The Z80 Spreader Section has interior dimensions that are very similar to the Z95 Spreader.
Additional fittings used with this Spreader Section are listed under the Z95 Spreader Section. Please note that Z80 Spreaders can not be tapered. Z80 Spreader Assemblies are available with a variety of inboard and outboard end fittings, listed below.

Z80 Standard Spreader Assembly - Angled Aft: Z-80ASA-xxx: Standard Z80 Spreader Assembly is clear anodized and includes Z-3114NC Spreader Tip. To order specify maximum tube length, and sweepback angle (if any). If other Tip or any inboard end is required, specify Part Number(s).

Spreader Tip Ass'y for Z80 Spreader: Z-3114:
Gray plastic Spreader Tip for use with Z80 Spreader. Includes 6mm J-bolt with locknut, Z-1481A, to clamp shroud to the spreader tip prior to installation in the spreader tube. When used with hinged spreader bases, clamp must be tight and positioned carefully on the shroud. Tip is (maximum) 2 7/16" long x 1 1/8" wide (62mm x 29mm). This item is no longer available, having been replaced by the Z-3114NC, below.

SS J-bolt is 2" (50mm) long with a 6mm thread and includes SS locknut. For use with Z-3114 Spreader Tip.

Assembly provides horizontal pin for attachment of Discontinuous Shrouds. Includes
anodized cast aluminum tip with horizontal pin and cotter pin. Unit projects (maximum) 1
1/16" (27mm) from end of spreader tube. Slot width (at pin) is 1 3/16" (30mm),
pin center is 5/8" (16mm) from tube end.

| Spreader Bases & Bars for Z80 Spreaders | ||
|
Old-style Spreader Base for Z80 Spreaders: Z-1021-80X: Old-style Spreader Base for Z80 Spreaders accommodates a variety of spreader angles, depending on mounting. The same base is used on both sides of the mast, but spreaders must be drilled differently port and starboard to achieve a vertical angle. Spreader is attached with (1) 6mm screw. Cast aluminum Spreader Base is (maximum) 70mm (2 3/4") long, projects 60mm (2 3/8") from Mast, and attaches to Mast with (4) 6mm (1/4") rivets. Used on Z260 and other obsolete Mast Sections. Note: This is one of several different units that may be marked 1021.
