Mastheads Kenyon High Performance Sections normally use welded-in mastheads for maximum strength with minimum weight. A variety of masthead configurations are available with a new spar or a replacement tube.
Sheave Axle Pin w/ Tab: K-11129-1: SS Masthead Axle/Sheave Pin has thin stem welded to teardrop tab which attaches to mast with (1) #10 screw. Pin measures 1/2" x 3" long (P208-97).
Sheave Axle Pin w/ Tab: K-11129-2: SS Masthead Axle/Sheave Pin has thin stem welded to teardrop tab which attaches to mast with (1) #10 screw. Pin measures 1/2" x 3 1/2" long (P208-113).
Sheave Axle Pin w/ Tab: K-11129-3: SS Masthead Axle/Sheave Pin has thin stem welded to teardrop tab which attaches to mast with (1) #10 screw. Pin measures 1/2" x 3 3/4" long (P208-121).

Spreaders The Kenyon 4984 High Performance Mast Section normally uses Kenyon SP-4 airfoil spreaders with thru-bar spreader systems. These systems have been proven through many years of top-level racing, and are now the norm on most racing yachts. Standard bars for Kenyon SP Spreader sections are listed below. Spreader Bar for SP-4 Spreader - 0 degree aft: K-11521L: Stainless Steel Bar assembly is used with Kenyon SP-4 Spreaders for rigs with in-line spreaders. Installed through a slot in the mast, the bar is held in place with roll pins (included) on each side. Holes (5/16") for spreader attachment and roll pins (1/8") are pre-drilled. Unit is 13 1/4" long x 3 3/16" wide, and has a 5-degree vertical angle. Fits 4780, 4984, and 5591 Sections.


Sailgate Slide Conversion Kit for 3" Gate: K-11672K: Kenyon High Performance Sections are normally used with mainsails having a rope luff for quick hoisting. It is sometimes desirable to switch to a mainsail with slugs for ease of handling. This kit contains 2 specially contoured SS plates & 4 SS thumbscrews, K-45, to close up the standard 3" gate cutout and still allow the slides to go by without jamming. Plates measure 1" wide x 2 3/4" high with 2 horizontal slots on 2" centers. Mounting requires drilling and tapping 4 holes (#10-32).

Plates measure 1 1/4" wide x 5 3/4" high with 3 horizontal slots on 2 1/2" centers. Mounting requires drilling and tapping 6 holes (#10-32).
	Stainless Steel Thumb Screw: K-45: SS Thumbscrew for use with Kenyon Mainsail Gates. SS Thumbscrew has a 10-32 thread and is 1/2" long (under head).
Roller Prefeeder: K-11087: Heavy-duty SS Roller Prefeeder automatically feeds boltrope mainsails into mast. Large diameter rollers eliminate friction and chafe. Supplied with threaded slug and screws to clamp it in luff groove, below sail entrance. Adjust higher or lower until feeding is perfect. Fits any mast section that uses boltrope.

4780 / 4984 Gooseneck / Vang Bracket w/ Bail: K-11542: Designed for use with the *K-10345* gooseneck toggle/tack assembly, this SS welded bracket takes a 3/8" vertical pin and has clearance for a 1 1/2" toggle. Base is 5" vertical x 4 5/8" wide and attaches to the mast with (8) 1/4" fasteners. Can also be used as Vang Bracket with addition of appropriate Vang Toggle, below.
	Gooseneck Clevis Pin - 3/8": CP6-76K: Vertical Clevis Pin for use with *K-11542* Gooseneck/Vang Bracket. SS pin is 3/8" diameter with 2 3/8" grip length.
	*Gooseneck Toggle/Tack w/ Reef Hooks: K-10345A:* Used with the K-11542 gooseneck bracket, this combination Toggle/Tack/Reef Hook Assembly features 3 tack positions and includes 3/8" tack fastpin, K-10557. Takes 3/8" vertical and horizontal pins. Two 5/16" reef hooks allow for ease of reefing from either side of the boom. Toggle portion is 1 1/2" high x 7/8" wide with 1" between pin centers. Unit (excluding Reef Hooks) is 4" high x 7/8" wide x 2 1/4" long. Attaches directly to any of the Kenyon SS Gooseneck Brackets designed for a 1 1/2" Toggle with 3/8" vertical pin. Fits E section, 3550, and 3756 standard boom goosenecks.
	Tack Fastpin for 1 1/2" Toggle: K-10557: SS Fastpin is 3/8" dia. x 1" long. Used in all K-10345 1 1/2" Toggle/Tack/Reef Hook Assemblies.
	*Vang Toggle: K-10963:* Used with the K-11542 Gooseneck Bracket, this SS toggle results in a fully pivoting vang bracket to minimize working stresses. Large 3/4" horizontal hole allows for attachment of any shackle or block.
	*Vang Toggle w/ 14mm Pin hole: K-10963-2:* Welded SS Vang Toggle for use with any Kenyon Gooseneck Bracket with a 3/8" Pin. SS tube is 1 1/2" long with Bronze bushed hole for 3/8" Vertical Pin. Welded SS Tab is 5mm (3/16") thick and projects 2 3/8" (60mm) out from tube. Tab has 14mm (9/16") hole for attachment of Vang and 8mm (5/16") hole for attachment of Vang Tackle. As used with Sparcraft Pneuvang and others.
	*Vang Toggle for Hard Vang: K-11788:* Used with the *K-11542* and other Kenyon Gooseneck Brackets with a 3/8" Pin, this SS toggle has (1) 9/16" (14mm) hole for Vang attachment and (3) 5/16" (8mm) holes for blocks. As used with Sparcraft Pneuvang and others.

