Mastheads Listed below are standard mastheads for rigs using the Kenyon 3756 Section, and parts for others. Fractional and tapered masts normally use welded-in mastheads for maximum strength with minimum weight. A variety of Custom Mastheads are available as well, please inquire.
*Masthead Assembly for Masthead Rig: K-11348:* Double channel extruded aluminum Masthead Assembly for 3756 mast section incorporates (4) 2 1/2" dia. aluminum sheaves, *K-198-10A, for internal or external wire or rope halyards. Includes 3/8" pins for attachment of slotted SS toggles for Headstay and Backstay (order separately), and 1/4" topping lift pin. Masthead fits in 3" x 1 5/8" wide slot cut into fore and aft sides of the mast tube. Pre-drilled for attachment of Spinnaker Halyard Bail K-10454* (order separately). Masthead is 10 3/4" long x 4" wide, and attaches to the mast with (2) 3/8" bolts.
	*Masthead Toggle w/ 3/8" Pin: K-10511:* Slotted SS Toggle Assembly for K-11348 Masthead includes 3/8" lower pin, and is designed to sit on 3/8" upper pin. Toggle measures 1 1/8" wide x 2" between pin centers, and will accommodate eyes up to 7/16" thick.
	*Masthead Toggle w/ 7/16" Pin: K-10511-1:* Slotted SS Toggle Assembly for K-11348 Masthead includes 7/16" lower pin, and is designed to sit on 3/8" upper pin. Toggle measures 1 1/8" wide x 2" between pin centers, and will accommodate eyes up to 7/16" thick.
	*Masthead Toggle w/ 1/2" Pin: K-10511-2:* Slotted SS Toggle Assembly for K-11348 Masthead includes 1/2" lower pin, and is designed to sit on 3/8" upper pin. Toggle measures 1 1/8" wide x 2" between pin centers, and will accommodate eyes up to 7/16" thick.
	*Masthead Spinnaker Bail: K-10454:* SS 5/16" bail is welded to a Trapezoidal SS plate which bolts to the top of the masthead with (3) 1/4" x 3/4" screws and locknuts. Trapezoidal plate measures 2" long x 2 7/8" (maximum) wide. Aft screw holes are on 2" centers, Bail is angled downward and projects 1 3/4" forward of plate. Mounting requires drilling (3) 1/4" holes. Designed for use with *K-11348* Masthead Assembly. Attaches with (3) 1/4" x 3/4" screws and locknuts.
	*Port Offset - Masthead Spinnaker Bail: K-10454P:* As K-10454 (above), but with bail offset to Port side to reduce interference of Spinnaker halyard block with Headstay.
	*Star. Offset - Masthead Spinnaker Bail: K-10454S:* As K-10454 (above), but with bail offset to Starboard side to reduce interference of Spinnaker halyard block with Headstay.
*Fractional Weld-in Masthead for 3756 Mast: K-10793:* Weld-in Single channel Fractional Masthead for untapered 3756 mast section incorporates provisions for (2) 1 3/4" dia. sheaves, for internal main halyard. Strong, low-windage design includes (2) 1/4" pins for sheave axle, (1) 1/4" pin for topping lift, and (1) 5/16" Pin for Backstay attachment. Masthead is 11" long (maximum) x .775" wide, Backstay Crane extends 5" beyond the aft face of the mast. Masthead is designed to be welded into the mast Section and is unfinished. Does not include sheaves. As used on Lancer 28.
	Mast Head Cap for 3756 Fractional Mast: K-10794: Mast Head Cap for untapered 3756 mast with fractional masthead, to seal mast end and provide a flat mounting surface. Cap Measures 6" x 3 3/4" wide. Aluminum with black epoxy finish. As used on Lancer 28.
*Fractional Weld-in Masthead for 3756 Tapered Mast: K-10691P:* Weld-in Single channel Fractional Masthead for 3756 Tapered mast section incorporates provisions for (2) 1 3/4" dia. sheaves, for internal main halyard. Strong, low-windage design includes (2) 1/4" pins for sheave axle and (1) 5/16" Pin for Backstay attachment. 	Mast Head Cap for 3756 Tapered Fractional Mast: K-___X: Mast Head Cap for 3756 fastens to top of fractional masthead with standard Kenyon taper to seal mast end and provide a flat mounting surface. Aluminum with black epoxy finish. MMM

