Schaefer Traveller Systems

Schaefer has manufactured a variety of Traveller Systems, starting in 1983. These systems are common on many North American Yachts, notably Hunter, Pearson, O'Day and C&C. All Schaefer Traveller Systems are listed here, except for 2 Recirculating Ball Tracks (in 7/8" & 1 1/4" sizes) produced from 1987-1990. If you require parts for them, please forward a sketch of the part with dimensions, while specifying Track Size.

For Replacement Parts, measure your existing Track and Select that size, below. 
Track sizes are determined by the measuring the width of the Track across the top.
 

Schaefer 1 1/8" & 1 1/2" Traveller Systems

Schaefer 1 1/8" & 1 1/2" Traveller Systems were introduced in 1988, and are still in production today. They are common on many North American Yachts, notably Hunter, O'Day and C&C.
For replacement parts you must first identify your Traveller System by measuring the Track. Track sizes are determined by the measuring the width of the Track across the top.

Schaefer 1" & 1 1/4" Traveller Systems were manufactured from 1983 to 1987. They were common on many North American Yachts in that time period, notably Pearson, O'Day and C&C. Many components are still available. For replacement parts you must first identify your Traveller System by measuring the Track. Track sizes are determined by the measuring the width of the Track across the top.
