Kenyon 78120 Cruising Mast Section Kenyon 78120 Mast Section is stocked in a variety of lengths and is available raw, anodized, or painted. Sections can be ordered bare (unmachined), or cut to shorter lengths with or without milling for the masthead, and other components. Kenyon Cruising Sections feature an interchangeable Luff Track system, which covers a channel designed to secure any electrical wiring. Select from a variety of Cruising Section Luff Tracks. This system provides easy access to all electrical wires, keeping them from banging around and isolating them from any internal halyard damage, as well as allowing easy conversion of existing masts to different mainsail slide systems.

Heavy Duty Masthead Assembly for Masthead Rig: K-78120-M: Weld-in aluminum Masthead Assembly for untapered 78120 mast section incorporates (4) 5" dia. aluminum sheaves, *K-11532, for internal or external wire or rope halyards. Includes 5/8" pins for attachment of slotted SS toggles for headstay and backstay (order separately), and 3/8" pins for triatic stay and topping lift attachment. Masthead features 2 extended Spinnaker Cranes with U-bolts (K-10762A*) for attachment of spinnaker halyard blocks.

	5" Masthead Sheave - Aluminum: K-11532: Anodized Aluminum Sheave for use with wire or rope. Sheave is 5" OD x 15/16" wide x 3/4" ID, and rides on Bronze Bushing *K-11152*, for use with 1/2" axle/sheave pin.
	Masthead Sheave Bushing: K-11152: Sintered Bronze Sheave Bushing measures 3/4" OD x 1/2" ID x 1" long, for use on 1/2" axle/sheave pin.
	Masthead Spinnaker Crane U-bolt: K-10762A: SS U-bolt assembly is 1/2" diameter x 3 5/8" LOA x 1 1/2" ID. Comes with (2) SS nuts for underside of Spinnaker Crane, and (2) SS Locknuts for upper side. For attachment of spinnaker halyard blocks.
Sheave Axle Pin w/ Tab: K-11129-2: SS Masthead Axle/Sheave Pin has thin stem welded to teardrop tab which attaches to mast with (1) #10 screw. Pin measures 1/2" x 3 1/2" long (P208-113).
Sheave Axle Pin w/ Tab: K-11129-4: SS Masthead Axle/Sheave Pin has thin stem welded to teardrop tab which attaches to mast with (1) #10 screw. Pin measures 1/2" x 4 1/2" long, for use with forward sheaves on 78120 Masthead. (P208-145).
Sheave Axle Pin w/ Tab: K-11129-5: SS Masthead Axle/Sheave Pin has thin stem welded to teardrop tab which attaches to mast with (1) #10 screw. Pin measures 1/2" x 5 3/4" long, for use with aft sheaves on 78120 Masthead. (P208-185).

*78120 Weld-on Spreader Bracket Assembly for SP-5: K-11068K:* Aluminum weld-on Spreader Bracket Assembly for 78120 mast section. Set of 2 aluminum plates is contoured to fit curvature of Kenyon 78120 Mast Section, and designed to be welded to Port or Starboard side. Normally plates are welded at a 5-7 degree angle up, with 1/2" between them to accommodate spreaders with an inboard end of 3/8" thick plate. Upper bracket plate (without holes) is drilled after welding, using Lower plate (with holes) as a drill guide, assuring accurate alignment regardless of angle. Lower plate has (2) 3/8" holes on 4 3/4" centers for use with standard SP-5 Spreader Inboard End, K-11480-5. Contoured plates are (maximum) 6 3/4" wide x 2 3/8" deep x 3/8" thick. Plates have uncoated Aluminum finish for ease of welding, and are notched on the mast centerline for ease of placement. One (1) set is required for each side of mast. As used on Golden Wave 48. *M

Winch Pad for 78120: K-11194-1: Black Urethane Winch Pad is 7" dia., and molded to fit on centerline of 78120 section. Pad insulates winch from mast wall and properly seats it for mounting. Pad is attached to mast with 1 screw, holes for screws to mount winch are then drilled through pad and tapped in mast wall.
Aft Offset Winch Pad for 78120: K-11194-2: Black Urethane Winch Pad is 7" dia., and molded to fit 2 1/4" aft of centerline on 78120 section. Pad insulates winch from mast wall and properly seats it for mounting. Pad is attached to mast with 1 screw, holes for screws to mount winch are then drilled through pad and tapped in mast wall.
Forward Offset Winch Pad for 78120: K-11194-3: Black Urethane Winch Pad is 6" dia., and molded to fit 4 1/4" forward of centerline on 78120 section. Used primarily for staysail and spinnaker halyard winches. Pad insulates winch from mast wall and properly seats it for mounting. Pad is attached to mast with 1 screw, holes for screws to mount winch are then drilled through pad and tapped in mast wall.
7/8" Sail Slide Stop: K-10424L: SS Spring Pin Sail Slide Stop fits all mast sections with track for 7/8" or 15/16" internal flat slides. Superior design allows Slide Stop to remain captive in mast track. Gate cutout (1 3/4" high) is made just 1" above SS Gooseneck bracket. Spring pin fits in 1/4" hole drilled at top of cutout, and slides down into recess beneath Gooseneck Bracket when Spring pin is pulled. This design allows sail slides to come as close as possible to the gooseneck while remaining in track, and eliminates problems associated with slides snagging while going past a normal sail gate. Plate is 2 1/2" long with a 1/4" spring pin. For use with *K-73540* flat internal luff track.

