Kenyon 3/4" Traveller Track
Kenyon 3/4" I-Beam Track: KT-4540-__ft.: Kenyon 3/4" Traveller Track is a hardcote anodized Aluminum I-Beam Track that measures 3/4" (19mm) across the top and bottom, and is 1" (25mm) high, with an upper lip that is 3/16" (.185") thick. Track is drilled for #10 (3/16") FH screws on 4" centers, and has 1/4" diameter stop holes on 2" centers. K-4540 Track weighs .43 lbs./ft. and is available in lengths up to 20 feet.
Kenyon 3/4" I-Beam Track x 13" long: KT-4540-13": Kenyon 3/4" Traveller Track is a hardcote anodized Aluminum I-Beam Track that measures 3/4" (19mm) across the top and bottom, and is 1" (25mm) high, with an upper lip that is 3/16" (.185") thick. Track is drilled for #10 (3/16") FH screws on 4" centers, and has 1/4" diameter stop holes on 2" centers. 13" Track is cut to allow fastener holes at 1/2" from each end. As used on Soling.

	Short piece of Kenyon 3/4" Traveller Track used for Traveller Car transport. This item is shipped with all Cars w/ SS Ball-bearing Wheels, used to transfer the Traveller Car to the Traveller Track. 3/4" (19mm) I-Beam Track is 5 1/2" long with one end stopped. Lengths are 3 1/2", 4 3/4", 5 1/2 and 8".

Kenyon 3/4" Traveller Cars
Kenyon Traveller Cars feature SS wheels with SS Ball Bearings in free-floating races for minimum friction. Race design allows easy maintenance with only fresh water rinse. Free-floating races, while affording a minimum of friction and ease of maintenance, mean that Wheels and Ball bearings are held captive by the Track itself. All Cars are shipped on Car Loaders. Cars should be moved back onto a Car Loader when removing the Car from the Track (as with Ball-bearing Tracks), otherwise Wheels and balls will go amiss. See: Car Loaders. 4-Wheel cars are suitable for mainsails up to 200-sq. ft. with end boom sheeting. 8-Wheel cars are suitable for mainsails up to 500-sq. ft. with end boom sheeting. Car has heavy SS Pad Eye for attachment of shroud and SS Spring Pin for quick, precise adjustment under load. Car is 3 1/4" long with a maximum width of 1 1/2".
6-wheel Traveller Car w/ Towing Eyes: KT-4580-2: Special Six-wheel Traveller Car for Kenyon 3/4" I-Beam Track designed for shroud attachment on Soling. Car has integral bar with 5/16" Eye for attachment of shroud and (2) 3/8" Eyes for Towing attachment. Towing attachment Eyes also have horizontal holes for use with 3/32" wire using balls or stop sleeves. Car is 3 1/4" long with a maximum width of 1 1/2".
8-wheel Traveller Car w/ Pad Eye: KT-4515: Eight-wheel Traveller Car for Kenyon 3/4" I-Beam Track is made from (2) KT-4510, 4-wheel car bodies, joined with a heavy SS Pad Eye and special bushings. This arrangement allows both car halves to articulate separately and avoids uneven loading when used on curved tracks. Car is 4 1/4" long with a maximum width of 1 1/2". As used on Star vangs, and as an outhaul car on some J/35's and a variety of other boats.
8-wheel Traveller Car w/ Control Sheaves: KT-4515-1: Eight-wheel Traveller Car for Kenyon 3/4" I-Beam Track is made from (2) KT-4510, 4-wheel car bodies, joined with a SS Pad Eye on top of 2 Control sheaves for 5/16" line. This arrangement allows both car halves to articulate separately and avoids uneven loading when used on curved tracks. Car is 4 1/4" long with a maximum width of 1 1/2". Provides for a 2-1 control purchase.
16-wheel Traveller Car w/ Delrin Wheels: KT-4515-16D: 16-wheel Traveller Car w/ SS Wheels: KT-4515-16S: Sixteen-wheel Traveller Car for Kenyon 3/4" I-Beam Track is made from (4) 4-wheel short (1 3/8") car bodies, joined with a Heavy-duty Cast SS Pad Eye on top of SS connectors. This arrangement allows all car bodies to articulate separately and avoids uneven loading when used on horizontally curved tracks. Car is 6 1/16" long with a maximum width of 1 1/2".