*Aluminum Jib Box Assembly w/ 3/8" Pin: K-11597-1:* Cast aluminum four (4) halyard internal Jib Box Assembly with 3/8" pin and 3/8" Forestay Toggle. Accommodates two spinnaker halyards over two jib halyards, in a trim, narrow and lightweight unit. Features heavy-duty Nylatron Sheaves: (2) 2" Sheaves for Spinnaker Halyards, K-11594; (1) 2" Sheave for Upper Jib Halyard, K-11640; (1) 1 3/4" Sheave for Lower Jib Halyard, K-11639; and (2) 5/8" secondary Sheaves (forward) for the 2 Upper Halyards, K-11585. Jib Halyard Sheaves are suitable for use with wire or rope halyards. All Sheaves are 1/2" wide for snag free handling of halyards up to 3/8" diameter. Assembly fits in mast cutout 9 3/4" high x 1" wide, and fastens with (4) 1/4"-20 machine screws (included). Internal mounting flange is slightly curved to fit a variety of masts. Assembly is designed to fit through the mounting slot and is then fastened from the outside. Forged Chrome Bronze Toggle, MER 5770-412, is included. Unit measures 12 7/8" long x 1" wide and projects 2" (maximum) inside of mast. Suitable for use with a variety of mast sections on boats with forestays up to 1/4" dia. *Aluminum Jib Box Assembly w/ 1/2" Pin: K-11597-2:* Cast aluminum four halyard internal Jib Box Assembly with 1/2" pin and 1/2" Forestay Toggle, MER 5770-416. As K-11597-1, above, but with 1/2" Pin. As used on Pearson Flyer and others. DC
*SS Jib Box Ass'y w/ 3/8" or 1/2" Pin: K-10658X:* Welded SS four (4) halyard internal Jib Box Assembly with 3/8", or 1/2" pin for Forestay Toggle. Accommodates two spinnaker halyards over two jib halyards. This heavy Jib Box was used on a variety of MORC boats including many of the J/30's, J/29F's, and the Pearson Flyer. Assembly fits in mast cutout 9 3/8" high x 13/16" wide, and projects (maximum) 3 3/4" inside of mast. Mounting flange is fastened to the Mast with (12) 1/4" fasteners, unit weighs 3.55 pounds. This part is discontinued, having been replaced by the much lighter K-11597-1, above. A sheave and bushing replacement kit, K-10658SK, is available, see below. Please note: When replacing this item with the new K-11597-1 (the mast cutout needs to be widened and extended downward), the Forestay pin will be 1" higher on the mast; the Forestay length will change accordingly. 	*SS Jib Box Sheave Replacement Kit: K-10658SK:* Sheave Replacement package for K-10658 Welded SS Jib Box Assembly includes all (7) Aluminum sheaves and (4) Bronze bushings. Includes (1) 2" Sheave for Upper Spinnaker Halyard, K-198-8A; (3) 1 3/4" Sheaves for Lower Spinnaker Halyard and both Jib Halyards, K-198-7A; (3) 1" secondary Sheaves for the 3 Upper Halyards, K-198-4A; (4) 3/8" OD x 1/4" ID bushings, K-9523, for the 4 Primary Sheaves; and (6) Sheave Axle rivets.
*Forestay Tang w/ 7/16" Pin Hole: K-11657:* SS Forestay Tang has 7/16" Pin Hole for forestay attachment. Tang is mounted internally, with 1/4" thick lug projecting through 1/4" x 3 1/2" slot. Base is 6" high x approximately 2 1/4" wide and attaches to mast with (8) 1/4" fasteners. As used on Soverel 33.

*Bow Light Base Pad (round): K-9356-1:* Black urethane mounting pad provides low-profile mount for *K-11019* (or Perko 5686) bow light. Molded to fit 3756 mast section, pad is 2 3/8" dia. and fastens to mast with (3) #8 screws.
*Bow Light (round): K-11019:* When mounted vertically on *K-9356* Base Pad the K-11019 functions as a 20 point Bow/Steaming/Masthead Light. When mounted horizontally on top of mast it functions as a 360 degree all-around anchor light. Round base is 2 3/8" dia. and fastens with (3) #8 screws. Requires 3/4" hole for socket. 12-volt light uses GE # 90 bulb (included).

