	FM2 Masthead Sheave - 80mm: SM80R15-12: Turned Delrin Sheave is 80mm (3 3/16") OD x 15mm (<5/8") wide x 12mm (7/16") ID.
	FM2 Masthead Sheave Axle Clevis Pin: FM2-6P: SS Clevis Pin is used as a Sheave Axle in some FM2 Double Channel Extruded Mastheads. Clevis Pin is 12mm (<1/2") diameter with a 52mm (2") grip length. CPM12-52
	Double Masthead Spinnaker Bail: FM2-2: Double Masthead Spinnaker Bail is cut from 5mm SS plate and attaches to the top of the masthead with (6) 6mm (1/4") screws and locknuts. Plate has (2) slots (7/8" x 7/16") for attachment of any Swivel Blocks. Plate is (maximum) 3 3/4" long x 4 1/4" wide. Screw holes are in 2 rows, 7/8" apart. Mounting requires drilling (6) 1/4" holes.

	FM2C Masthead Sheave w/ 22mm ID - Alu.: NG2-3A: Anodized Aluminum Sheave is 85mm (3 3/8") x 15mm (5/8") wide x 22mm (7/8") ID, and is much sturdier than the plastic version.
	FM2C Masthead Sheave Axle - 22mm: NG2-6S: SS 'Drop-in' Tubular Sheave Axle pin is used in some FM2C Double Channel Extruded Mastheads. 'Drop-in' Sheave Axle pin is 22mm (7/8") diameter x 46mm (1 13/16") long, and is used with NG2-3 or *NG2-3A* Sheaves.

	*FM2C Masthead Toggle w/ 1/2" Pin: K-10469H:* Heavy-Duty Slotted SS Masthead Toggle used in FM2C Masthead is formed to sit on 5/8" cross-pin going through masthead channel, and *includes 1/2" (lower) Clevis Pin, CP8-42.* Toggle measures 1 1/2" (38mm) wide x 1/4" thick, with 2 1/4" between pin centers, and will accommodate eyes up to 5/8" thick. Slot is 3/8" wide x 2" deep.

	*FM2C Masthead Clevis Pin - 1/2" x 2 1/2": CP8-80:* SS Clevis Pin is used in FM2C Masthead for attachment of topping lift, lazy jacks, or other items. Clevis Pin is 5/8" (16mm) diameter with a 2 1/2" (64mm) grip length.
	*FM2C Masthead Cover Plate: FM2C-CP:* Masthead Cover Plate is used on FM2C Masthead to cover and contain Sheaves and halyards. Anodized Aluminum Cover Plate is 10 1/4" long x 3" wide x 1/8" thick, with 3/16" holes for 10-24 screws on opposing corners.
	FM2C Spinnaker Crane Doubler Plate: FM2C-DP: Doubler Plate is used on FM2C Masthead to reinforce Masthead where Spinnaker Crane U-bolts are mounted. Anodized Aluminum Doubler Plate is 2" long x 7" wide x 3/8" thick, with 10mm mounting holes for Masthead Spinnaker Crane U-bolts, FM2C-2U. Med C MH 3001.316.7403.
	Masthead Spinnaker Crane U-bolt - 10mm: FM2C-2U: SS U-bolt assembly is 10mm (3/8") diameter x 2 1/2" LOA x 1 1/4" ID (1 5/8" centers). Comes with (2) SS nuts for underside of Masthead, and (2) SS Locknuts for upper side. mc-a

