	Masthead Chafe Cage for 4270 Trisect Head: K-11320: Stainless Steel welded assembly encloses centerline and wing halyards and completely isolates all 3 halyards from the headstay attachment point. As used on J/35.
	Masthead Toggle for Trisect Head w/ 1/2" Pin: K-11537: Heavy SS Eye/Jaw Toggle Assembly for Trisect Masthead includes 1/2" lower pin, and is designed to sit on 1/2" upper pin. Toggle is formed from 3/16" stock, and measures 1/2" wide (at top) x 1 1/4" wide (at bottom) x 2 3/4" between pin centers. Will accommodate eyes up to 1/2" thick. As used on J/35.
	Sheave Axle Pin w/ Tab: K-11129-1: SS Masthead Axle/Sheave Pin has thin stem welded to teardrop tab which attaches to mast with (1) #10 screw. Pin measures 1/2" x 3" long (P208-97).

*Aluminum Jib Box Assembly w/ 3/8" Pin: K-11597-1:* *Aluminum Jib Box Assembly w/ 1/2" Pin: K-11597-2:* Cast aluminum four (4) halyard internal Jib Box Assembly with 3/8" or 1/2" pin and Forestay Toggle. Accommodates two spinnaker halyards over two jib halyards, in a trim, narrow and lightweight unit. Features heavy-duty Nylatron Sheaves: (2) 2" Sheaves for Spinnaker Halyards, K-11594; (1) 2" Sheave for Upper Jib Halyard, K-11640; (1) 1 3/4" Sheave for Lower Jib Halyard, K-11639; and (2) 5/8" secondary Sheaves (forward) for the 2 Upper Halyards, *K-11585.* Jib Halyard Sheaves are suitable for use with wire or rope halyards. *SS Jib Box Ass'y w/ 3/8" or 1/2" Pin: K-10658X:* Welded SS four (4) halyard internal Jib Box Assembly with 3/8", or 1/2" pin for Forestay Toggle. Accommodates two spinnaker halyards over two jib halyards. This heavy Jib Box was used on a variety of MORC boats including many of the J/30's, J/29F's, and the Pearson Flyer. Assembly fits in mast cutout 9 3/8" high x 13/16" wide, and projects (maximum) 3 3/4" inside of mast. Mounting flange is fastened to the Mast with (12) 1/4" fasteners, unit weighs 3.55 pounds. This part is discontinued, having been replaced by the much lighter K-11597-1, above. A sheave and bushing replacement kit, K-10658SK, is available, see below. Please note: When replacing this item with the new K-11597-1 (the mast cutout needs to be widened and extended downward), the Forestay pin will be 1" higher on the mast; the Forestay length will change accordingly. Spreaders The Kenyon 4270 High Performance Mast Section normally uses Kenyon SP-3, and SP-4 airfoil spreaders with thru-bar spreader systems. Spreader Bar for SP-3 Spreader - 0 degree aft: K-11295: Stainless Steel Bar assembly is used with Kenyon SP-3 Spreaders for rigs with in-line spreaders. Installed through a 3/16" x 2 1/4" slot in the mast, the bar is held in place with roll pins (included) on each side. Holes (1/4") for spreader attachment and roll pins (1/8") are pre-drilled. Unit is 10" long x 2 1/4" wide, and has a 5-degree vertical angle. As used on Wavelength 35.

Sailgate Slide Conversion Kit for 3" Gate: K-11672K: Kenyon High Performance Sections are normally used with mainsails having a rope luff for quick hoisting. It is sometimes desirable to switch to a mainsail with slugs for ease of handling. This kit contains 2 specially contoured SS plates & 4 SS thumbscrews, K-45, to close up the standard 3" gate cutout and still allow the slides to go by without jamming. Plates measure 1" wide x 2 3/4" high with 2 horizontal slots on 2" centers. Mounting requires drilling and tapping 4 holes (#10-32).