Spreaders The Kenyon 3756 mast section is normally used with Kenyon SP-3 airfoil spreaders, which measure 2 3/4" (fore and aft) x 1" (vertically), or with 1 11/16" OD Round Spreaders. For Spreader details, or to order replacement Spreaders, see Kenyon Spreader Sections.
*Spreader Bracket - 0 degree aft, Port: K-2299-3P:* *Spreader Bracket - 0 degree aft, Starboard: K-2299-3S:* SS welded Spreader Bracket Assembly for 3756 mast section. Formed plate has welded stud to fit Kenyon SP-3 Spreader. This strong fitting reduces windage to a minimum. Plate is 1/8" thick and measures 3" high x 4 1/4" long to spread loading over a larger area. Attaches to the mast with (8) 1/4" fasteners. For in-line spreaders.
*Round Spreader Bracket - Port: K-1567-4P:* *Round Spreader Bracket - Starboard: K-1567-4S:* SS welded Spreader Bracket Assembly for 3756 mast section. Formed plate has welded socket to fit Kenyon 1 11/16" OD (K-2130) Round Spreader. Design allows for recessed attachment of lower shroud tang. Plate is 3/32" thick and measures 3" high x 4 1/4" long to spread loading over a larger area. Attaches to the mast with (6) 3/16" (#10) screws or rivets and a 5/8" bolt, or a 3/8" bolt and a K-9631 Flange Bushing to reduce weight, or when used with K-1492, K-1493, or K-1494 Tang Assemblies. Used for rigs with in-line spreaders, base has 5-degree vertical lift. Specify port or starboard. D40444
Spreader Bars For High Performance applications designers frequently specify Kenyon thru-bar spreader systems. These systems have been proven through many years of top-level racing, and are now the norm on most racing yachts. Standard spreader bars for the 3756 section are listed below. Other angles are available on a special order basis.
*Spreader Bar for SP-3 Spreader - 0 degree aft: K-11508:* Stainless Steel Bar assembly is used with Kenyon SP-3 Spreaders for rigs with in-line spreaders. Installed through a 3/16" x 2 1/4" slot in the mast, the bar is held in place with roll pins (included) on each side. Holes (1/4") for spreader attachment and roll pins (1/8") are pre-drilled. Unit is 10" long x 2 1/4" wide, and has a 5-degree vertical angle. Fits 3656, 3756, and 4060 Sections.

*Winch Pad for 3756: K-10641:* Black Urethane Winch Pad is 4 5/16" dia., and molded to fit on centerline of 3756 section. Pad insulates winch from mast wall and properly seats it for mounting. Pad is attached to mast with 1 screw; holes for screws to mount winch are then drilled through pad and tapped in mast wall. p
*Stainless Steel Winch Pad: K-1139:* Stainless Steel winch plate is contoured to fit on centerline of 3756 Mast Section. Pad insulates winch from spar wall and properly seats it for mounting. Pad is attached to mast with (1) 3/16" (#10) FH machine screw, clearance holes for screws to mount winch are then drilled through pad, winch mounting holes are drilled and tapped in spar wall. SS plate is 3 3/8" high x 3 3/8" wide x .072" thick. SM D83905
Spar Cleat - 5" long: D-10325: Cast Aluminum Spar Cleat is a low-profile design with a narrow base suitable for use with line up to 1/2" diameter. Black Epoxy coated Cleat is 5" long, and fastens to spar with (2) 7/32" (#12) FH screws on 1 1/2" centers. See also, other Kenyon Spar Cleats.
*Main Sail Gate: K-1807K:* SS gate assembly covers 1 1/2" entrance for sail slide. When closed, allows slides to pass by gate and remain in mast. Slot allows gate to be slid aside when thumbscrew is loosened, and still remain attached to mast. Formed SS plate is 1" high with slot for SS thumbscrew, K-45 (included). Installation requires drilling and tapping (1) 10-32 hole.
	Stainless Steel Thumb Screw: K-45: SS Thumbscrew for use with Kenyon Mainsail Gates. SS Thumbscrew has a 10-32 thread and is 1/2" long (under head).
*3/4" Sail Slide Stop: K-10424:* SS Spring Pin Sail Slide Stop fits all mast sections with track for 3/4" internal flat slides. Superior design allows Slide Stop to remain captive in mast track. Gate cutout (1 3/4" high) is made just 1" above SS Gooseneck bracket. Spring pin fits in 1/4" hole drilled at top of cutout, and slides down into recess beneath Gooseneck Bracket when Spring pin is pulled. This design allows sail slides to come as close as possible to the gooseneck while remaining in track, and eliminates problems associated with slides snagging while going past a normal sail gate. Plate is 2 1/2" long with a 1/4" spring pin.