A variety of Traveller Car Parts for current and older Kenyon Traveller Cars are available separately. Control Sheaves for Kenyon 3/4" Traveller Cars have been produced in several sizes, the most common ones are listed below. At a minimum, it is necessary to determine the ID (Inside Diameter) of existing Sheaves to determine which replacement sheaves are required. Traveller Car Wheel Replacement Kits are listed separately, see below. All Traveller Cars are shipped on Car Loaders, see above.
*7/8" Sheave w/ 5/16" ID for Kenyon 3/4" Cars: K-199-2B:* Nylon sheave is 7/8" diameter x 7/16" (.445") wide x 5/16" ID. Used with most Kenyon 3/4" Traveller 4-Wheel Cars.
	Sheave Bushing for K-199-2B Sheave: BS53-30: SS Sheave Bushing is used with the K-199-2B sheave on some 3/4" Traveller Car assemblies. Bushing measures 5/16" OD x 3/16" ID x 15/32" (.468") long.

Cast SS Pad Eye is used on standard Kenyon 3/4" 8-wheel Cars. Heavy-duty Cast version of *KT-SB-135* is 1 1/4" wide x 3 3/8" long x .150" thick with heavier eye and has (2) 7/16" holes on 2 1/8" centers. Unit is marked APM USA.

Cast SS Pad Eye is used on standard Kenyon 3/4" 16-wheel Cars, KT-4515-16. Heavy-duty Cast Pad Eye is 1 1/4" wide x 4 3/8" long x 1/4" thick with (2) 3/8" holes on 3 1/8" centers.

Wheel Replacement Kits
Kenyon 3/4" Traveller Cars normally feature SS wheels with SS Ball Bearings in free-floating races for minimum friction, though some use solid Delrin wheels. These Cars have been produced with 2 different axle diameters. It is necessary to determine axle diameter (3/16" or 1/4") prior to ordering a Wheel Replacement Kit or Ball Bearings. If you do not have your original Car Loader it is recommended that you obtain one to simplify installation. All Traveller Cars are shipped on Car Loaders, above. Note that all 3/4" Wheel Replacement Kits are shipped with New-style wheels which are wider than early versions and require no washers.

Kenyon 3/4" Traveller Ends & Stops
Aluminum Track End Stop: KT-4500-4: Extruded aluminum Track End Stop for Kenyon 3/4" I-Beam Track covers track end and attaches to track with (1) #10 RH screw.
*Adjustable Track Stop: KT-30331A:* New style Adjustable Track Stop for Kenyon 3/4" I-Beam Track features SS Spring Pin and rubber bumpers to cushion car impact. Used on free-floating car systems without end controls, especially for jib and staysail boom Travellers. Anodized aluminum Track Stop is 1 1/4" long x 1 1/8" wide, and has a 3/16" plunger Pin.

Kenyon 3/4" Traveller Control Ends Control Ends for Travellers come in 2 configurations, those that mount on the Track itself, and those that mount on the deck adjacent to the end of the Track. In cockpits, it is also common to use standard blocks mounted on the cockpit sides for controls. Kenyon produces a variety of Track-mount Control Ends. Nicro-Fico NF-1159 Deck-Mount Control Ends are also suitable in some applications.
Track-mount Control Ends are SS and are available with or without cam cleats and beckets for 2-1 or 3-1 purchase systems. Formed ends slide onto track and are held in place with a SS screw that fits into any existing stop hole, or a new one can be drilled, if necessary, for maximum outboard placement.
