listed below by the size of the Pin used to attach the rigging. If you require Standard Chainplates not listed here, we stock some others and are able to fabricate a variety of Custom ones, please forward a photo or sketch with complete measurements and details for a quote.