Half Gooseneck/Vang Bracket: K-11059: Designed for use with the *K-10702* gooseneck Toggle/Tack assembly, and large Kenyon 5072 boom section, or any gooseneck or vang toggle with a 1/2" pin. Two SS welded half-brackets for 78120 mast section are placed far enough apart to accommodate any toggle height. Takes a 1/2" vertical pin. Base is 3" vertical x approximately 6 1/2" wide, and attaches to the mast with (6) 1/4" fasteners. Two pieces required for complete assembly.
	1/2" Gooseneck Clevis Pin: CP8-140K: Vertical Clevis Pin for use with *K-11059* Gooseneck/Vang Brackets, when placed 3 1/4" apart. SS pin is 1/2" dia. with 4 3/8" grip length.
	Gooseneck Toggle/Tack w/ Reef Hooks: K-10702A: Used with *K-11059* gooseneck bracket, and large Kenyon 5072 boom section, this combination Toggle/Tack/Reef Hook Assembly includes 1/2" tack fastpin, K-10557-6. Takes 1/2" vertical and 5/8" horizontal pins. Two 7/16" reef hooks allow for ease of reefing from either side of the boom. Toggle portion is 3" high x 1 3/8" wide with 1" between pin centers. Unit (excluding Reef Hooks) is 7 1/4" high x 1 3/8" wide x 3" long, Tack Pin is 3/4" forward of, and 4 3/4" higher than Horizontal pin. Attaches directly to any Kenyon and other SS Gooseneck Brackets designed for a 3" Toggle with 5/8" vertical pin.
	Tack Fastpin for 3" Toggle: K-10557-8 (FP-8-48): SS Fastpin is 1/2" dia. x 1 1/2" long. Used in 3" Toggle/Tack/Reef Hook Assembly K-10702.

Mast Boot for 78120 Standard Deck Collar: K-11263B: White PVC Mast Boot helps prevent leakage at the deck. Slid over mast prior to stepping, it is then secured with a hose clamp on K-11263-1 deck collar and one around the mast. One piece molded construction for optimum fit.

78120 Deck Collar, Standard: K-11263-1: Standard 78120 Deck Collar, for keel stepped masts, fastens to deck with (8) 5/16" bolts or screws. Base size (max.) is 16 5/8" x 13" x 1" high, with 1/4" thick flanges. Cast in 356 Aluminum with clear anodized finish. For use with standard Kenyon mast wedge K-77509.
Mast Wedge for 78120 Standard Deck Collar: K-77509-35: Extruded rubber Mast Wedge with flange provides even loading all around the mast. One-piece construction is far superior to individual wedges, which cause point loading leading to deformation. Cut to length for use with standard 78120 Deck Collar K-11263-1.

Electrical Access Plate: RR 72-99: This 4 1/2" x 2" SS plate is designed to cover a 3" x 1 1/4" vertical slot in the side of the mast, just above the top of the mast step. Attaches with (4) 1/4" RH screws and saves much in frustration and money by allowing you access to the electrical plugs above the mast step without having to unstep the mast.

78120 Keel Mast Step: K-11470: Mast Step fastens to keelson with (4) 5/8" bolts in external adjustment slots to allow for precise positioning. Base size (max.) is 16" x 9" x 5/8" thick. Fabricated from 6061-T6 Aluminum with black epoxy finish.
78120 Keel Mast Step: K-11470-PF: Keel-Mount Mast Step Assembly for use with external adjustment screws allows for precise positioning without un-stepping the mast. Unit incorporates box (3" x 1" ID) with hole for 1/2" Deck Tie rod. Welded aluminum base plate is 5/16" thick, and measures 19" long x 10" wide. Fastens to keelson with (4) 1/2" bolts or screws in external adjustment slots that allow for 3 1/2" adjustment. Slot centers are 7 1/2" athwartships, and 13" fore & aft. As used on some Pearson 53's.
