	NG1 Double Jib Box Sheave Separator: NG1-30DS: Stainless Steel Sheave Separator for use in NG1 Cast Double Jib Box Assembly. SS Plate locks into integral notches in casting between the 2 Jib (lower) sheaves and has a 10mm (3/8") hole for the sheave axle.

FM1 Spinnaker Pole Mast Eye: FM1-37: Fixed Eye for attachment of whisker or spinnaker pole on the front of the mast. Used where vertical adjustment of inboard pole end is not required, Cast SS Pole eye is curved to fit the front of the Mast. Base is 46mm (1 3/4") high x 47mm (1 7/8") wide, and attaches to Mast with (4) 3/16" (5mm) screws or rivets on 32mm vertical x 35mm centers. 8mm Ring has 40mm (1 1/2") ID. 	NG1 Mainsail Gate Screw: NGA-10: SS Thumbscrew is 4mm diameter with 5/8" (15mm) long thread and has serrated plastic head.
	NG1 Mainsail Gate Screw - All Stainless: NGA-10SS: All Stainless Thumbscrew is 4mm diameter with 5/8" (15mm) long thread and knurled head.
FM2 SS Mainsail Slide Stop: FM2-10A: SS Mainsail Gate Slide Stop fits FM-135 through FM-3360 Mast Sections and all mast sections with track for 7/8" or 15/16" internal flat slides. Design allows Slide Stop to remain captive in mast track. Gate cutout (1 3/4" high) is made 2" above Gooseneck bracket. Thumbscrews fits in 1/4" holes drilled at top of cutout, and slides down into recess beneath Gooseneck Bracket when Thumbscrews are loosened. This design allows sail slides to come as close as possible to the gooseneck while remaining in track, and eliminates problems associated with slides snagging while going past a normal sail gate. FM1 SS Boltrope Feeder: FM1-BRF: SS Boltrope Feeder fits FM-35 through FM-101 Mast Sections. Cast SS Feeder is 3" (78mm) long x (maximum) 1 5/8" (42mm) wide and attaches to mast with (4) 3/16" (5mm) rivets on 28mm x 64mm vertical centers. Unit requires 65mm x 14mm cut-out in the Mast track. Replaces earlier Plastic version and fits in same cut-out. Part is marked 34203000034.

AutoReef Fairlead
*AutoReef Fairlead: NGA-65:* SS AutoReef Fairlead is mounted on either side of mast above gooseneck bracket. Acts as fairlead for reef line and stop for sail when reefed with AutoReef (single line) reefing system. Flattened SS ring is welded to diamond shaped SS plate. Ring is 32mm (1 1/4") OD x 16mm (5/8") ID, plate is 65mm (5/8") high x 40mm (1 5/8") wide and is fastened with four (4) 1/4" (6mm) rivets. For details, See: Isomat AutoReef System.

FM-230 Mast - Gooseneck Brackets & Hardware The FM-230 Mast Section is used with both NG1 Gooseneck Brackets (for Booms up to FB-550 and NB-26), and FM2 Gooseneck Brackets (for Booms FB-220 and larger).
NG1 Gooseneck Bracket for 12mm Pin: NG1-11: Cast aluminum Gooseneck Bracket is used on a variety of NG and FM Mast Sections. It is compatible with all FB and NB Gooseneck Toggles that use a 12mm Pin. Bracket is 3 7/8" (98mm) high x 1 15/16" (49mm) wide, and is fastened with four (4) 1/4" (6mm) rivets. Bracket has 12mm (7/16") holes for use with any of the NB1-1 Vertical Gooseneck Toggle Pins, below.
	NB1 Gooseneck Pin Ass'y w/ Reef Hooks: NB1-1RA: Stainless Steel Reef Hook/Tack Assembly incorporates 12mm Vertical Gooseneck Bolt with Tack Shackle and dual Reef Hooks. Reef Hooks are formed from 8mm rod, Assembly is (maximum) 3 5/8" wide x 6" high, and includes 5mm SS Tack Shackle. Bolt is 12mm diameter x 3 5/8" long for use with any of the NG1-11 Gooseneck Brackets and a variety of Gooseneck Toggles for a 12mm Pin.
	NB1 Vertical Gooseneck Pin: NB1-1: SS Clevis pin is 12mm (7/16") diameter with a 85mm (3 3/8") grip length, and has 8mm (5/16") hole for Shackle attachment. Fits vertically in any of the NG1-11 Gooseneck/Vang Brackets.
	NB1 Tack Shackle: NB1-2: SS Tack Shackle fits through hole in top of vertical gooseneck clevis pins. Shackle has 5mm (3/16") pin.
	NB1 Horizontal Gooseneck Cylinder: NB1-3: Plastic Cylinder slides through the Gooseneck Casting and the Gooseneck Toggle. Vertical Gooseneck Pin then slides through Mast Bracket, Gooseneck Toggle, and Horizontal Gooseneck Cylinder, in that order. Black plastic cylinder is 1" diameter x 1 1/2" long with hole for 12mm (7/16") pin. Used on all FB Booms up to FB-125, as well as NB-16 and NB-26 Booms.
	NB1 Gooseneck Toggle: NB1-4: Plastic Toggle fits in between the ears in the Gooseneck Casting. Horizontal Gooseneck Cylinder then slides through the Gooseneck Casting and the Gooseneck Toggle. All 3 pieces are held together by the Vertical Gooseneck clevis Pin. Used on all FB Booms up to FB-125, as well as NB-16 and NB-26 Booms.

