RF 2120 Traveller Systems RF 2120 and NF 2100 Traveller Systems are identical. Both Recirculating Ball Bearing Traveller Systems have the advantage of externally accessible bearing races that make rinsing (crucial for keeping recirculating ball systems working smoothly), and inspection easy. NF 2100 Traveller Cars utilize 9.5mm Torlon balls in dual recirculating races, and come in 3 lengths with safe working loads of up to 12,000 lbs.. NF 2100 Track is identical to Ronstan RF 2120 Traveller Track. All items listed below are fully compatible with Ronstan RF 2120 Series Traveller Systems. NF 2100 Ball Bearing Traveller Track x 3' 11": NF 2100-4: | ||
NF 2100 Recirculating Ball Bearing Traveller Track is a hardcote anodized Aluminum Track that
measures 1 9/16" (40mm) across the top, 1 11/16" (43mm) across the base and is 7/8" (22mm) high.
Track is drilled for 10mm (3/8") RH Screws on 3 15/16" (100mm) centers and has 5/16" stop
holes on 1 7/8" (48mm) centers.

NF 2100 - Car Loader for Medium Car: NF 2100-CL10: NF 2100 - Car Loader for Long Car: NF 2100-CL12: Short pieces of NF 2100 Recirculating Ball Bearing Traveller Track are used for Traveller Car loading and transport. This item is shipped with all NF 2100 Cars, used to transfer the Traveller Car to the Traveller Track, and to load the Ball Bearings. Car loading Tracks are 8", 10", and 12" long.

NF 2100 Traveller Cars NF 2100 Traveller Cars utilize 9.5mm Torlon balls in dual recirculating races (on each side of the Car), and come in 3 lengths. NF 2100 Recirculating Ball Bearing Traveller Systems have the advantage of externally accessible bearing races that make rinsing (crucial for keeping recirculating ball systems working smoothly), and inspection easy. All NF 2100 Cars feature a stainless steel pivoting mainsheet Toggle. Short (5 7/8"), Medium-length (7 3/8"), and Long (9 3/4") Cars are available in a variety of configurations for safe working loads of up to 12,000 lbs.. NF 2100 Traveller Cars are constructed of extruded aluminum alloy with removable aluminum end caps for access to the Ball Bearings. As with all Recirculating Ball Traveller Cars, special precautions must be taken when removing them from the track. All Traveller Cars are shipped on Car Loaders, see above.

Aluminum Track End: NF 2119: Cast Aluminum Track End for NF 2100 Track covers track end and attaches to deck with (1) 5/16" (8mm) FH screw. Extends 2 3/8" beyond track end.

Adjustable Track Stop: NF 2118:
Adjustable Track Stop for NF 2100 Track features SS Spring Pin and rubber bumpers to cushion car impact. Used on free-floating car systems without end controls, especially for jib and staysail boom travellers. Adjustable Track Stop is 2 1/4" (57mm) long with a maximum width of 2 1/2" (64mm).

NF 2100 Traveller Control Ends Control Ends for NF 2100 Travellers are designed to mount on the Track itself. In cockpits, it is also common to use blocks mounted on the cockpit sides for controls. Track-mount Control Ends are available in a variety of configurations with or without cam cleats for 2-1, 3-1, and 4-1 purchase systems. As the Track-mount Control Ends do not cover the end of the track, they are normally used with NF 2119 Track Ends (above), which do. |

center screw which is bolted through the deck. For maximum adjustment control ends should
be mounted as far apart as possible. Control line dead-ends on Becket, goes around sheave
on Car, then around Control End Sheave and through cam cleat. Unit is (maximum)
4" long x 2 1/2" wide.