New-style cast SS Spreader Bar for FM-1395 Mast and BF4 Spreaders incorporates seats for NG1 wire or rod Stemballs and is suitable for Spreaders angled up to 25° aft. SS Spreader Bar is (maximum) 1 3/8" (35mm) high x 3 5/8" (93mm) wide, and incorporates a 5 degree vertical angle; length of center section is 156mm. This item requires a contoured cut-out in the Mast wall, and is available in a variety of lengths for use with other Mast Sections from FM-385 through FM-1395. 	*Doubler Plate for BF-4 SS Spreader Bar: BF4-43F:* Formed Aluminum Doubler Plate is contoured to fit the mast section and reinforces it for use with any size BF4-43 SS Spreader Bar. Plate is (maximum) 5 5/8" (144mm) long x 3" (77mm) high. Slot in plate is (maximum) 3 5/8" (93mm) long x 1 3/8" (35mm) high. Plates (2 required) are attached to the mast with (6) 3/16" (5mm) rivets. FM2 SS Short Mainsail Gate & Screw Kit: FM2-9S-SK: Formed SS Short Mainsail Gate Kit fits FM-135 through FM-3360 Mast Sections. Gate is 2 3/8" long, and has horizontal slots for Thumbscrews, Gate is 'opened' by loosening Thumbscrews and sliding gate away from Mainsail track. Gate is 3" long, and has horizontal slots for Thumbscrews, Gate is 'opened' by loosening Thumbscrews and sliding gate away from Mainsail track. FM2 SS Mainsail Slide Stop: FM2-10A: SS Mainsail Gate Slide Stop fits FM-135 through FM-3360 Mast Sections and all mast sections with track for 7/8" or 15/16" internal flat slides. Design allows Slide Stop to remain captive in mast track. Gate cutout (1 3/4" high) is made 2" above Gooseneck bracket. Thumbscrews fits in 1/4" holes drilled at top of cutout, and slides down into recess beneath Gooseneck Bracket when Thumbscrews are loosened. This design allows sail slides to come as close as possible to the gooseneck while remaining in track, and eliminates problems associated with slides snagging while going past a normal sail gate. Investment cast SS Slide is 100mm (4") long x 24.5mm (15/16") wide, assembly includes (2) Thumbscrews, NGA-10. Part is marked 34211690154.

FM-1395 Mast - Gooseneck Brackets & Hardware The FM-1395 Mast Section is used with FM2, NG2 and NG3 Gooseneck Brackets and various Toggles for Booms FB-220 and larger.

NG2 Gooseneck Bracket: NG2-12: Cast aluminum Gooseneck Bracket fits a variety of FM and NG Mast Sections for use with FB-220 and larger Booms. It is compatible with all FB Gooseneck Toggles that use a 14mm Vertical Pin. Bracket is 4 3/4" (120mm) high x 3 1/2" (90mm) wide, and is fastened with eight (8) 1/4" (6mm) rivets. Bracket has 22mm (7/8") hole at top and 14mm (9/16") hole on bottom side, requiring the use of NG2-13 Bushing when used with any of the 14mm Vertical Gooseneck Pins.
NG2 Gooseneck/ Vang Toggle Pin Ass'y: NG2-14A: 14mm Pin Assembly converts Bracket, NG2-12, for use with any FB Gooseneck Toggles that use a 14mm Vertical Pin. Includes Toggle Pin, NG2-14, Gooseneck Bushing, NG2-13, washers and SS Cotter Ring.
	NG2 Gooseneck Bushing: NG2-13: SS Bushing is used in upper hole of NG2-12 Gooseneck Bracket to adapt it for use with FM2 or NG2 14mm Toggle Pins. Bushing is 22mm (7/8") OD x 14mm (9/16") ID x 16mm (5/8") long.
	NG2 Gooseneck/ Vang Toggle Pin: NG2-14: SS Clevis Pin is 14mm (9/16") diameter with a 125mm (5") grip length, and has 8mm (5/16") hole for Cotter Ring, Shackle, or Block attachment. Fits vertically in NG2-12 and FM2-11 Brackets.
FM2 Gooseneck Bracket for 14mm Pin: FM2-11: FM2 Gooseneck Bracket for 14mm Pin w/ 'T': FM2-11T: Extruded aluminum Gooseneck Mast Bracket is used on a variety of FM Mast Sections for use with FB-220 and larger Booms. It is compatible with all FB Gooseneck Toggles that use a 14mm Pin. Bracket is 4 3/8" (112mm) high x 3 1/2" (90mm) wide, and is fastened with eight (8) 3/16" (5mm) rivets and (2) 1/4" (6mm) FH screws. Note that fastener holes are commonly drilled out for use w/ 1/4" (6mm) rivets. 	FB2 Tack Shackle: NB2-2: SS Tack Shackle fits through hole in top of FB2-1 Vertical Gooseneck Toggle Pins. Shackle has 8mm (5/16") pin, throat width is 22mm (7/8").
	Screw Pin for NB2-2 Tack Shackle: NB2-2SP: Replacement Screw Pin only for NB2-2 Tack Shackle. Screw Pin has 8mm thread.
	FB2 Gooseneck Pin w/ Tack Pin & Loops: FB2-1ARL: 14mm Vertical Gooseneck Toggle Pin Assembly is used to attach the FB2-412 or FB2-414 Gooseneck Toggles to NG2-12 and FM2-11 Mast Brackets. SS Gooseneck Pin Assembly includes welded side loops, 8mm (5/16") Tack Pin, washers and 14mm SS Locknut. Unit is 14mm (9/16") diameter x 135mm (5 3/8") long (under head).
	FB2 Gooseneck Toggle for 12mm Horizontal Pin: FB2-412:
	Cast Aluminum Gooseneck Toggle is used on FB-220 and FB-550 Booms to attach to FM2-11 and NG2-12 Gooseneck Brackets, using any of the FB2-1 Vertical Gooseneck Pins, above. Toggle is 2 3/4" (69mm) high x 1 1/2" (37mm) wide x 3 3/8" (86mm) long, with holes for 14mm Vertical and 12mm Horizontal pins, on 2" (50mm) centers. Anodized Toggle features central hole for cotter pin to secure Horizontal Pin.
	FB2 Gooseneck Toggle for 14mm Horizontal Pin: FB2-414:
	Cast Aluminum Gooseneck Toggle is used on FB-810 and larger Booms to attach to FM2-11 and NG2-12 Gooseneck Brackets, using any of the FB2-1 Vertical Gooseneck Pins, above. Anodized Toggle is 2 3/4" (69mm) high x 1 1/2" (37mm) wide x 3 3/8" (86mm) long, with holes for 14mm Vertical and 14mm Horizontal pins, on 2" (50mm) centers.