	FB2 Gooseneck Toggle for 12mm Vertical Pin: FB2-411:
	Extruded Aluminum Gooseneck Toggle is used on FB-220 and FB-550 Booms, to attach to NG1-11 Gooseneck Brackets, using any of the NB1-1 Vertical Gooseneck Pins, above. Toggle is 1 15/16" (50mm) high x 1 5/8" wide x 2 7/8" long, with holes for 12mm vertical and horizontal pins on 1 7/16" centers. Anodized Toggle features central hole for cotter pin to secure Horizontal Pin.

FM2 Gooseneck Bracket for 14mm Pin: FM2-11: Extruded aluminum Gooseneck Bracket is used on a variety of FM Mast Sections for use with FB-220 and larger Booms. It is compatible with all FB Gooseneck Toggles that use a 14mm Pin. Bracket is 4 3/8" (112mm) high x 3 1/2" (90mm) wide, and is fastened with eight (8) 3/16" (5mm) rivets and (2) 1/4" (6mm) FH screws. Note that fastener holes are commonly drilled out for use w/ 1/4" (6mm) rivets. Large stepped Rubber Wedge is used to support the mast as it passes through the Deck Collar. Wedge is 2 3/4" (70mm) long x 1 1/8" (28mm) wide, and is 1 3/16" (30mm) thick at the top tapering to 11/16" (18mm) thick at the bottom.
*Mast Collar Wedge - Special J/105: FM230-12MWJ:* Urethane Mast Collar Wedge fits tightly between FM-230 Mast and Special J/105 Deck Collar to provide even loading all around the mast and increased resistance to water penetration. One-piece molded construction is far superior to individual wedges, but requires that unit be slipped onto Mast before stepping. Unit is (maximum) 8 9/16" (218mm) long x 5 7/8" (150mm) wide. Special with Flat Top, as used on J/105.

FM-230 Deck Collar - Standard: FM230-12: Cast Aluminum Deck Collar for use with FM-230, FM-305 & FM-385 Mast Sections. Deck Collar has provisions for (10) new-style Mast Base Turning Blocks, (2) NG2-21 Block Studs, and a SS Bail, NG2-20, for attachment of a soft Boom Vang. Nut slots on underside of casting and 12mm holes allow for attachment of Mast Base Turning Blocks, NGA-40 or NGA-41, without unfastening Deck Collar; Vang Bail and Block Studs (forward) must be installed at the same time the Deck Collar is. Includes Four (4) provisions for deck tie-down turnbuckles, and numerous slots for NGA-18 and NGA-19 Mast Wedges, but also is used with any of the FM230-12, One-piece Urethane Mast Collar Wedges, above. 	NG2 Deck Collar Bail: NG2-20: SS Formed Bail is used for attachment of Boom Vang, and fits in integral slot in aft side of Deck Collars. Bail is installed from underside of Deck Collar Casting; Deck Collar must be removed to install Bail. Bail is made from 10mm (3/8") rod, and is 2 3/4" (70mm) long x (maximum) 1 15/16" (50mm) high.
	NG2 Deck Collar Block Stud Pin - 12mm Small: NG2-21:
	Special 12mm SS Block Pin is used for attachment of shackle or block to lead halyards aft. Fits in integral recessed 12mm hole in a variety of FM and NG Mast Steps and Deck Collars. Block Pin is installed from underside of Mast Step Casting, Deck Collar must be removed to install Block Pins. Small head Block Pin is 12mm (<1/2") diameter x 45mm (1 3/4") long (maximum), with a 30mm (1 3/16") grip length and a 6mm (1/4") hole for shackle pin or Block bolt. F305/385,460/560E
FM-230 Deck Collar - Special for J/109: FM230-12-P14: Cast Aluminum Deck Collar for use with FM-230, FM-305 & FM-385 Mast Sections. Deck Collar is as FM230-12, above, but with the 10 aft Block Stud holes drilled to 14mm to allow for attachment of 14mm Mast Step Block Pins, NG3-21, which must be installed at the same time the Deck Collar is. As used on J/109 with FM-305 Mast Section. Unit is marked 556001.
	NG3 Mast Step Block Pin - 14mm: NG3-21: 14mm SS Block Pin is used for attachment of shackle or block to lead halyards aft. Fits in integral recessed hole in Mast Steps and Deck Collars with 14mm mounting holes. Block Pin is installed from underside of Mast Step Casting, Mast Step must be removed to install Block Pins. Special Block Pin is 14mm (9/16") diameter x 54mm (2 1/8") long (maximum), with a 35mm (1 3/8") grip length and an 8mm (5/16") hole for shackle pin or Block bolt.

FM-230 Mast Step - Keel Mount: FM195-1K: Adjustable Keel-mounted Mast Step for FM-195 & FM-230 Mast Sections attaches to the keel or keelson with (4) 10mm (3/8") bolts in external slots to allow for precise positioning without unstepping the mast. Cast clear anodized Mast Step is 7 3/4" (200mm) long x 6 5/16" (160mm) wide, and allows for 25mm (1") fore and aft adjustment. Unit is marked 557401. 195

FM-230 Internal Waterproofing Plug: FM230-WP: Internal Waterproofing Plug is installed in Keel-stepped Masts to prevent water intrusion below deck. Assembly consists of 2 plastic pieces carefully cut to fit Mast interior with central PVC standpipe to allow passage of electrical wires. Unit slides up from the bottom of the Mast to a point just above Deck level where a hole is drilled in Mast to allow for application of expanding foam between plastic pieces. Second hole is drilled just above upper plastic piece to allow water drainage.
	Internal Waterproofing Foam: NGA-Foam: Expanding foam is used for installation of Internal Waterproofing Plug. Single-use can is sufficient for installation of any Internal Waterproofing Plug.
