FE2 Furling Foil, D34 x __: FE2-Foil-__: FE2 (D34) Furling Foil is used on F-560E and larger Furling Masts. Available in 1.8M (71") lengths for ease of shipping, D34 aluminum Furling extrusion is 34.6mm diameter, and is also available in lengths up to 16.5M (54' 2"). F-1410E Internal Halyard Hoist Car: F1410E-HC:
SS Halyard Hoist Car for FE2 Furling Foil is used with F-1410E Furling Masts. Unit is (maximum) 131mm OD x 152mm (6") long (without shackles) and includes Shackles for attachment of Halyard and sail.

FE2 Foil Splice Connector: FE2-SC: Aluminum Splice connects the to the Furling Foil to the lower Feeder Foil on F-760E and larger Furling Masts. Splice Connector is (maximum) 15mm fore & aft x 25mm wide x 255mm (10") long, and must be drilled for (2) 6mm x 12mm FH screws during installation. Note: This item is used in US production only.

FE2 Feeder Foil: FE2-LF: Lower Foil has specially milled upper end for smooth feeding. Feeder Foil is connected to Upper Foil using Splice Connector, lower end fits inside Furling Screw Drive Cap. Feeder Foil is 900mm (35 3/8") long. Note: This item is used in US production only.

FE2 Furling Screw Drive Cap: FE2-DC:
Aluminum Drive Cap is used on top of F-760E and larger Furling Screws, the Link that anchors the Furling Screw to the Luff Foil. Unit attaches to top of SS Drive Screw with (3) 8mm Bolts and (3) Rubber washers to insulate it from the Drive Screw, (2) 6mm screws in tapped holes are provided to secure the luff foil. Cast Drive Cap is 3 1/2" (89mm) OD x 2" (50mm) high, and includes hole for attachment of 8mm Tack shackle.

Folding Mast Stair - Composite Gray: K-11770C-G:
Folding Mast Stairs are commonly used on Furling Masts, to aid in attaching and removing the Mainsail. This lightweight Composite unit projects 1 3/8" out from Mast when closed, and 6" when open. Fold-down tread is (maximum) 1 1/4" wide with a 4 1/2" foot space. Molded glass-filled unit will not rattle. Base is 4 1/4" high x (maximum) 2 5/8" wide, unit is 6" high when closed. Attaches to mast with (5) 3/16" (5mm) RH screws or rivets. Wide slightly curved base will fit most larger Mast Sections, composite base is easily faired to fit others. Unit weighs only 5.8 oz. and has a maximum load capacity of 300 lbs. (140 Kg.). Stocked in medium Gray (-G), unit is also available in Black (-B), or White (-W). Mast Step Plug is attached to F-1410E Mast, reinforcing the tube end, and has dual cut-outs to sit on Deck-mount Mast Base with Tenons, FM3-3DP, below. Cast Mast Step Plug is 12 3/16" (310mm) long x (maximum) 6 5/16" (160mm) wide.

Deck-mount Mast Base with Tenons attaches to Deck for use with F1410E-3P and other Mast Step Plugs. SS Tab is made from 100mm wide x 5mm plate with (2) 1/4" (6mm) mounting holes on 80mm centers, and has slot (10 x 30mm) for attachment of Vang shackle.

|
Internal Waterproofing Plugs are installed in Keel-stepped Masts to prevent water intrusion below
deck. Assembly for Forward Mast Cavity consists of 2 plastic pieces carefully cut to fit
Mast interior with central PVC standpipe to allow passage of electrical wires.
Unit slides up from the bottom of the Mast to a point just above Deck level where a hole is
drilled in Mast to allow for application of expanding foam between plastic pieces.
Second hole is drilled just above upper plastic piece to allow water drainage.