*NG3 Gooseneck Bracket for 16mm Pin: NG3-11:* Cast aluminum Gooseneck Mast Bracket for use with FB-810 and larger Booms. Heavy-duty Bracket fits NG-86, FM-740 and larger Mast Sections. Bracket is 6 7/8" (175mm) high x 4" (100mm) wide, and attaches to mast with twelve (12) 1/4" (6mm) rivets. Bracket has holes for 16mm (5/8") pin, for use with any of the FB3-1 Vertical Gooseneck Pins.
	FB3 Gooseneck Pin w/ Tack & Reef Hooks: FB3-1A: 16mm Vertical Gooseneck Toggle Pin Assembly is used to attach the FB3-416 Gooseneck Toggle to NG3-11 Mast Bracket. 	FB3 Gooseneck Pin w/ Tack Pin & Loops: FB3-1ARL: 16mm Vertical Gooseneck Toggle Pin Assembly is used to attach the FB3-416 Gooseneck Toggle to Mast Bracket, NG3-11. Solid, machined Aluminum Gooseneck Toggle accommodates 16mm vertical and 14mm horizontal pins. NG2 Gooseneck/ Vang Bracket: NG2-12: Cast aluminum Vang Bracket fits a variety of FM and NG Mast Sections for use with all NG2 Vang Toggles that use a 14mm Vertical Pin. Bracket is 4 3/4" (120mm) high x 3 1/2" (90mm) wide, and is fastened with eight (8) 1/4" (6mm) rivets. Bracket has 22mm (7/8") hole at top and 14mm (9/16") hole on bottom side, requiring the use of NG2-13 Bushing.
NG2 Gooseneck/ Vang Toggle Pin Ass'y: NG2-14A: Assembly converts Bracket, NG2-12, for use with any FB Gooseneck Toggles that use a 14mm Vertical Pin. Includes Toggle Pin, NG2-14, NG2 Gooseneck Bushing, NG2-13, and SS Cotter Ring.
	NG2 Gooseneck Bushing: NG2-13: SS Bushing is used in upper hole of NG2-12 Gooseneck Bracket to adapt it for use with FM2 or NG2 14mm Toggle Pins. Bushing is 22mm (7/8") OD x 14mm (9/16") ID x 16mm (5/8") long.
	NG2 Gooseneck/ Vang Toggle Pin: NG2-14: SS Clevis Pin is 14mm (9/16") diameter with a 125mm (5") grip length, and has 8mm (5/16") hole for Cotter Ring, Shackle, or Block attachment. Fits vertically in NG2-12 and FM2-11 Brackets.
FM2 Vang Bracket Ass'y for 14mm Pin: FM2-11-VBS: FM2 Vang Bracket Ass'y for 14mm Pin w/ 'T': FM2-11T-VBS:
Mast Vang Bracket Assembly has 14mm Pin hole for use with Sparcraft Pneuvang. Standard Assembly includes Mast Bracket FM2-11, Vertical Pin Assembly with shackle, FB2-1ARA, and *NG2-18S* Vang Toggle. Assembly with FM2-11T* Bracket is recommended for use on* FM-580 and larger FM Mast Sections, but 'T' requires the Mast be down for installation. Bracket is fastened with eight (8) 3/16" (5mm) rivets and (2) 1/4" (6mm) FH screws. Note that fastener holes are commonly drilled out for use w/ 1/4" (6mm) rivets. Bracket is also compatible with other NG2* Vang Toggles, below.
FM2 Vang Bracket for 14mm Pin: FM2-11: FM2 Vang Bracket for 14mm Pin w/ 'T': FM2-11T: Extruded aluminum Gooseneck/Vang Mast Bracket is used on a variety of FM Mast Sections. It accepts a 14mm Vertical Pin and is compatible with all NG2 Vang Toggles. Bracket is 4 3/8" (112mm) high x 3 1/2" (90mm) wide, and is fastened with eight (8) 3/16" (5mm) rivets and (2) 1/4" (6mm) FH screws. Note that fastener holes are commonly drilled out for use w/ 1/4" (6mm) rivets. FM2-11T* Bracket is as FM2-11, but for use on FM-580 and larger FM Mast Sections. FM2-11T Bracket is strengthened with an integral 'T' on the back side (24mm (15/16") wide), but 'T' requires the Mast be down for installation. FB2 Vertical Gooseneck/Vang Pin Ass'y: FB2-1ARA: 14mm Vertical Gooseneck/Vang Toggle Pin Assembly with Shackle is used to attach various Vang Toggles to FM2-11 and NG2-12 Mast Brackets. SS Gooseneck Pin is 14mm (9/16") diameter x 135mm (5 3/8") long (under head), and threaded on the bottom. Assembly includes Shackle NB2-2, washers and 14mm SS Locknut.
	FB2 Vertical Gooseneck/Vang Pin: FB2-1BA: 14mm Vertical Gooseneck Toggle Pin with washers and Locknut only. As FB2-1ARA assembly, above, but without Shackle. SS Gooseneck Pin is 14mm (9/16") diameter x 135mm (5 3/8") long (under head).
	FB2 Tack Shackle: NB2-2: SS Tack Shackle fits through hole in top of FB2-1 Vertical Gooseneck Toggle Pins. Shackle has 8mm (5/16") pin, throat width is 22mm (7/8").
	Screw Pin for NB2-2 Tack Shackle: NB2-2SP: Replacement Screw Pin only for NB2-2 Tack Shackle. Screw Pin has 8mm thread.

