|
Exit Plates are used to lead any control line (internal halyards, pole lifts, etc.)
through a spar wall, where No directional change is required.
An Exit Plate is installed in a slot, to prevent the line going through it from coming
in contact with the spar wall. This prevents any abrasion of the spar wall, as well as

NG1 Snap-in Exit Plate: NG1-7:
Isomat Plastic Snap-in Halyard Exit Plates are molded in Black Plastic and "snap" into place. Unit measures (visible when installed) 3 1/2" long x 1" wide (87 x 25mm), and fits in mast cut-out 74mm long x 20mm wide (2 7/8" x 13/16"). Suitable for use with line up to 7/16" (12mm) diameter.

NG2 Snap-in Exit Plate: NG2-7:
Isomat Plastic Snap-in Halyard Exit Plates are molded in Black Plastic and "snap" into place. Unit measures (visible when installed) 4 1/2" long x 1 5/16" wide (115 x 34mm), and fits in mast cut-out 112mm long x 26mm wide (4 1/4" x 1"). Suitable for use with line up to 5/8" (16mm) diameter.

NG1 Plastic Riveted Exit Plate: NG1-8:
Molded Black Plastic Halyard Exit Plates are attached with (1) 3/16" (5mm) rivet. Unit measures (visible when installed) 4 1/2" long x 15/16" wide (115 x 25mm), and fits in mast cut-out 90mm long x 19mm wide (3 1/2" x 3/4"). Suitable for use with line up to 7/16" (12mm) diameter.

NG2 Plastic Riveted Exit Plate: NG2-8:
Molded Black Plastic Halyard Exit Plates are attached with (1) 3/16" (5mm) rivet. Unit measures (visible when installed) 5 1/2" long x 1 5/16" wide (138 x 34mm), and fits in mast cut-out 110mm long x 24mm wide (4 1/4" x 15/16"). Suitable for use with line up to 5/8" (18mm) diameter.

Mini SS Exit Plate: NG0-7S4:
Mini Stainless Steel Exit Plate is just 1 3/4" long x 15/16" wide (45 x 25mm) and will handle line up to 5/16" (8mm) diameter. One of the smallest we've ever seen, commonly found on High- performance Dinghies. Formed SS plate fits in ovoid mast cutout 1 1/2" high x (maximum) 1/2" (13mm) wide. Unit is attached with (4) 4mm (5/32", #8) fasteners on 1 7/16" x 5/8" hole centers. Some units are marked A7520013. |

Special Short SS Exit Plate: NG2-7S4:
Special Short Stainless Steel Exit Plate is 2 3/4" long x 1 3/8" wide (70 x 35mm) and will handle line up to 3/4" (19mm) diameter. Formed SS plate fits in mast cutout 2" high x 1" wide and fastens with (4) #10 (3/16") fasteners on 2 5/16" x 15/16" hole centers. As used on a variety of Isomat and Pearson Masts. PP 34-47

Stainless Steel Exit Plate is 4 3/4" long x 15/16" wide (121 x 25mm) and will handle line up to 7/16" (12mm) diameter. Cast SS plate fits in mast cutout 86mm high x 19mm wide (3 3/8" x 3/4") and fastens with (1) 3/16" (5mm) rivet. Unit is marked 34003116244.

Stainless Steel Exit Plate is 7 1/2" long x 1 9/16" wide (190 x 40mm) and will handle line up to 7/8" (24mm) diameter. Cast SS plate fits in mast cutout 140mm high x 29mm wide (5 1/2" x 1 3/16") and fastens with (1) 1/4" (6mm) rivet. Unit is marked 34003108284.
