Masthead Ass'y for D-Section: K-1421:
Heavy-duty cast aluminum masthead assembly with 4 Aluminum sheaves is designed to allow use of external OR internal halyards. Includes SS toggles for headstay and backstay with 1/4" pins and a topping lift attachment pin. Standard with integral SS spinnaker bail. Masthead is 10" long, and attaches to the mast with (4) 1/4" screws or (1) 1/4" bolt.

Masthead Sheave - Aluminum: K-198-7A:
Anodized Aluminum Sheave for use with wire or rope. Sheave is 1 3/4" OD x 31/64" wide x 3/8" ID, and rides on Bronze Bushing K-9523, for use with standard 1/4" axle.

Fractional Masthead w/ Single Sheave: K-2295-1:
Single channel extruded aluminum Masthead Assembly for D-Section mast incorporates (1) aluminum sheave, K-198-7A (above), for internal main halyard, and backstay crane with 5/16" pin. Includes 1/4" pin for topping lift attachment. Masthead fits in 2 7/16" x 3/4" wide slot cut into fore and aft sides of the mast tube. Use with Masthead Cap K-222D (order separately). Channel is 8" long, and attaches to the mast with (2) 1/4" bolts.

Mast Head Cap for D-Section fastens to top of any Kenyon inset masthead, to seal mast end, and provide a flat mounting surface. Cap size is slightly larger than D-Section mast. Aluminum with black epoxy finish.

Jumper Strut & Tang Ass'y: K-2333JATC: Cast aluminum Jumper Strut Assembly Fits 2333 and D-Section Masts. Unit combines 5/8" OD Jumper Struts at 105 degree angle, with Crossbar and Upper Shroud Tangs in one compact, lightweight unit. Assembly fastens to mast with (1) 1/4" x 3 1/2" Bolt & Locknut (included). Base measures (maximum) 6" wide x 1 1/16" high and projects 3/4" forward of mast. t13c23.25. As used on Shark.

Jumper Strut Base: K-2333JAB:
Cast aluminum Jumper Strut Base Fits 2333 and D-Section Masts. Unit accepts 5/8" OD Jumper Struts at 105 degree angle, and recesses for Upper Shroud Tangs. Base and Tangs fasten with (1) 1/4" bolt. Base measures (maximum) 6" wide x 1 1/16" high and projects 3/4" forward of mast.

Spreader Bracket Ass'y: K-366:
SS Spreader Bracket Assembly for D-Section mast on smaller boats. Formed bracket incorporates channel to fit 1/2" OD Spreaders, or 5/8" OD reduced spreaders. Spreaders are attached with a 1/4" clevis pin (included). Spreaders are free to swing fore and aft, but can be locked in aft-most position with an additional clevis pin. SS Bracket is 1 5/8" high x 3 1/8" long (max.) and projects 2" out from the side of the mast when mounted. Bracket attaches to the mast with (3) 3/16" (#10) fasteners.

Aluminum Spreader Bracket Ass'y: K-365:
Aluminum Spreader Bracket Assembly for D-Section mast on smaller boats. Cast bracket has curved base to fit Mast Section and incorporates tabs to fit 1/2" OD Standard Spreaders. Spreaders are attached with a 1/4" clevis pin (included), and are free to swing fore and aft. Bracket is 2 3/8" high x 7/8" wide and projects 1 1/8" out from the side of the mast when mounted. Bracket attaches to the mast with (3) 3/16" (#10) fasteners, top and bottom holes are on 1 5/8" centers. This item is for replacement use only on D-Section Mast.

Triangular Aluminum Spreader Bracket Ass'y: K-365T: Aluminum Spreader Bracket Assembly for D-Section mast on smaller boats. Cast bracket has wide triangular base curved to fit Mast Section and incorporates tabs to fit 1/2" OD Standard Spreaders. Spreaders are attached with a 1/4" clevis pin (included), and are free to swing fore and aft. Bracket is 2 3/8" high x 1 1/8" wide and projects 1 1/8" out from the side of the mast when mounted. Bracket attaches to the mast with (3) 3/16" (#10) fasteners. Similar to K-365, above, but with wider base for greater support. This item is for replacement use only on D-Section Mast.