	Stainless Steel Thumb Screw: K-45: SS Thumbscrew for use with Kenyon Mainsail Gates. SS Thumbscrew has a 10-32 thread and is 1/2" long (under head).
Roller Prefeeder: K-11087: Heavy-duty SS Roller Prefeeder automatically feeds boltrope mainsails into mast. Large diameter rollers eliminate friction and chafe. Supplied with threaded slug and screws to clamp it in luff groove, below sail entrance. Adjust higher or lower until feeding is perfect. Fits any mast section that uses boltrope.

4270 / 4477 Gooseneck / Vang Bracket w/ Bail: K-11486: Designed for use with the *K-10345* gooseneck toggle/tack assembly, this SS welded bracket takes a 3/8" vertical pin and has clearance for a 1 1/2" toggle. Base is 5" vertical x 3 3/4" wide and attaches to the mast with (8) 1/4" fasteners. Can also be used as Vang Bracket with addition of appropriate Vang Toggle, below.
	Gooseneck Clevis Pin - 3/8": CP6-76K: Vertical Clevis Pin for use with *K-11486* Gooseneck/Vang Bracket. SS pin is 3/8" diameter with 2 3/8" grip length.
	Gooseneck Toggle/Tack w/ Reef Hooks: K-10345A: Used with the K-11486 gooseneck bracket, this combination Toggle/Tack/Reef Hook Assembly features 3 tack positions and includes 3/8" tack fastpin (K-10557). Takes 3/8" vertical and horizontal pins. Two 5/16" reef hooks allow for ease of reefing from either side of the boom. Toggle portion is 1 1/2" high x 7/8" wide with 1" between pin centers. Unit (excluding Reef Hooks) is 4" high x 7/8" wide x 2 1/4" long. Attaches directly to any of the Kenyon SS Gooseneck Brackets designed for a 1 1/2" Toggle with 3/8" vertical pin. Fits E section, 3550, and 3756 standard boom goosenecks.
	Tack Fastpin for 1 1/2" Toggle: K-10557: SS Fastpin is 3/8" dia. x 1" long. Used in all K-10345 1 1/2" Toggle/Tack/Reef Hook Assemblies.
	Vang Toggle: K-10963: Used with the K-11486 Gooseneck Bracket, this SS toggle results in a fully pivoting vang bracket to minimize working stresses. Large 3/4" horizontal hole allows for attachment of any shackle or block.
	*Vang Toggle w/ 14mm Pin hole: K-10963-2:* Welded SS Vang Toggle for use with any Kenyon Gooseneck Bracket with a 3/8" Pin. SS tube is 1 1/2" long with Bronze bushed hole for 3/8" Vertical Pin. Welded SS Tab is 5mm (3/16") thick and projects 2 3/8" (60mm) out from tube. Tab has 14mm (9/16") hole for attachment of Vang and 8mm (5/16") hole for attachment of Vang Tackle. Mast Wedge for 4270 Deck Collar: K-77509-20: Extruded rubber Mast Wedge with flange provides even loading all around the mast. One-piece construction is far superior to individual wedges, which cause point loading leading to deformation. Cut to length for use with Standard 4270 Deck Collar, K-11485.

Electrical Access Plate: RR 72-99: This 4 1/2" x 2" SS plate is designed to cover a 3" x 1 1/4" vertical slot in the side of the mast, just above the top of the mast step. Attaches with (4) 1/4-20 RH machine screws (included) and saves much in frustration and money by allowing access to the electrical plugs above the mast step without having to unstep the mast.

Mast Step Casting: K-11452: Mast Step for Kenyon 4270 fastens with (4) 3/8" bolts in internal adjustment slots to allow for precise positioning. Unit is (maximum) 7 3/16" long x 4 5/16" wide x 1 3/4" high. Cast in 356 Aluminum with black epoxy finish.
Mast Step Base Plate Adapter: K-11824: Mast Step Base Plate Adapter converts standard mast step for use with external adjustment screws, on keel-stepped rigs. Fastens with (4) 3/8" FH screws in internal adjustment slots of 4270 mast step, K-11452. Allows for precise positioning without un-stepping the mast. Anodized aluminum plate is 3/8" thick, and measures 10 1/2" long x 6" wide. Fastens to keelson with (4) 3/8" bolts in Slots that allow for 1 1/4" adjustment.
