Gooseneck Bracket for Z401 - Z701 Masts: Z-1062: Small cast aluminum gooseneck Bracket for use with Z401, Z501, Z531, Z601, Z701 Mast Sections, and Z-360 Booms using the Z-1083 or Z-1075X Gooseneck Toggles. Bracket takes 12mm vertical pin (Z-1291) and has clearance for 3" (76mm) toggle, and measures 4 9/16" (115mm) high x 3" (76mm) wide. Fastens to mast with (10) 1/4" (6mm) rivets. Though actually a Mast Component, this item is also listed here for your convenience. Note: A wide variety of other Gooseneck Brackets for 12mm Pin are used in conjunction with this Boom, See: Gooseneck Brackets.
	Vertical Gooseneck Pin - 12mm: Z-1291: 12mm SS Pin is used to connect Mast Bracket to Gooseneck Toggle. Vertical Pin is 12mm x 118mm, with central hole for cotter pin. For use with any Z-Spar Gooseneck Toggles using a 12mm Pin.

Z360 Gooseneck Ass'y, Old-style w/ Cams: Z-360-1XAC: Z360 Gooseneck Ass'y, Old-style - No Cams: Z-360-1XANC: Cast aluminum Gooseneck Assembly incorporates provisions for internal outhaul and 3 internal reef lines. Internal lines run over (4) delrin sheaves and down past lever action cams. Also available without Cams when lines to go straight down to the deck. Old-style Polished Gooseneck has integral boltrope feeder and will accept a variety of Gooseneck Toggles up to 18mm (3/4") wide using a Long 10mm (3/8") horizontal pin, Z-1290X (included). Assembly includes (4) Sheaves, Z-1617, and/or not (4) Cams, Z-1076, on SS axles.
	Z360 Gooseneck Casting only: Z-360-1X: Replacement Casting only, as Z360-1XAC, above, but without sheaves, cams, axles, and horizontal gooseneck pin.
Z360 Gooseneck Ass'y - Standard, Complete: Z-360-1AC: Cast aluminum Gooseneck Assembly incorporates provisions for internal outhaul and 3 internal reef lines. In Standard configuration internal lines run over delrin sheaves and down past lever action cams. Cams can be removed to allow lines to go straight down to the deck. Gooseneck will accept a variety of Gooseneck Toggles up to 18mm (3/4") wide using a 10mm (3/8") horizontal pin (included). Assembly includes (4) Sheaves, Z-1617, and (4) Cams, Z-1076, on SS axles.
*Boom Feeder Entrance: Z-1711:* Optional Gray plastic sail feeder entrance for boltrope mounts in recess in many Z-Spar gooseneck castings.
Z360 Gooseneck Ass'y, Standard w/ Cams: Z-360-1AC: Z360 Gooseneck Ass'y for Furling Masts or Single-line Reefing: Z-360-1AF:
New-style Cast aluminum Gooseneck Assembly incorporates provisions for internal outhaul and 3 internal reef lines. In Standard configuration internal lines run over (4) delrin Sheaves, Z-1617, and down past (4) lever action Cams, Z-1076. Cams can be removed to allow lines to go straight down to the deck. Assembly for Furling Masts or Single-line Reefing Booms includes larger Sheaves, Z-1618, and no Cams. Goosenecks will accept a variety of Gooseneck Toggles up to 18mm (3/4") wide using a 10mm (3/8") horizontal pin (included).
	Z360 Gooseneck Casting only: Z-360-1: Replacement Casting only, as *Z360-1AC*, above, but without sheaves, cams, axles, and horizontal gooseneck pin.
	Z360 Horizontal Gooseneck Toggle Pin: Z-1290: SS Clevis Pin is 10mm (3/8") diameter x 38mm (1 1/2") long. Connects Gooseneck Casting to Gooseneck Toggle.
	Z360 Horizontal Gooseneck Toggle Pin, Long: Z-1290X: SS Clevis Pin is 10mm (3/8") diameter x 50mm (2") long. Connects Old-style Gooseneck Casting to Gooseneck Toggle.
	Z360 Small Gooseneck Sheave: Z-1617: Delrin Sheave is 35mm (1 3/8") OD x 15mm (5/8") wide x 8mm (5/16") ID. For outhaul and reef lines. For outhaul and reef lines on Standard Booms.
	Z360 Small Gooseneck Sheave - Aluminum: Z-1617A: Heavy-duty Aluminum Sheave is 35mm (1 3/8") OD x 16mm (5/8") wide x 8mm (5/16") ID. For outhaul and reef lines. For outhaul and reef lines on Standard Booms.