4780 / 4984 *Gooseneck Bracket - Heavy Duty: K-11693:* Designed for use with the K-11698 gooseneck toggle, this SS welded bracket takes a 5/8" vertical pin and has clearance for a 2 1/2" Toggle. Base is 5" vertical x 4 5/8" wide. Attaches to the mast with (8) 1/4" fasteners.
	Gooseneck Toggle - 2 1/2" High, 1 1/4" wide: K-11698: Solid machined Aluminum Gooseneck Toggle is 2 1/2" high and accommodates 5/8" vertical and 1/2" horizontal pins. White epoxy coated Toggle is 2 1/2" high x 1 1/4" wide x 2 5/8" (maximum) long, pin holes are on 1 1/4" centers. Used with the Kenyon K-11693 heavy-duty gooseneck bracket, Toggle also fits other gooseneck brackets designed for a 2 1/2" Toggle with 5/8" vertical pin. As used on J/40, and others.
	*Gooseneck Tack Bracket: K-2166A:* Used with the K-11693 gooseneck bracket and K-11698 gooseneck toggle, this tack assembly attaches above the gooseneck bracket on the vertical 5/8" gooseneck bolt, and includes 1/2" tack fastpin, K-10410.
	*Gooseneck Tack Bracket w/ Reef Hooks: K-2166-1A:* Used with the K-11693 gooseneck bracket and K-11698 gooseneck toggle, this combination tack and reef hook assembly attaches above the gooseneck bracket on the vertical 5/8" gooseneck bolt, and includes 1/2" tack fastpin, K-10410. Two reef hooks allow for ease of reefing from either side of the boom.

Mast Boot for 4984 Deck Collar: K-11603B: White PVC Mast Boot helps prevent leakage at the deck. Slid over mast prior to stepping, it is then secured with a hose clamp on the deck collar and one around the mast. One piece molded construction for optimum fit. Unit fits 4964 Mast and K-11603-1 Standard Deck Collar.

*4984 Deck Collar, Standard: K-11603-1:* Standard, Low-profile 4984 Deck Collar fastens to deck with (8) 5/16" bolts or screws. Cast in 356 Aluminum with clear anodized finish. For use with standard Kenyon mast wedge K-77509. MMM **
Mast Wedge for 4984 Deck Collar: K-77509-23: Extruded rubber Mast Wedge with flange provides even loading all around the mast. One-piece construction is far superior to individual wedges, which cause point loading leading to deformation. Cut to length for use with Standard 4984 Deck Collar, K-11603-1.

Electrical Access Plate: RR 72-99: This 4 1/2" x 2" SS plate is designed to cover a 3" x 1 1/4" vertical slot in the side of the mast, just above the top of the mast step. Attaches with (4) 1/4-20 RH machine screws (included) and saves much in frustration and money by allowing access to the electrical plugs above the mast step without having to unstep the mast.

*Mast Step Casting: K-11455:* Mast Step for Kenyon 4984 fastens with (4) 1/2" bolts in internal adjustment slots to allow for precise positioning. Unit is (maximum) 8 3/4" long x 5 1/4" wide x 2 1/2" high. Cast in 356 Aluminum with black epoxy finish.