FM-1395 Mast Step - Small: FM1395-1S: Small Mast Step for FM-1395 Mast Section attaches to the deck or keel with (10) 10mm (3/8") bolts. FM-1395 Mast Step Plug for Tenon Plate: FM1395-3P: Mast Step Plug is attached to FM-1395 Mast, reinforcing the tube end, and has cut-out to sit on Deck-mount Mast Base with Tenons, FM3-3DP, below. Cast Mast Step Plug is 11 1/4" (285mm) long x (maximum) 6 1/4" (160mm) wide.
	Deck-mount Mast Base w/ Tenons: FM3-3DP: Mast Step Deck Plate has projecting Tenons designed to mate with FM1395-3P and other Mast Step Plugs. Cast unit is 14 3/4" (377mm) long x 9 1/2" (240mm) wide, and has trapezoidal Tenons (fore & aft) with 4 3/4" x 3 1/2" (110 x 90mm) center cut-out for wiring. 	NG3 Block Pin Toggle for 14mm Pin: NG3-21TA: Heavy-duty Block Pin Toggle only, as used in NG3-21PTA, above. Investment cast SS Toggle is 26mm (1") wide with a 5/8" (17mm) inside jaw clearance and includes (2) 8mm Pins for attachment to 14mm Block Pin and Block. Assembly fits on NG3-21 Block Pin. 	FM3 Mast Step Vang Tab for Deck Plate: FM3-23T: SS Bent Tab is used for attachment of Boom Vang, and fits in integral slot in aft side of FM3-3DP Deck-mount Mast Base with Tenons. Tab is installed in recess in aft side of Mast Base using the (2) aft mounting screws. SS Tab is made from 100mm wide x 5mm plate with (2) 1/4" (6mm) mounting holes on 80mm centers, and has slot (10 x 30mm) for attachment of Vang shackle.	mmm

FM-1395 Internal Waterproofing Plug: FM1395-WP: Internal Waterproofing Plug is installed in Keel-stepped Masts to prevent water intrusion below deck. Assembly consists of 2 plastic pieces carefully cut to fit Mast interior with central PVC standpipe to allow passage of electrical wires. Unit slides up from the bottom of the Mast to a point just above Deck level where a hole is drilled in Mast to allow for application of expanding foam between plastic pieces. Second hole is drilled just above upper plastic piece to allow water drainage.
	Internal Waterproofing Foam: NGA-Foam: Expanding foam is used for installation of Internal Waterproofing Plug. Single-use can is sufficient for installation of any Internal Waterproofing Plug.