	Z360 Large Gooseneck Sheave: Z-1618: Delrin Sheave is 60mm (2 3/8") OD x 16mm (5/8") wide x 8mm (5/16") ID. For outhaul and reef lines. For outhaul and reef lines on Furling or Single-line reefing Booms.
	Z360 Large Gooseneck Sheave - Ball Bearing: Z-1618BB: Delrin Ball Bearing Sheave is 60mm (2 3/8") OD x 16mm (5/8") wide x 8mm (5/16") ID. For outhaul and reef lines. For outhaul and reef lines on Furling or Single-line reefing Booms.
	Z360 Large Gooseneck Sheave - Aluminum: Z-1618A: Heavy-duty Aluminum Sheave is 60mm (2 3/8") OD x 16mm (5/8") wide x 8mm (5/16") ID. For outhaul and reef lines. For outhaul and reef lines on Furling or Single-line reefing Booms.
	Z360 Gooseneck Cam: Z-1076: Gooseneck cam lever used in Z-360 goosenecks for outhaul and reef lines. Cam measures (maximum) 1 7/8" long x 9/16" wide, with 8mm hole for cam axle.
	Z360 Gooseneck Sheave & Cam Axle: Z-1289: Knurled SS Axle used in Z-360 goosenecks for Sheaves and Cams. SS Sheave Axle pin is 8mm (5/16") diameter x 85mm (3 5/16") long.

Old-style Gooseneck Toggle w/ Integral Lugs, Large: Z-1189X: Old-style Gooseneck Toggle with integral 16mm lugs (top and bottom) which act as a vertical pin. Used with 18mm OD plastic bushings (Z-1766L) and (2) Z-1190X Gooseneck Brackets. Toggle is 23/32" (18.5mm) wide with 10mm hole for horizontal pin, and features center hole for use with Z-1188RH double Reef Hook. Toggle (with lugs) measures (maximum) 3 3/8" (86mm) vertical x 2 7/8" (73mm) horizontal. Used with Z401, Z501, and other Mast Sections. 4151 CK**
	Gooseneck Toggle Bushing - 20mm OD: Z-1766L: Gooseneck Toggle Bushing is used (2 ea.) with Z-1189 Gooseneck Toggle. Split Plastic Bushing is 20mm OD x 16mm ID x 13mm long.
	*Double Reef Hook - 8mm: Z-1188RH:* SS Double Reef Hook for use with Z-1189X Gooseneck Toggle, above. Reef Hook is formed from 8mm rod and measures (maximum) 4 1/8" (105mm) wide x 3 1/8" (80mm) high. Specially formed Reef Hook slides into center hole of Toggle, or Toggle slot and is held in place by vertical Toggle Pin.

Short Gooseneck Toggle for Z204 & Z360 Booms: Z-1083X:
Short Cast aluminum Gooseneck Toggle rides on a 12mm vertical pin. Toggle is 3/4" wide at boom end with 10mm hole for horizontal pin, 6mm hole for tack shackle Z-1075TS, below, and can be used with *Z-1075RH* double Reef Hook. Portion that fits in Gooseneck Bracket is 2 1/16" (53mm) high, Toggle (overall) measures (maximum) 3 3/4" (97mm) vertical x 3 1/8" (80mm) horizontal x 1" (25mm) wide. Used on Z204 & Z360 Booms.
Gooseneck Toggle for Z204 & Z360 Booms: Z-1083:
Cast aluminum Gooseneck Toggle rides on a 12mm vertical pin (Z-1291). Toggle is 3/4" wide at boom end with 10mm hole for horizontal pin, 6mm hole for tack shackle Z-1075TS, below, and can be used with *Z-1075RH* double Reef Hook. Portion that fits in Gooseneck Bracket is 2 3/4" (70mm) high, Toggle (overall) measures (maximum) 4 1/2" (114mm) vertical x 3 1/8" (80mm) horizontal x 1" (25mm) wide. Used on Z204 & Z360 Booms.
Gooseneck Toggle for Z204 & Z360 Booms: Z-1075X: Cast aluminum Gooseneck Toggle rides on a 12mm vertical pin (Z-1291). Toggle is 3/4" wide at boom end with 10mm hole for horizontal pin, 6mm hole for tack shackle Z-1075TS, below, and can be used with *Z-1075RH* double Reef Hook. Portion that fits in Gooseneck Bracket is 2 3/4" (70mm) high, Toggle (overall) measures (maximum) 4 1/2" (114mm) vertical x 3" (76mm) horizontal x 1 3/32" (28mm) wide. Used on Z204 & Z360 Booms. This part is no longer available and has been replaced by the Z-1083, above.
	Vertical Gooseneck Pin - 12mm: Z-1291: SS Pin is used to connect Mast Bracket to Gooseneck Toggle. Vertical Pin is 12mm x 118mm, with central hole for cotter pin. For use with any of the Gooseneck Toggles listed above.
	Tack Shackle: Z-1075TS: Special Tack Shackle to fit the Z-1075 and Z-1083 Gooseneck Toggles, above. Wide SS Shackle has 5mm (3/16") screw pin, inside of Shackle is 19mm (3/4") wide x 37mm (1 7/16") high.
	*Double Reef Hook - 10mm: Z-1075RH:* SS Double Reef Hook for use with Z-1075X, and Z-1083 Gooseneck Toggles listed above. Reef Hook is formed from 10mm rod and measures (maximum) 4 5/8" (118mm) wide x 4 1/4" (108mm) high. Specially formed Reef Hook slides into center hole of Toggle, or Toggle slot and is held in place by vertical Toggle Pin. 1493