*Gooseneck Bracket for 1 1/2" Toggle, 1/4" Pin: K-10554:* Designed for use with *K-10518* Gooseneck Toggle/Tack Assemblies for D-Section and 2333 Booms, this SS welded Gooseneck Bracket takes a 1/4" Vertical pin, CP4-61K, and has clearance for a 1 1/2" Toggle. Fastens to 3756 Mast Section with (6) 3/16" (#10) fasteners. Base is 2 1/2" vertical x approximately 2 3/4" wide. 3550
	*Gooseneck Pin, 1/4" for 1 1/2" Toggle: CP4-61K:* Clevis Pin is 1/4" dia. x 1 7/8" long, for use with K-10554 Gooseneck Bracket.
	*Gooseneck Toggle/Tack w/ Reef Hooks: K-10518A:* Used with the K-10554 Gooseneck Bracket, and Kenyon 2333 or D-section boom, this combination Toggle/Tack/Reef Hook Assembly features 3 tack positions and includes 3/8" tack fastpin, *K-10399.* Takes 1/4" vertical pin and 3/8" horizontal pin. Two 1/4" reef hooks allow for ease of reefing from either side of the boom. Toggle portion is 1 1/2" high x 11/16" wide with 1" between pin centers. Unit (excluding Reef Hooks) is 4" high x 11/16" wide x 2 1/4" long.
	*Gooseneck Toggle/Tack Ass'y: K-10518N:* As *K-10518A, above, but without reef hooks. This combination Toggle and Tack Assembly features 3 tack positions and includes 3/8" tack fastpin, K-10399.* Takes 1/4" vertical pin and 3/8" horizontal pin. Toggle portion is 1 1/2" high x 11/16" wide with 1" between pin centers. Unit is 4" high x 11/16" wide x 2 1/4" long.
	Tack Fastpin for 1 1/2" Toggle: K-10399: SS Fastpin is 3/8" diameter x 7/8" long. Used in all K-10518 1 1/2" Toggle/Tack/Reef Hook Assemblies.

*Gooseneck / Vang Bracket for 3/8" Pin: K-10395:* Designed for use with the *K-10345* Gooseneck Toggle/Tack Assembly for E-Section and larger Booms, this SS welded Bracket takes a 3/8" Vertical pin, CP6-76K, and has clearance for a 1 1/2" Toggle. Fastens to 3756 Mast Section with (8) 1/4" (6mm) fasteners, Base is 5" vertical x approximately 2 3/4" wide. Also used as a Vang Bracket with addition of appropriate Vang Toggle, below. 3550

	*Gooseneck Toggle/Tack w/ Reef Hooks: K-10345A:* Used with *K-10395* gooseneck bracket, this combination Toggle/Tack/Reef Hook Assembly features 3 tack positions and includes 3/8" tack fastpin, K-10557. *Takes 3/8" vertical and* horizontal pins.** Two reef hooks allow for ease of reefing from either side of the boom. Toggle portion is 1 1/2" high x 7/8" wide with 1" between pin centers. Unit (excluding Reef Hooks) is 4" high x 7/8" wide x 2 1/4" long. Attaches directly to any of the Kenyon SS Gooseneck Brackets designed for a 1 1/2" Toggle with 3/8" vertical pin. Fits E section, 3550, and 3756 standard boom goosenecks.
	Tack Fastpin for 1 1/2" Toggle: K-10557: SS Fastpin is 3/8" dia. x 1" long. Used in all K-10345 1 1/2" Toggle/Tack/Reef Hook Assemblies.

*Vang Bracket for 3/8" Pin: K-10395:* This SS welded unit is suitable for use as a Vang or Gooseneck Bracket. Bracket uses a 3/8" vertical pin, CP6-76K, below, and has clearance for a 1 1/2" toggle. Base is 5" vertical x approximately 2 3/4" wide, and attaches to 3756 Mast Section with (8) 1/4" fasteners. Use with any Vang Toggle, listed below. 3550
	*Vang Toggle: K-10963:* Used with the *K-10395* Gooseneck Bracket, this SS toggle results in a fully pivoting vang bracket to minimize working stresses. Large 3/4" horizontal hole allows for attachment of any shackle or block.
	*Vang Toggle w/ 14mm Pin hole: K-10963-2:* Welded SS Vang Toggle for use with any Kenyon Gooseneck Bracket with a 3/8" Pin. SS tube is 1 1/2" long with Bronze bushed hole for 3/8" Vertical Pin. Welded SS Tab is 5mm (3/16") thick and projects 2 3/8" (60mm) out from tube. Tab has 14mm (9/16") hole for attachment of Vang and 8mm (5/16") hole for attachment of Vang Tackle. As used with Sparcraft Pneuvang and others.
	*Vang Toggle for Hard Vang: K-11788:* Used with the *K-10395* and other Kenyon Gooseneck Brackets with a 3/8" Pin, this SS toggle has (1) 9/16" (14mm) hole for Vang attachment and (3) 5/16" (8mm) holes for blocks. As used with Sparcraft Pneuvang and others.
Vang Toggle for Rigid Vang – Special: A variety of semi-custom Toggles, or Bracket/Toggle combinations are available to fit rigid (or solid) vangs produced by a number of manufacturers. Please specify manufacturer, model and Pin size.

