Rubber Track End Stop: Sch 74-91: Molded neoprene Track End Stop for 1 1/2" Schaefer Traveller covers sharp edges of Track and provides a cushion for Traveller Car. Stop extends 7/8" beyond track end and is installed with (1) 1/4" (6mm) FH Screw threaded into the Track. Rubber Track End Stop is (maximum) 2 9/16" wide x 1 7/8" long x 1 7/8" high.

Adjustable Track Stop: Sch 74-95: Adjustable Track Stop for Schaefer 1 1/2" Traveller Track features SS Spring Pin and rubber bumper to cushion car impact. Adjustable Track Stop is 2 1/16" wide x 1 1/2" long (without bumper) and has a 1/2" diameter stop pin.

4-wheel Traveller Cars 4-wheel Travellers Car for Schaefer 1 1/2" Traveller Track are designed for use on boats with mid-boom sheeting up to 32' LOA, and boats up to 38' LOA with end boom sheeting. Cars are 4" (102mm) long and have a SS Channel with a Clevis Pin for attachment to any mainsheet block or special Stand-up Blocks or Block Adapters, listed below.
4-wheel Traveller Car: Sch 72-80: Basic 4-wheel Traveller Car for Schaefer 1 1/2" Traveller Track is constructed of aluminum alloy with SS ball-bearing wheels, and a SS Channel with a 3/8" Clevis Pin for attachment to mainsheet block. Car is 4" (102mm) long with a maximum width of 2 1/2" (64mm), SS Channel is fastened to Car Body with (3) 1/4" screws on 1 1/4" hole centers.

Traveller Control Ends Control Ends for Schaefer 1 1/2" Travellers mount on the Track itself. In cockpits, it is also common to use blocks mounted on the cockpit sides for controls. Track-mount Control Ends are available with or without cam cleats and beckets for 2-1, 3-1, or 4-1 purchase systems. Extruded aluminum Control Ends (5 1/4" long) slide onto track and is held in place with (2) 1/4" FH screws that fit in existing Track mounting holes (w/ longer screws), or new holes can be drilled and tapped (on 4" centers) for maximum outboard placement.

Special Control End is designed for installations where the control line must be lead down before being lead aft. Extruded aluminum end slides over track and is held in place with (2) 1/4" FH screws that fit in existing Track mounting holes (w/ longer screws), or new holes can be drilled and tapped (on 4" centers) for maximum outboard placement. Control end is 5 1/4" long x 2 1/16" wide. Specify Left or Right as with line coming down closest to you.


Main Sheet Block Assemblies While most Main Sheet Systems use a Main Sheet Block that is simply shackled to the Traveller Car, Schaefer has developed a variety of specialized Main Sheet Block Assemblies to fit their Cars which feature an integral Spring to keep the Main Sheet Block upright at all times.