*Boom Bail Ass'y - 30mm: Z-3045A:* SS Articulating Boom Bail fits in integral track in underside of Z360, Z480, and other boom sections with a 30mm (1 3/16") wide track. Bail is made from 10mm rod. Formed plate is 2.5mm thick and measures 4 3/4" (120mm) long x 1 3/16" (30mm) wide. Fastens with (2) 3/16" rivets.
*Boom Bail Ass'y, 30mm - Heavy-duty: Z-3045AF:* Welded SS Boom Bail fits in integral track in underside of Z360, Z480 and other boom sections with a 30mm (1 3/16") wide track. As Z-3045A (above), but bail is welded in position and does not articulate. Formed plate is 2.5mm thick and measures 4 3/4" (120mm) long x 1 3/16" (30mm) wide. Fastens with (2) 3/16" (5mm) rivets.
*Boom Bail Ass'y, 30mm - Heavy-duty: Z-3045AW:* Articulating SS Boom Bail fits in integral track in underside of Z360, Z480, and other boom sections with a 30mm (1 3/16") wide track. Unit is as Z-3045A (above), but Bail is reinforced with a welded crossbar. This heavy-duty option prevents the bail from compressing in extreme circumstances and is used primarily on racing and larger boats. Formed plate is 2.5mm thick and measures 4 3/4" (120mm) long x 1 3/16" (30mm) wide. Fastens with (2) 3/16" (5mm) rivets.
Boom Bail Ass'y w/ Toggle & 10mm Pin - 30mm: Z-3047A: SS Boom Bail features SS Toggle Assembly with 10mm (3/8") clevis pin and fits in integral track in underside of Z360, Z480, and other boom sections with a 30mm wide track. Removable Toggle rides on 9mm cross-pin Z-5232. Formed plate is 2.5mm thick and measures 4 3/4" (120mm) long x 1 3/16" (30mm) wide. Fastens with (2) 3/16" rivets. For use with Boom Blocks or Vangs requiring a pin for attachment.

*Spar Cleat – Aluminum - 4 5/8": Z-1145:* Aluminum Spar Cleat is 120mm (4 5/8") long, and fastens with (2) 5mm (3/16") fasteners on 30mm (1 3/16") hole centers. Installed in the factory with a special deep-nosed rivet tool, can also be installed with machine screws. Other sizes are commonly used, See Other Z-Spar Cleats.
Exit Plate – Plastic, Small: Z-3273: Small Gray plastic Exit Plate reduces line chafe, and accommodates a maximum of 3/8" (10mm) line. Exit Plate measures 4 1/2" x 7/8" (115mm x 22mm), installs in cut-out 5/8" x 3 5/8" (16mm x 90mm), and is attached with (1) 5mm (3/16") fastener. Other sizes are commonly used, See Other Z-Spar Exit Plates.

*Z360 Outhaul Ass'y Complete: Z-360-2A:* Cast aluminum Outhaul Assembly incorporates provisions for internal outhaul and 3 internal reef lines. Includes 4 Sheaves (Z-1618) and axle which slide in from the aft side simultaneously, and are held in place by the outhaul and/or reef lines. Rib on aft upper side has 8mm (5/16") pin hole for topping lift shackle.
	Z360 Outhaul Casting: Z-360-2: Replacement Casting only, for the Z-360 Outhaul Assembly. Note: This is one of many different units that may be labeled 1070.
	Z360 Outboard Sheave: Z-1618: Delrin Sheave is 60mm (2 3/8") OD x 16mm (5/8") wide x 8mm (5/16") ID. For outhaul and reef lines.
	Z360 Outboard Sheave - Aluminum: Z-1618A: Heavy-duty Aluminum Sheave is 60mm (2 3/8") OD x 16mm (5/8") wide x 8mm (5/16") ID. For outhaul and reef lines.
	Z360 Outboard Sheave Axle: Z-1296: SS Sheave Axle used in Z360 Outhaul Casting. SS 'Drop-in' Sheave Axle pin is 8mm (5/16") diameter x 80mm (3 1/8") long. For outhaul and reef sheaves.

*Z360 Outhaul Ass'y - for Furling Main - Complete: Z-360-2FA:* Cast aluminum Outhaul Assembly is similar to Z-360-2A, above, but incorporates a single sheave only, for outhaul line on centerline. Special Sheave Box Assembly slides into main Outhaul Casting from the aft side. Removable Sheave Box, Z-1059FA, has 8mm (5/16") pin hole for topping lift shackle.