Electrical Access Plate: RR 72-99: Electrical Access Plate is designed to allow access to internal electrical plugs above the mast step, without having to unstep the mast. Saves much in frustration and money by allowing you to check mast wiring connections with the mast up. SS Plate is 4 1/2" x 2" and is designed to cover a 3" x 1 1/4" vertical slot in the side of the mast, just above the top of the mast step. Plate is slightly curved to fit a variety of mast sections and attaches with (4) 1/4-20 RH machine screws (included).
Electrical Wire Slide: K-10908: Electrical Wire Slides - 10 Pack: K-10908P: Nylon slides fits all Kenyon, Rig-Rite, and Schaefer (and many MetalMast) mast sections with internal electrical wire slide tracks. Slides are attached to wiring harness at 2-3 foot intervals with tie wraps. Prevents wires from slapping, and from fouling internal halyards. Molded Nylon slide is 3/4" long x 1/2" high x (maximum) 1/4" wide.

*Standard 3756 Mast Step: K-10441S:* Mast Step fastens to deck or keelson with (4) 1/4" bolts in internal adjustment slots to allow for precise positioning. Unit is (maximum) 6" long x 3 3/4" wide x 1 7/8" high. Cast in 356 Aluminum with black epoxy finish.
*3756 Mast Step for Base Plate w/ Tenon: K-10441:* Special Mast Step fastens to deck or keelson with (4) 1/4" bolts in internal adjustment slots to allow for precise positioning. Unit is (maximum) 6" long x 3 3/4" wide x 1 7/8" high. Also features rectangular slot (2" x 1") for use with optional Base Plate with Tenon, *K-10442,* below. Cast in 356 Aluminum with black epoxy finish.
	*Mast Step Base Plate w/ Tenon: K-10442:* Mast Step Base Plate has projecting Tenon designed to mate with K-10441 Mast Step, above. Fastens to deck or keelson with (4) 1/4" FH screws in slots to allow 1" adjustment. Allows the K-10441 Mast Step to be attached to the Mast, keeping the end closed. Unit is 8 3/8" long x 5 1/2" wide x 3/8" thick, Tenon is 2" long x 1" wide x 1" high. Cast in 356 Aluminum with black epoxy finish.
*3756 Mast Step w/ Tenon: K-10441T:* Mast Step slides into and fastens to 3756 Mast. Base has protruding Tenon to fit into slot (1" wide) in keelson. Tapered Tenon is (maximum) 4" long x 1" wide. Base size is the same as 3756 mast profile, but shortened on the aft side to allow access to the sail slide track without removal. Cast in 356 Aluminum. As used on some Paceship PY26's and others. 111T
*Halyard Organizer Plate: K-1374HP:* Halyard Organizer Plate is designed to fit under K-10441 mast step, but must be drilled to match mast step mounting holes. New-style formed SS Plate has a total of fourteen (14) 1/2" holes on 4 sides for attaching halyard turning blocks, boom vang, and halyard shackles. Base is 7 1/2" long x 4" wide with (4) 5/16" holes on 4 1/4" x 2 3/4" centers, but must be drilled to match mast step mounting holes. Plate measures 8 1/2" x 5 3/4" overall and can also be drilled for use with any mast step up to 4" wide.
Mast Step Base Plate Adapter: K-10868KP: Mast Step Base Plate Adapter converts standard 3756 mast step *K-10441*, above, for use with external adjustment screws on keel-stepped rigs. Fastens with (4) 5/16" FH screws in holes of 3756 and other mast steps. Allows for precise positioning without unstepping the mast. Anodized aluminum plate is 5/16" thick and measures 8 1/2" long x 5" wide. Fastens to keelson with (4) 3/8" bolts in Slots that allow for 1 1/2" adjustment. Slot centers are 3 5/8" athwartships, and 5 3/4" fore & aft.