Old-style Spreader Base Stud Ass'y: K-1092BA:
Old-style Spreader Base Stud Assembly for D-Section mast, and 7/8" OD Spreaders, K-SPR7A. Assembly consists of 3/8" SS Rod threaded on both ends, and (2) 3/4" OD Aluminum Studs. SS Rod is inserted through 3/8" ID Compression tube in Mast, Aluminum Studs are then screwed onto Rod, tight against the mast. K-SPR7A Spreaders are then slid over studs while hole is drilled for 1/8" cotter pin. Cotter pin goes through Spreader, Stud, and SS Rod, holding entire unit together. 3/8" SS Rod is 6" long with 1 1/2" thread (3/8-16) on both ends, Aluminum Studs are 3/4" OD x 1 3/4" long. Fixed Base Assembly is only for use with in-line Spreaders (0 degree aft). As used on O'Day 22, San Juan 21 and others.

SS Rod only, for Old-style Spreader Base Stud Assembly K-1092BA, above. 3/8" SS Rod is 6" long with 1 1/2" thread (3/8-16) on both ends.

Sail Slide Stop: K-11198:
Sail Slide Stop works to keep sail slides from coming out of the sail entrance when the mainsail is lowered. Aluminum Slide Stop is 7/16" diameter x 1" long with SS thumb screw, thumb screw features captive nylon washer to prevent damage to mast surface.

Roller Prefeeder: K-11087: Heavy-duty SS Roller Prefeeder automatically feeds boltrope mainsails into mast. Large diameter rollers eliminate friction and chafe. Supplied with threaded slug and screws to clamp it in luff groove, below sail entrance. Adjust higher or lower until feeding is perfect. Fits any mast section that uses boltrope.

Spar Cleat - 5" long: D-10325:
Cast Aluminum Spar Cleat is a low-profile design with a narrow base suitable for use with line up to 1/2" diameter. Black Epoxy coated Cleat is 5" long, and fastens to spar with (2) 7/32" (#12) FH screws on 1 1/2" centers. See also, other Kenyon Spar Cleats.

Gooseneck Bracket for 3/4" Toggle: K-1208L:
SS welded Gooseneck Bracket fits standard Kenyon 3/4" SS Toggle, K-9267, with 1/4" vertical pin. Fastens to D-Section mast with (6) 3/16" (#10) fasteners on 1" vertical centers. Base is 2 1/2" vertical x approximately 2 1/4" wide. Commonly used with B-Section Booms.

SS Gooseneck Toggle - 3/4": K-9267:
SS Gooseneck Toggle attaches directly to any of the Kenyon gooseneck brackets or gooseneck slides designed for a 3/4" toggle, and to any boom end casting using the K-79 or K8700A SS yoke assemblies. Toggle is 3/4" square x 7/8" long with 1/4" holes at 90 degrees to each other on 3/8" centers.

SS Gooseneck Toggle attaches directly to any of the Kenyon gooseneck brackets or gooseneck slides designed for a 1" toggle, and to any boom end casting using the K-80 SS yoke assembly. Toggle is 1" square x 1 1/8" long with 1/4" holes at 90 degrees to each other on 1/2" centers.

Vang Bail - 1/4" x 2 1/4" wide: K-10456:
Heavy SS Boom Bail made from 1/4" rod is designed to be attached with (1) 1/4" SS bolt and nut. Formed at 2 1/4" wide, width can be varied to fit larger or smaller sections. Bail length, from bolt center, is 2 1/2". For use with CD-2 Section.

Boom/Mast Bail bolt assembly includes 1/4" SS bolt x 2 3/4", with locknut, and nylon washers to prevent bail from damaging boom surface as it pivots.

Mast Step fastens to deck, keelson, or to K-1264 Mast Hinge Assembly for use as tabernacle. Base size is slightly larger than D-Section mast. Cast in 356 Aluminum with black epoxy finish. Hinged Mast Step Ass'y - Special Double: K-1204QD: Special SS Hinged Double Tabernacle Assembly for D-Section Mast. Developed for boats with keel-stepped mast to convert to deck level hinge. SS Hinge Assembly has mast step castings, K-111D, on both sides. Mast is cut at deck level, Assembly is fastened to upper and lower mast sections. Mast must be cut 1 1/2" to retain original length, or mast length can be increased up to 1 1/2". Please note: Lower mast section must also be fastened to original keel step.

Tabernacle Mast Step: K-2101: Cast aluminum Tabernacle base bolts to the deck with (3) 1/4" FH bolts. Aft corner of mast is cut away to allow mast to pivot aft, mast hinges on 5/16" pin assembly, K-2101PA, installed in mast. Base measures 4" long x 3 3/8" wide, aft holes are 1 1/8" apart, 3rd hole is 2 3/8" forward of them. |
